The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) will provide an update on the province's wildfire situation Friday afternoon.
The update can be watched live at the top of this article at 1:30 p.m.
As of Friday morning, there were 19 active wildfires in Saskatchewan with five of them considered uncontained, according to the SPSA's website.
This year, Saskatchewan has seen 265 wildfires, surpassing the five-year average to date of 159.
