Love Island's Conor names two islanders he would consider his dream threesome
A game of beer pong on Love Island shows Irish star Conor choosing Emily and Megan as his dream threesome on tonight's show. The Islanders receive a text tonight which revealed they will be treated to an eBay pre-loved party and a game of beer pong dares. Among the dares, Conor is tasked with kissing the Islanders that would make up his dream threesome - choosing Emily and Megan. Meanwhile, Dubliner Megan joins forces to hatch a plan with Helena and Meg to get their own back on the boys' recent challenge antics. As the Islanders await news of which girl new bombshell Harrison will be bringing back from his dates, Helena tells the girls: "Even if we don't think he's [Harrison] fit, shall we be like, 'Oh he's a bit of me'?" Meg adds: "All this game-playing they've been doing [the boys]." Meanwhile Dejon, Tommy and Harry have Harrison on their minds, too. Tommy wonders if Harrison will come in and try to break up a strong couple, but Dejon adds: "To be honest, the more he does, the more leeway we've got to cause havoc!" Harry adds: "If he goes and kisses Helena, I'm flying mate! That'd be so good, I didn't even think of that." Elsewhere tensions rise between Ben and Shakira as Yasmin and Harry get flirty on the terrace. The next day, while Harrison gets to know his first pick, he's keen to get to know the other girls, too. Harrison pulls Shakira for a chat at the firepit, as Ben, Dejon and Remell watch on. When Harrison asks her how things have been going, Shakira replies: "It's been messy, everyone's saying they're not closed off, but everyone's acting like they're closed off." Harrison completely agrees saying: "Oh my God! Thank God you said that!" Ben later checks in on Shakira and asks how the chat went. She says: "It went well, he's a really nice boy." Ben comments: "That chat was longer than any chat me and you have ever had…I don't know how to take that." Later, the two still don't see eye-to-eye and Shakira has some firm words for Ben about where they're at. Meanwhile, Harry sees an opportunity to talk to Yasmin, so they head to the Terrace. Yasmin tells Harry he's trouble as he says: "I don't think it'd suit you being real innocent and sweet." Yasmin agrees saying: "I can't be someone I'm not, I'm not gonna sit here and be like, 'Yeah I'm girl next door' when I'm like the f***ing devil." Harry replies: "I'd like to dance with the devil!" From the garden, Helena tries to listen in on their conversation and tells the group: "I knew she fancied him." Love Island continues at 9pm on Virgin Media Two

Rhasidat Adeleke returns to speciality at Oslo Diamond League meeting
For Rhasidat Adeleke, it's time to return to her speciality. The 22-year-old Dubliner will race her first 400m of the year at the Oslo Diamond League on Thursday evening, facing a strong field that includes Poland's Natalia Bukowiecka, who edged her to the European title in Rome last year and to the Olympic bronze medal in Paris. Like most athletes this year, Adeleke has taken a patient approach to this part of the season, given there are over three months left until the World Championships in Tokyo. She blew off the racing cobwebs in April and May, clocking 22.57 and 22.72 for 200m and helping Ireland to World Championship qualification when running the mixed and women's 4x400m at the World Relays in China. As she said after finishing second over 200m at the Shanghai/Keqiao Diamond League: 'It's really different and I'm trying to remember that because sometimes I compare myself to where I was last year or in college. But I'm in a whole different training cycle, a whole different race cycle, so I need to trust the plan and keep my eyes on the World Championships.' She has put a big emphasis on speed endurance this year, laying a foundation of training that she hopes will bear fruit in the latter part of the 400m. 'I used to be amazing out of the blocks, probably first off the bend, but I'm in that transition period, working on what's really going to help my 400m,' she said. Thursday's race will give a key window into how that project is evolving, with the field also including world indoor champion Amber Anning, who finished just behind Adeleke in the Olympic final. Oslo Diamond League: Live, Virgin Media Two/BBC Three, 7pm

Irish Love Island star Megan Forte Clarke fights to keep man on tonight's show
Love Island's Irish star Megan Forte Clarke is set to fight for Tommy's attention on tonight's show. On Monday night's episode, the Dubliner coupled up with Tommy based solely on his dating profile before he entered the villa. They've bonded over their Italian heritage with Tommy stating: "My nonna's watching this. She'll be buzzing." But after Toni's bombshell entrance left Shakira vulnerable to being dumped from the Island on Monday, the other girls are feeling the pressure to keep hold of their men. In tonight's episode, Megan nervously watches from the sidelines as Shakira and Tommy are talking, with Shakira telling Tommy: "I think it's best I try to get to know everyone." Meg, Helena and Dejon tell her not to sit back, with Helena saying: "Claim your man!" Megan adds: "I think I need to lipse him", while Dejon adds: "Go do it now!" Megan decides to go for it, interrupting the chat to ask Tommy for a chat. They head to the terrace, where Megan admits: "That made me a little bit jealous." In tonight's show, viewers will watch as Shakira wastes no time in securing her place in the villa and asks Harry for a chat on the terrace and things quickly turn flirty. Shakira teases: "Haza, you little minx!" Harry replies: "It's day two come on let's keep it PG." Putting the effort in to find a new connection, Shakira then pulls Irish star Conor for a chat and he tells her: "You surprised me, you came in with massive energy, but I feel like you're not like that, you're chill and smart." Shakira admits: "I love the Irish accent, it's sexy! I've never dated an Irish guy." She also catches up with Blu telling him "I think it's good cause it gives everyone a kick up the bum…I think you've got a good vibe…you're very calming and I don't have to put on a bravado." Later that evening, the Islanders are feeling tense as they realise one of the girls will be going home tonight. Shakira tells Toni: "I've been grafting… it's rubbed people up the wrong way but who's to stop you from cracking on?" Host Maya Jama then makes her dramatic return to the Villa, telling the Islanders: "Your 24 hours are up, please meet me by the firepit." At the firepit, Maya continues: "I gave you 24 hours to find a connection with one of the other boys or risk being dumped from the Island tonight, but have you done enough?" "Boys, do you wanna play it safe and stick with your current partner or take the risk and recouple with Shakira?" She then announces "Ok guys, if you feel you have a stronger connection with Shakira than your current couple, then please stand up…" As the girls watch on nervously, will any of the boys go for it and stand up for Shakira…or will it be Shakira herself packing up her suitcase? Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on Virgin Media Play and Virgin Media Two

Meet Love Island's gorgeous Irish bombshells everyone's talking about
Love Island returns to Irish screens tonight, kicking off its 12th season with a fresh batch of lovestruck singles ready to find romance under the Balearic sun. This year, all eyes are on Ireland, with two contestants from Dublin and Limerick already grabbing attention before the villa doors have even opened. Early betting odds from BoyleSports reveal that Dublin energy broker and musical theatre performer Megan Forte Clarke is a clear favourite to win. Drawing comparisons to Irish Love Island legend Maura Higgins, Megan is currently the female contestant most likely to find herself in the winning couple, with tempting odds of 3/1. But Megan isn't flying solo in the romance stakes. Limerick man and professional rugby player Conor Philips has entered the villa as a late substitute. Conor is also among the early favourites, with odds of 7/2 to go all the way and possibly make Irish fans proud. Lawrence Lyons, spokesperson for BoyleSports, said: "We're eager to see if sparks fly when Rugby pro Conor tries to kick-start a romance in the villa, but Megan is already a darling of punters so Irish fans are clearly eyeing a fairytale outcome." These two Irish hopefuls are part of a wider group of 12 singles, each hoping to make their mark on Love Island 2025. 24-year-old Megan from Dublin is a musical theatre performer and energy broker, who is hoping to find her very own Timothée Chalamet in the villa. Explaining what she's looking for the Irish beauty said: "Someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously and has a sense of humour. If they're not bad looking, that's always a plus. I love a boy that's a bit pasty. I don't mind scrawny, or a bit of a 'dad bod'. I'm 5ft1 so any height really." Megan has already been stopped in the streets for a viral TikTok she made when her and her pals dressed up as the sitcom characters from Derry Girls, and the has also preformed in a couple pantos. Professional rugby player Conor Phillips, 25, says he's after "someone who is really sure of themselves, ambitious, a bit of a go-getter and good craic" - and revealed he doesn't mind "a dominant woman". But don't expect him to be clingy. "I don't like to answer to anyone else. I like to do my own thing", he admitted, adding that being "too needy" is his biggest ick. He described himself as the "class clown type vibe", and joked his love life would be called 'Still Trying' - "it's got to be a rugby pun, hasn't it?" And while he says he'd be "keeping my head above water" in the dating world, he's ready to settle down and "invest in some stocks". As for his flirting style? "I ask girls if they want to go halves on a baby… it doesn't work, but it gets them laughing." Fans can catch the first episode of Love Island 2025 on Virgin Media Two tonight at 9pm, with host Maya Jama returning to guide viewers through the twists, turns and temptations of this summer's season. Narrator Iain Stirling's witty commentary will keep the energy high as the villa's new arrivals begin their quest for love - and a share of the £50,000 prize.
