Wanted in Berks: June 22, 2025
The Berks County sheriff's office is seeking the following fugitives:
Walter Singleton
• Walter Singleton, 42, whose last known address was in the 700 block of North 12th Street, Reading, is wanted on receiving stolen property charges.
Bern Township police said Singleton was involved with an organization in which Fed Ex employees stole cellphones and returned them for payment in 2023. Investigators determined the scheme resulted in a total loss of $40,207. Charges were filed June 24.
He is described as 5 feet 7 inches and 180 pounds.
Denise Osorio
• Denise Osorio, 33, whose last known address was in the 100 block of West Douglass Street, Reading, is wanted on intimidation, retaliation, or obstruction in child abuse cases charges.
Berks County detectives said Osorio failed to comply with an ongoing investigation, failed to protect victims and interfered with an investigation into sexual and physical abuse allegations. Charges were filed on May 14, 2024.
She is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 125 pounds.
