Cardi B blasts ex Offset in new song amid Stefon Diggs romance

Cardi B seemingly dissed her ex, Offset, on her latest track Outside, with lyrics hinting at her latest romance with NFL star Stefon Diggs. The rapper, 32, who shares three children with Offset, 33, - Kulture, six, Wave, three, and Blossom, eight months, sang: 'Do you how you do me, bet we won't speak again. Favorite player from your favorite team, he in my DM.' She also said: 'Heard them Patriots go them n*****, let me in the locker room.' Cardi is dating Diggs, a member of the New England Patriots. It comes less than a year after the rapper filed for divorce from Offset. A few weeks ago, Cardi delved into the family finances, making a dig at her ex in posts online. She claimed Offset has not pitched in a penny for the children since their split. She claimed: 'A whole year straight, you have left me with the kids' bills. Y'all want to know what's the kids' bills? Start adding. 'My kids got their own driver - they pick them up from school, they drop them off and they take them to gymnastics and boxing classes. The kids' driver is on a retainer for $10,000 a month. 'Kulture's school this year - you didn't pay for it - that's $45,000. Wave's school a year is $35,000, which you didn't help me pay for it this year at all.' She revealed she pays a relative $3,000 weekly to babysit and a nanny for Blossom charges $500 a day. She continued: 'Kulture and Wave get tutoring four times a week. Each hour is $250. Count that up. Kulture's piano class, that's $300 an hour and she gets piano classes three times a week. 'I'm not sure how much is gymnastics and Wave's boxing classes, but I pay that too.' She was also critical of Offset for seeking spousal support in the split, again itemizing expenses she's paid for without his assistance. 'Have I asked you for anything?' Cardi asked. 'You want spousal support so bad. And mind you, this is not even including food - my kids have a personal chef that comes from 7am to 5pm that I pay for because people in my house don't have time to cook.' Cardi also said that Offset has 'seen Blossom only like five times' since her birth last fall. She added: 'I been trying to save your face. I said you can see my kids in my house. I want my daughter to feel the love of her dad. He hasn't seen his kids since March.'

Wave Life Sciences Announces Oral Presentation of Preclinical Data Supporting WVE-007's Mechanism (INHBE) to Reduce Fat, Preserve Muscle, and Induce Healthy Weight Loss at ADA's Annual Scientific Sessions

Presentation to highlight WVE-007 (INHBE GalNAc-siRNA) as a potential novel and unique obesity treatment leading to healthy weight loss and supporting preclinical data demonstrating potent and durable reduction in Activin E resulting in fat loss with muscle preservation New preclinical data demonstrate that a single dose of INHBE siRNA leads to lower inflammation of adipose tissue with strong suppression of pro-inflammatory M1 macrophages in visceral fat in DIO mice, highlighting potential mechanistic insights into the risk reduction for type 2 diabetes (T2D) and coronary artery disease (CAD) suggested by human genetics CAMBRIDGE, Mass., June 20, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Wave Life Sciences Ltd. (Nasdaq: WVE), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on unlocking the broad potential of RNA medicines to transform human health, today announced the presentation of preclinical data supporting WVE-007, its GalNAc-siRNA designed to silence INHBE mRNA, an obesity target with strong evidence from human genetics. The data demonstrate the ability of Wave's long-acting GalNAc-siRNA to reduce INHBE mRNA and Activin E protein, induce weight loss mainly through reduction of fat mass, and reduce pro-inflammatory macrophage recruitment in a diet-induced obese (DIO) mouse model. The data were highlighted today in an oral presentation at the American Diabetes Association's 85th Annual Scientific Sessions, taking place June 20 to 23, in Chicago. 'These exciting preclinical data highlighted in today's presentation both recapitulate human genetics findings and continue to support the potential of WVE-007 to drive weight reduction by reducing Activin E to induce lipolysis – or fat breakdown, preferentially reducing visceral fat, and decreasing inflammation of adipose tissue – all without impacting lean muscle mass. These data suggest a highly differentiated therapeutic profile with lower visceral fat, less insulin resistance and less inflammation, supporting potential for risk reduction of T2D, CAD and other obesity-related co-morbidities,' said Erik Ingelsson, MD, PhD, Chief Scientific Officer. 'Silencing of INHBE is an entirely orthogonal mechanism from GLP-1s, which are centrally acting and impact the digestive system and central nervous system to decrease appetite. If these preclinical data translate in the clinic, WVE-007 has the potential to transform the obesity treatment paradigm by delivering healthy weight loss, preservation of muscle mass, and infrequent dosing of once or twice a year. We are evaluating WVE-007 in our ongoing INLIGHT clinical trial in adults living with overweight or obesity, and we are on track to deliver the first clinical data in the second half of this year.' Human genetics provides strong evidence for INHBE as a therapeutic target. Individuals who have a protective loss-of-function variant in one copy of the INHBE gene have a healthier cardiometabolic profile, including less abdominal fat, lower triglycerides, and lower risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. These heterozygous carriers also exhibit favorable associations with liver traits, including reductions in cT1 (reflecting liver inflammation and fibrosis) and ALT (reflecting liver damage), with no impact on liver fat. The oral presentation titled, 'siRNA-INHBE Silencing in Mice Recapitulates Human Genetic Data and Demonstrates Improved Healthy Weight Loss Profile,' highlighted results from studies in DIO mice that evaluated monotherapy (INHBE-siRNA alone) as well as combination (INHBE siRNA and semaglutide), and maintenance (INHBE siRNA when semaglutide treatment is discontinued) treatment settings. Key results are as follows: A single dose of INHBE-siRNA led to robust target engagement, including reduction of INHBE mRNA and Activin E protein, a lipolysis suppressor that is upregulated in obesity. Liver INHBE mRNA was strongly correlated with serum Activin E levels following INHBE-siRNA treatment. A single dose of INHBE-siRNA led to weight loss on par with semaglutide. There was a decrease in diet-induced visceral adipose mass and shrinkage of adipocytes compared with PBS treatment, supporting the restoration of healthy adipose tissue with this mechanism of action. Muscle mass was preserved. Infiltration of activated macrophages in visceral adipose was significantly decreased by a single dose of INHBE-siRNA compared with PBS controls. INHBE-siRNA also significantly reduced proinflammatory M1 macrophage (CD11c positive) recruitment while sustaining levels of anti-inflammatory M2 macrophages in visceral fat, indicating an overall shift away from a pro-inflammatory state. When administered as an add-on to semaglutide, a single dose of INHBE-siRNA doubled the amount of weight loss, highlighting potential for combination treatment. Wave's INHBE siRNA curtailed rebound weight gain when semaglutide treatment was discontinued, highlighting its potential as an off-ramp and maintenance treatment following GLP-1 treatment. Cardi B reveals baby daughter Blossom for FIRST time in sweet photos

Cardi B has revealed baby daughter Blossom's face for the first time with an array of sweet Instagram photos on Monday. The Bodak Yellow rapper, 32 - who recently risked a wardrobe malfunction while attending the ASCAP celebration - uploaded snaps of the eight-month-old as well as her other kids Kulture, six and Wave, three. The performer shares her three children with ex Offset - as the pair continue to be embroiled in a bitter divorce battle. In one image, Blossom could be seen flashing a big smile as she stood on her feet while wearing a hot pink onesie and pastel pink socks. A Louis Vuitton scarf was placed on top of her head, and contained both the brand's logo as well as a cherry blossom pattern on the silk material. Small bags were placed nearby with the same style. Another picture was taken as Cardi B held her youngest child in her arms as they both held cheerful grins for the cute moment. Blossom appeared to be a fan of the items and held a mini Louis Vuitton bag in her hand with an excited smile. Her daughter Kulture also paused for a couple of photos as she modeled some purses from the luxurious brand. The eldest daughter of Cardi B and Offset posed outdoors while wearing a scarf from the line and held two bags. Wave also appeared in the star's latest Instagram carousel, including a closeup snap of his face. Another image showed the three-year-old lounging on a couch and looking through a phone. Cardi B showcased an assortment of pieces from the Louis Vuitton x Murakami Collection which is currently available online to consumers. The songstress - whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Cephus - also modeled some items from the collection herself. While wearing a nude bodysuit, the Please Me rapper carried a large purse over her right shoulder and held an umbrella above her. As she crouched down on an outside deck, the music artist held a smile and also sported a pair of open-toed heels. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Cardi B (@iamcardib) In one image, Blossom could be seen flashing a big smile as she stood on her feet while wearing a hot pink onesie and pastel pink socks In the caption of the post, Cardi B penned to her followers: 'It is you Miss Blossom Belles,' followed by cherry blossom emojis. The performer first revealed the name of her youngest child late last month in May as she put her ex Offset on blast. At the time, she had jumped to X Spaces to give an emotional response to a spokesperson for the music artist telling The Breakfast Club he is requesting 'everything' amid their divorce proceedings, per Hollywood Unlocked. Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset - whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus - last year in July. But it was also revealed last month that he requested she pay him spousal spousal support. At one point, the mom-of-three claimed that her estranged husband is not involved in their children's lives - including their youngest daughter Blossom, who was welcomed to the world in September 2024. 'Kiari is allowed to see my kids,' the Grammy winner emphasized. 'It is not one day that he's not allowed to see my kids. He stood up my kids three times. He has seen Blossom only like five times, and I been trying to save your face…' She continued, 'I said you can see my kids in my house. I want my daughter to feel the love of her dad. He hasn't seen his kids since March.' Cardi B also added, 'You talk to the kids almost every single day. You call the kids almost every single day. 'I allow you to talk to the kids every single day. If I allow you to talk to the kids, why would I not allow you to see the kids?' The singer has since been romantically linked to NFL player Stefon Diggs - although he was recently caught flirting with a bikini-clad woman late last month on Memorial Day. But the couple seemingly brushed aside the incident when they were seen packing on the PDA last week at the NFL star's kids football camp in Maryland. While on the field together, the pair were spotted cozying up and also shared a sweet kiss. It came not long after exclusively learned that her ex Offset made a shock decision in their divorce proceedings - and has now requested spousal support. She also claimed that their split came after she was traumatized 'waking up each day' to stories of Offset allegedly cheating on her. The rapper explained that she also began therapy due to having 'frequent headaches' and was 'literally losing my mind.' On X Spaces, Cardi B said: 'I gave chances after chances after chances after chances. 'If I was still there [in that marriage], I was going to end up going to jail because I was going to end up killing him. Seriously, with my own bare hands, because it was getting too much.' She added, 'My baby came out five pounds because I couldn't eat because I was so depressed because of the lies and the constant drama. 'This is more than the cheating. It's just like the constant lies, the gaslighting - it was really messing with my head.' Offset has also previously accused Cardi B of cheating on him, but she said, 'I was married for seven years. I was faithful for seven years. Before that, I was engaged for three years.' The star additionally expressed to her fans, 'We did help each other with our jobs. But it's like, you're helping me, but you're destroying me at the same time. You gotta go. You become a liability to my work, you gotta go.' The singer has been keeping busy and recently made an appearance at the ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Celebration in Los Angeles. She was honored with the ASCAP Voice of the Culture Award and wowed in a snakeskin-patterned dress with a plunging neckline on the front. Her dark locks were parted in the middle and flowed down straight past her shoulders. For a final touch, she added large earrings as well as flashy rings on each of her hands.

Carnival's Marketing Engine Goes Full Throttle: Can it Boost Demand?

Carnival Corporation & plc CCL is making an aggressive pivot toward high-impact marketing to drive bookings amid minimal capacity growth. With no new ship deliveries in 2026 and only three scheduled over the next four years, the cruise giant is turning to brand storytelling and experiential promotions to boost momentum and the first quarter of fiscal 2025, Carnival executed one of its expansive marketing pushes to date during Wave season. Its flagship Carnival Cruise Line brand launched splashy campaigns tied to cultural tentpoles like the Oscars and the Super Bowl. These efforts featured brand ambassador Shaquille O'Neal and celebrity chefs Guy Fieri and Emeril Lagasse, generating more than 5 billion media impressions. Costa Cruises amplified its exposure in Italy through a live performance on Costa Toscana during the Sanremo Music Festival, while AIDA Cruises continued its AIDA Evolution program by revamping AIDAdiva with upgraded onboard campaigns are translating into results. The company reported historically high pricing across all core programs and over 80% of 2025 capacity booked by the end of the fiscal first quarter. Booking volumes for 2026 also hit an all-time high. Carnival's strong marketing execution was instrumental in lifting net yields by 7.3% year over year in the fiscal first quarter. Carnival's strategic marketing push is enabling pricing discipline and forward-looking demand. With limited fleet expansion and inflationary pressure, the ability to create emotional resonance through brand storytelling could prove to be an asset for the company heading into the back half of the year. Royal Caribbean Group RCL is also leaning on strong brand positioning, though through a different lens. The company's marketing flywheel focuses on deepening customer loyalty via app adoption, personalization, and its cross-brand loyalty ecosystem. New ships like Star of the Seas and Celebrity Xcel are generating record demand, and direct-to-consumer bookings are surging. In the first quarter of 2025, Royal Caribbean's WAVE season was the best in company history, with onboard spending and pre-cruise purchases at all-time highs. Royal Caribbean credits its marketing ecosystem and brand-led ship innovation for driving strong pricing and engagement amid macro Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. NCLH is taking a more targeted approach. Its recent campaigns have revolved around experiential upgrades, like the Aqua slide coaster on the newly launched Norwegian Aqua, which garnered over 270 million views across social platforms. Norwegian Cruise also announced significant enhancements to Great Stirrup Cay, including resort-style pools and exclusive clubs, as well as a revamped NCL app to drive pre-cruise revenue. While its broader media exposure remains lower than Carnival's, Norwegian Cruise is doubling down on experiential marketing to foster brand differentiation and premium pricing. Shares of Carnival have gained 26.7% in the past three months compared with the industry's growth of 12.7%. Image Source: Zacks Investment Research From a valuation standpoint, CCL trades at a forward price-to-earnings ratio of 12.24X, significantly below the industry's average of 18.57X. Image Source: Zacks Investment Research The Zacks Consensus Estimate for CCL's fiscal 2025 and 2026 earnings implies a year-over-year uptick of 30.3% and 12.8%, respectively. The EPS estimates for fiscal 2025 have remained unchanged in the past 30 days. Image Source: Zacks Investment Research CCL stock currently carries a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold).
