Kim Turnbull shows ex Romeo Beckham what he is been missing as she shares a sizzling gym snap

Kim Turnbull has showed ex Romeo Beckham what he has been missing as she shared a sizzling gym picture to Instagram on Thursday. The model, 24, dated the son of Victoria and David Beckham, 22, for seven months before recently calling it quits. And she has now taken to her social media to showcase her toned physique as she shared a mirror selfie with her followers. Kim looked incredible in the picture as she wore a matching black and white Alo gym set which consisted of shorts and a sports bra. To acessorise, the beauty finished her gym ensemble with a matching cap and gold jewellery. In another snap Kim switched it up and changed into a black T-shirt and trousers with straps for an Epulsive session. Kim has recently broken her silence on the claims she dated Romeo's brother Brooklyn when they were teenagers. She shot down accusations that she was romantically involved with Brooklyn, 26. Kim has been at the centre of claims she was the reason behind a rift between the two brothers, who are currently embroiled in a wider family feud. She has now addressed the speculation for the first time and insisted she has only ever had a friendship with the eldest Beckham son. Sharing a statement on her Instagram page on Monday, she said: 'I've avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire, however it's come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on. 'I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative. 'I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question. 'Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16. I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation & set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.' Kim had been at the centre of the row after Brooklyn's wife Nicola Peltz, 30, claimed that she felt uncomfortable around her, with sources close to the US heiress saying that Kim had dated Brooklyn when they were teenagers. Which she had now denied. Things came to a head when Brooklyn and Nicola were no shows at any of David's 50th birthday celebrations last month, with The Mail revealing that Kim has been made the 'scapegoat' in the feud. Brooklyn and his wife Nicola failed to attend any of football legend David's five celebrations to mark his milestone birthday, including celebrations in Miami, London, Paris the Cotswolds and a boys fishing trip to Scotland. Among the various conspiracy theories that sprung up to explain Brooklyn and Nicola's repeated no-shows, some centred on Kim. Kim, is the well-heeled granddaughter of renowned post-war sculptor and painter William Turnbull, while her father Alex Turnbull and uncle Johnny were part of the post-punk band 23 Skidoo, formed in 1979. She dated Madonna and Guy Ritchie's son Rocco, and through that connection was part of a tightknit friendship group in 2016 which included Brooklyn. Kim and Brooklyn were undeniably close for a brief period – as photographs of them together at the time show - but suggestions that they were ever an item are wide of the mark. That Kim has now been 'thrown to the wolves' as the reason behind the family row is 'deeply upsetting' to Brooklyn's parents and brothers. US website TMZ wrote at the time: 'Sources say Brooklyn and Nicola were told to show up to the main celebrations or they wouldn't get a chance to see the family... leaving the two saddened because they simply won't be around Brooklyn's brother Romeo and his girlfriend, Kim Turnbull.' 'Sources' also told the news outlet that Nicola can't stand to be in Kim's company. Following their split, friends say that things remain 'amicable' between the Romeo and ex Kim, and that their parting is 'nothing to do' with Kim being blamed by Nicola for being the catalyst for the feud that has ripped the Beckham family apart. One said: 'Romeo and Kim are both young and they had a lovely time together but at that age things don't always last forever and they decided to split up. 'They have been friendly since and have even been at the same venues. It's a huge shame, particularly as David and Victoria really adored her and thought she made Romeo happy but it wasn't to be. 'It happened a couple of weeks ago and relations have remained friendly between them. 'David and Victoria would hate for the view to be that they split because of Nicola and Brooklyn because that simply isn't the case. 'The fact is that Kim has got a really busy career as a DJ and Romeo has a busy work life too, there is lots of travelling for both of them at having a relationship at this time isn't all that conducive to their lives.' Romeo and Kim were spotted at the trendy C restaurant in London's Mayfair last month but they had already split. They both turned up at the venue separately, with their friends, and even left together. Kim attended several of David's birthday celebrations. She was present at the former England captain's party at the end of March at Cipriani restaurant in Miami. She also joined David, Victoria, and Romeo's younger brother Cruz, his girlfriend Jackie Apostel and sister Harper on their trip to France where they visited a vineyard in Bordeaux and a restaurant in Paris. Kim was also at the big dinner at Core restaurant in Notting Hill, West London. But the tensions between Nicola and the Beckham family existed long before Kim and Romeo started dating in November last year. In fact, they stretch back over three years, to Brooklyn and Nicola's lavish £3million wedding, on Palm Beach, Florida, in April 2022. 'Some felt that Nicola was absolutely foul in the run up to the wedding and on the day,' said one source involved in the fall out. 'And now it seems she is trying to suggest it is all Kim's fault. 'She was rude to Victoria, she shunned other members of the Beckham family and now it appears she wants to blame it all on Kim, which is just nasty. It is like they are trying to rewrite history. 'Nicola and her family organised her and Brooklyn's big day and they managed to upset so many people who were there. It was terribly upsetting for David, Victoria and other members of their family. It was difficult at the time but it is devastating now.' The insider claimed Nicola's behaviour at the wedding changed David and Victoria's perception of their new daughter-in-law. 'That was when the Beckhams realised that it was not going to be easy being part of [Nicola's] super-rich family. Some people felt that Nicola was vile. The Beckham gang just adore Brooklyn and wanted to be part of it all. 'Now Nicola is singling Kim out and seems to be making it her fault but she only started dating Romeo last November. Relations have been strained since the wedding and there has been much concern for Brooklyn ever since.'

Want a Better Relationship With Your Teen Children? Exercise With Them.

There is a magical place where my teenage children are invariably pleasant, we all happily engage in healthy activities and no one is glued to a screen. I'll let you in on the secret: this magical place is the gym. Well, 'gym' in the expansive sense of any space where we can exercise together: it could be the paved strip along the Hudson River, a tiny hotel gym, the choppy waters of the Atlantic or even the space in our entryway roomy enough to accommodate a couple of mats.

Brittany Hockley dramatically collapses at Sydney gym following marriage to Benjamin Siegrist: 'We have a woman down'

Newlywed Brittany Hockley gave fans a fright this week after collapsing at a gym in Sydney, after an intense workout session with her husband Benjamin Siegrist. The 37-year-old former Bachelor star was filmed lying slumped over a table at VRTUS gym in Bondi, appearing completely spent. Dressed in a white jumper and black exercise pants, Brittany appeared exhausted as she looked up at the camera and let out a cry of anguish: 'Can't'. She then slowly zipped her white jumper over her face in apparent defeat. The alarming clip was shared by her Swiss footballer husband, who cheekily captioned it: 'We have a woman down'. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'Still in vacay mode, to be honest,' Brittany added. He added two laughing emojis, confirming the moment was all in jest. It comes after Brittany was left broken-hearted after she shelled out $1,000 for a lavish wedding cake - only to be delivered a culinary disaster. The podcaster married Swiss footballer Ben Siegrist in a clifftop ceremony in Bali earlier this month. While Brittany's nuptials went off without a hitch, the genetically blessed couple were left red-faced at the reception when they came face to face with their 'Temu' sponge that looked like a 'four-stacked pizza'. Last week, Brittany shared an image of the ornate sponge she ordered, complete with piped dollops of rich white cream and a vibrant topping of fresh berries, and an image of what was delivered to illustrate her heartache. Instead of the berry-laden showstopper she hoped for, the final product resembled 'four burned pizzas slapped together' - dull, brown, and uninspired. The disappointing dessert left Brittany and her guests in shock. The couple's wedding took place last week at Pandawa Cliff Estate, which promises a 'dramatic and romantic clifftop setting overlooking the Indian Ocean' and stunning views of Bali's Bukit Peninsula. Brittany was ever the blushing bride on her big day, walking down the aisle in a strapless dress by Steven Khalil which featured a lace corset with dramatic long train. Brittany and Ben gave followers a glimpse into the nuptials, sharing a duo of loved-up snaps from the big day to Instagram. One showed Ben romantically embracing his new bride as he leaned in for a newlywed kiss. 'From the very first day, it was you,' Brittany captioned the images. 'Across any ocean, it is you. For the rest of our lives, it will always be you. Mr and Mrs Siegrist 4.6.2025,' she added, augmenting the sentiment with love heart emojis.

Telegraph readers in favour of Camperdown Fitness gym dress code

Don't miss out on the headlines from Fitness. Followed categories will be added to My News. Readers have overwhelmingly backed a dress code enforced at Camperdown Fitness, where owners of the gym have imposed rules that some gymgoers deemed 'strange and sexist'. The Sunday Telegraph reported the digital signage displaying 'appropriate clothing' has been installed at the gym by owners Michael Wood and Paul Vella to remind customers of their guidelines for a 'family friendly environment'. Some gym users complained the rules were 'sexist and outdated', but this masthead's readers mostly disagreed. They put their support behind the gym and its policies – and many advocated for an extra condition, attributing 'inappropriate' dress to influencer culture. According to Willow, 'You can see everything, every nook and cranny of their body'. 'Some of the gym attendees look ridiculous ... They may as well be naked, nothing left to the imagination.' Screengrabs of a video from Camperdown Fitness, showing their new dress code rules. The dress code is displayed on TV screens inside the gym, which is located on Pyrmont Bridge Road. 'Since when has exercising to keep fit meant to be a fashion show,' Steve said. 'There are always women-only gyms they can go to if they want to show off their latest coloured top.' 'A private business has a dress code. Their business, their rules. Now the market votes,' Nicky said. Monique was concerned about health and safety issues. 'If people don't like the rules they can change gyms or alternatively make the big investment and open their own gym and set their own rules,' Erin said. Mary agreed, adding: 'I don't care how attractive you are - I don't want to see your bum fillers or boobs hanging out while I'm at the gym.' Another said: 'If your 'bits/genitals' (males and females alike) are in danger of falling out or popping out during 'actual' exercise then it's probably not the best activewear,' she said. 'If you are exercising hard you need supportive clothing and materials for your own body's wear and tear and recovery. Nobody wants to be sitting down on a sweat soaked machine that the previous user neglected to clean either.' Camperdown Fitness' new dress code rules. The dress code is displayed on TV screens inside the gym, which is located on Pyrmont Bridge Road. Of the few who disagreed with the ban, freedom of expression was the main issue. 'Let them wear what they like ... Bikinis were banned once as well,' Keith said. An interesting theme also emerged in response to the story, suggesting a ban on filming workouts and creating content inside the premises. 'Ban filming too,' Eleni said – a sentiment also echoed by Doug: 'Perhaps ban the use of mobile phones and cameras for selfies and other imaging?' 'While they're at it, I wish every gym would ban filming - people who want to film their work outs are insufferable and should just work out at home,' Claudia added. Do you know more?
