Bayda commemorates day of al-Wilayah with call for loyalty, resistance
Bayda – Saba: A speech event was held in Bayda on Saturday to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) under the slogan "Whoever I am his master, then this Ali is his master." The event, attended by Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mohammed al-Muwalad and Bayda governor Abdullah Idris, emphasized the importance of commemorating Imam Ali's accession, following his path, and renewing loyalty to God, His Messenger, Imam Ali, and the leaders of guidance. Governor Idris highlighted the Yemenis' connection to Imam Ali, drawing lessons from his courage, knowledge, and role in confronting tyrants. Idris stressed the need to embody Imam Ali's jihadist spirit in practical reality, noting that allegiance to these figures is a Quranic criterion for selecting a leader capable of confronting the nation's enemies. Idris praised the Yemeni Armed Forces' operations against ships supporting the "Zionist enemy" in the Red Sea, Arabian Sea, and Indian Ocean in support of Gaza, attributing this stance to their allegiance to God and the beacons of guidance. Huge crowds, including governor Abdullah Atifi and other senior officials, gathered, reflecting widespread national awareness and growing momentum in solidarity with the revolutionary leadership and readiness for the battle to defend national sovereignty. Participants proudly waved Palestinian and Yemeni flags, chanting slogans condemning the Zionist aggression against Gaza, Yemen, and Tehran, while affirming their full readiness for jihad on the front lines. The participants emphasized that the Yemeni Armed Forces' military operations against the Zionist entity represent the highest form of loyalty to the Palestinian cause and demonstrate a unified will against projects of hegemony. They highlighted recent massacres at relief sites as proof of the enemy's use of hunger as a weapon and its exploitation of aid operations to liquidate civilians, revealing a comprehensive genocide plan backed by international silence and Arab complicity. Higher Military Academy Chairman visits frontline fighters in Bayda
Bayda – Saba: Chairman of the Higher Military Academy Major General Hussein al-Rawhani, accompanied by Brigadier General Hamid al-Ghouli, Deputy Director of the Infantry Department, on Tuesday reviewed the conditions of guards in Maswara district in Bayda governorate.
