Taylor Swift fan left mortified after tattoo artist misspelled inking inspired singer
A woman got a Taylor Swift-inspired tattoo for her husband... and then noticed an extremely awkward error. Arkansas, was inspired by one of her favorite lyrics from the song Guilty As Sin?, which reads: 'What if he's written "mine" on my upper thigh?' She had her husband Vito write the word 'mine' and got it tattooed onto her upper thigh - but after leaving the tattoo parlor, she noticed the inking was spelled wrong. The tattoo artist wrote 'mime' instead of 'mine', leaving the Swiftie mortified. She detailed the mishap in a video shared to Instagram that has now gone viral. 'Thinking we're being cute with a Taylor Swift x romantic thigh tattoo,' she wrote over a clip of her husband writing out the word 'mine' on a paper. The video then cut to them in the tattoo shop picking the placement for her new tat. The artist was also seen holding the stencil over her thigh, which clearly said 'mine'. But she then showed the final result. Liz wrote on the video: 'Mime what the f***??' She seemed to be making the most of the situation as she added in the caption: 'Friendship and Taylor Swift tattoo fails to kick off the summer. 'Don't worry, I'm 1,000 per cent laughing about this and love it just the same - my mom said maybe it's cursive.' While speaking to Newsweek about it, Liz explained, 'We'd been thinking about getting tattoos in each other's handwriting for a bit. 'I know the song isn't necessarily about "the one", but that lyric felt cheeky and had a little sex appeal. 'I didn't notice the cursive misspelling until I was driving away. We were running late to dinner, got bandaged up, and hopped in the car. Then I looked at the video I took and thought, "Does that say Mime?"' Liz said she doesn't believe the artist 'intentionally messed it up' and that they seemed 'great' during the session. She added: 'We had awesome conversation. I just wish they followed the stencil a little more closely.' In the end, she said she and her husband are laughing about it now - and he has even started calling her 'Mime'. She added: 'I've got a great new nickname out of it. These things don't phase me. I've chuckled at myself countless times just thinking about the story. 'Of course I couldn't plan for the misspelling, but I think life's funniest moments come from the unplanned. 'After seeing the cursive, I was even more excited to share because I thought it might make other folks laugh, too - especially my fellow Swifties!'

Strictly's Dianne Buswell tells co-star 'I've been struggling' after crying backstage
Our community members are treated to special offers, promotions and adverts from us and our partners. You can check out at any time. More info Dianne Buswell, a dancer on Strictly Come Dancing, has informed her former dance partner Chris McCausland about a tough time she's been having on tour. The pair were back together for the latest edition of their podcast, in which they discussed various topics including her current venture with Vito Coppola, and their stint together on the BBC show. When Chris, 48, quizzed her on how her and Vito's tour was going, the 36-year-old confessed: "I've been struggling, I've had a struggle struggle week." Jokingly mocking her sad admission, the comedian began playing some melancholic music, to which she responded: "Don't you start! Because I did have a moment, I've cried and everything, I had a moment where I thought, 'I feel really bad when I used to be so mean to Chris about being sick'." Reflecting on their Strictly experience, Chris went on to say: "Hang on, when we did Strictly, I'm just trying to think, even when I was bad or injured," but was swiftly interrupted by Dianne who recalled: "You were quite sick a lot." He went on to say on their Winning Isn't Everything podcast: "How many times did I cry that wasn't for joyous, emotional reasons? How many times did I cry because of illness or pain or sadness?" After humorously trying to work it out, he concluded it was "zero". Determined to justify her tears, Dianne pointed out that women tend to become "much more emotional" at times due to hormonal factors. The red-haired beauty and Vito's gigs comes just months after the Strictly cast reunited for the annual nationwide tour. For the first time in its history, the tour did not see its champion from that year take part. Announcing his absence at the time, Chris wrote: "I'm afraid I will not be able to do the Strictly tour. My own tour was meant to be on the road in September and a lot of dates were moved to Jan and Feb to accommodate doing #Strictly. "It's unfortunate as it's been so much fun, but my own dates can't be moved for a second time." Chris made history on the show last year as the competition's first ever blind contestant and winner. This year, a new line-up of celebrities will be hoping to follow in Chris' footsteps and win the Glitterball trophy. Confirmed names are yet to be announced, though rumoured participants so far include; Helen Flanagan, Tom Parker Bowles, Sir Mo Farah, Tom Skinner and Dani Dyer. The professional dancers that are preparing for their return include; Dianne, alongside Nadiya Bychkova, Amy Dowden, Karen Hauer, Katya Jones, Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Gorka Marquez, Luba Mushtuk, Jowita Przystal, Johannes Radebe, Aljaž Škorjanec, Kai Widdrington, Nancy Xu, Carlos Gu, Lauren Oakley, Michelle Tsiakkas and Vito. The new series is expected to return in September.

Former Star Accuses WWE Of Stealing His Gimmick
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. Former WWE, WCW, and ECW star Big Vito has publicly accused WWE and Paul "Triple H" Levesque of "ripping off" his established Italian street tough/gangster persona for the NXT character of Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo. Vito, who made a name for himself with this gimmick long before his more widely remembered WWE run as a cross-dresser, released a strong statement on X. In his social media post, Big Vito, referring to himself as "THE Don," directly addressed Triple H. "I've got an honest question for Triple H. I've lived this lifestyle my whole life. I've been doing this gimmick since 1999," Vito stated. "I'm still the Don in the squared circle, but this kid—who has publicly disrespected me—has stolen everything but the shoes on my feet." Vito further claimed that WWE had previously sought his input for similar concepts. "Your own people have reached out to me, asking for help with "family" storylines. Those ideas? Mine," he asserted. "Talent relations even called me, said I'd be "brought in" down in Florida. He emphasized he has proof for his claims: "And yes, I've got the receipts to back up everything I'm saying here." HOUSTON, TEXAS - MARCH 11: A general stadium view during WWE Monday Night RAW at Toyota Center on March 11, 2024 in Houston, Texas. Big Vito's "Italian street guy" persona was prominent during his time in ECW as part of Da Baldies and in WCW with The Mamalukes, where he held the WCW Hardcore and World Tag Team Championships. This was before his later WWE stint where he was controversially booked in a dress. I've got an honest question for @TripleH . I've lived this lifestyle my whole life. I've been doing this gimmick since 1999. I'm still the Don in the squared circle, but this kid—who has publicly disrespected me—has stolen everything but the shoes on my feet. Your own people have… — Big Vito LoGrasso (@TheBigVitoBrand) June 2, 2025 Lorenzo currently portrays a character in NXT aligned with Tony D'Angelo's mob-themed "family," which Vito evidently sees as a direct imitation. Vito questioned the integrity of using his established character. "So tell me: are we really going to keep doing this? Keep embarrassing Italians with this nonsense? Keep disrespecting my 35 years in this business?" he asked. He then addressed Stacks directly: "Stacks — I get it. Imitation is supposed to be the sincerest form of flattery. I've got a few old leather jackets if you need them, but I doubt you can pull off the bald look. Just remember: no matter who you put in the "costume," they'll always be living in my shadow until I give my stamp of approval." More WWE News: For more on WWE, head to Newsweek Sports.
