The teaching assistant, who is already back home in the UK, was asked: "Is there any bad blood between you and Meg?" She replied: "No, but I'll answer all about this on Aftersun on Sunday x." Malisha's time in the villa was marred by her fallout with Meg over fitness trainer Dejon. The girls came to blows several times after Malisha insisted on chatting to Dejon despite him being coupled up with Meg. Following her exit, Malisha said: "I don't regret anything, I did what I needed to do as a bombshell. "Sometimes the reactions were a bit uncalled for. "I did go into the first chat with an open mind and I said I don't want to have any arguments. "Then it just got heated. I'm not here for the drama… a lot of it was miscommunication."

Reality dating show fans amazed by 'the best episode of all time'
TV viewers were left with their jaws on the floor last night as Love Island lived up to its promise of delivering an incredibly juicy season. The ITV2 show returned for its 12th edition earlier this month, with Maya Jama still hosting and 19 new contestants battling it out for the main prize. So far, three contestants have been dumped – on day two, day four, and day eight respectively – but that wasn't the end of the drama for Love Island viewers this week. A new challenge called Look Who's Talking shared what all of this year's islanders had been secretly saying about each other behind their backs. Despite all the confessions, the big reveal, however, was the secret smooch – or three smooches – between eternal troublemakers Harry and Yasmin in the hideaway. Wake up to find news on your TV shows in your inbox every morning with Metro's TV Newsletter. Sign up to our newsletter and then select your show in the link we'll send you so we can get TV news tailored to you. As they got down to business, Helena – who Harry is coupled up with – was in the main villa none the wiser, until the beans were spilled later that night at the fire pit. In scenes viewers immediately hailed as some of the best on the show so far, the islanders were each tasked with reading out a quote from one of their contestants before guessing the name behind it. The moment came after Remell picked up a card and read out the quote from a fellow islander: 'Do you think I should kiss her? Is that what you're saying? Kiss Yas, because I will.' Harry was immediately exposed as the person behind the quote, which he'd spoken aloud last night after the two had shared a kiss during another challenge – Hideaway. To make matters worse, when Harry tried to say that he and Yasmin had kissed on two occasions, Yasmin chimed in to reveal they'd actually locked lips three times. Helena's friend Megan, who has been in the villa since day one, immediately shouted at Harry, saying: 'You owe it to Helena to be f*****g honest, you p***k!' On X, @OnikaQueentoRap said, 'This is peak television. Whoever hired this cast needs a raise, I actually can't!,' sharing a clip of the incident in a post. @HayaNxstalgia quoted the post and agreed: 'This has to be one of the best Love Island seasons ever. Pure drama and entertainment every episode.' @TriniGoddess agreed and called the episode 'the best [Love Island] episode of all time actually,' while @Ban_Dullock said: 'I kind of love Harry and Dejon, obviously they're not the best people but make great TV.' More Trending More of Harry's flirtatious quotes were then unearthed through the rest of Look Who's Talking, which landed him in more trouble and caused more arguments between the contestants. On day eight, Malisha was cruelly dumped after new bombshell Harrison chose American contestant Toni over her after dating them both. Watch Love Island every night at 9PM on ITV2 and ITVX . This one thing can 'make a big difference' in cooling your dogs this summer
With temperatures set to pass 30C in some parts of the UK this weekend, dog owners are being urged to watch for signs of heat exhaustion With temperatures soaring to 30C across parts of the UK this week, dog owners are being urged to take extra care of their furry friends in the heat. Canine expert Yasmin El-Saie has shared some timely advice to help prevent dogs from suffering in the sweltering weather. And, according to Yasmin, it all starts with grooming. She explained: 'Regular grooming plays a crucial role in keeping dogs cool. "Brushing helps remove loose fur and promotes airflow across the skin. This is especially important for thick-coated breeds who can overheat more easily.' She added: 'Keeping that grooming appointment, or regular brushing at home, can make a big difference in heat regulation.' While it might seem like common sense, Yasmin stressed that one of the biggest mistakes owners can make is walking their dogs in the midday sun, The Express reports. 'Dogs can't sweat like humans,' she said, 'so it's our responsibility to look after them.' She strongly recommends sticking to early mornings or later evenings for walks, when the air is cooler and safer for your pet. And while dogs might love the chance to cool off in a river or splash around in the sea, Yasmin cautioned owners to be mindful after swim time. 'Saltwater can irritate your dog's skin and paws,' she said, advising a rinse with fresh water afterwards to avoid any irritation. 'Canines have very few sweat glands, and they're mainly located in their paw pads – playing a minor role in cooling. "That means they rely heavily on panting to lower their body temperature, which makes them far more vulnerable to heat stress and even heatstroke." Alongside regular brushing, Yasmin recommends investing in a dog cooling coat, a handy tool to help beat the heat. She said: 'These specially designed garments are soaked in water, then wrung out before being worn. 'As the moisture evaporates, it draws heat away from your dog's body. Cooling coats are especially helpful for flat-faced breeds like bulldogs and pugs who struggle more in hot conditions.' With the mercury rising, these practical tips could go a long way in keeping our four-legged friends safe, cool and happy this summer. But heat isn't the only seasonal hazard. With summer here and more people spending time in their gardens, pet experts are also warning dog owners to be cautious of common household and garden items. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! Curious dogs might try to nibble things they shouldn't, and products like fertilisers, pesticides and slug pellets can pose serious health risks. Fertilisers, especially freshly applied granules, can be dangerous if ingested, while pesticides, whether dry or wet, may irritate the skin and digestive system. Snail and slug bait is especially toxic and, if eaten, can cause severe tremors and require immediate veterinary care. As always, prevention is key. Keeping harmful substances well out of reach and closely monitoring your dog outdoors can help ensure a safe and relaxing summer for everyone.
