The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, June 17, see Victor helping Nikki make the best of a bad situation while Phyllis makes herself at home. Plus, Billy takes his plan and puts it in motion. It's going to be a day filled with drama, and you won't want to miss one bit of the action in Genoa City. Victor (Eric Breaden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) journeyed to the south of France at the behest of Aristotle Dumas. They enjoyed a ride on a lavish train with delicious and expensive food and champagne. However, something odd must happen because Victor helps Nikki make the best of a bad situation. Is she upset about the people who have joined them on the trip (like Billy [Jason Thompson], Sally [Courtney Hope], and Phyllis [Michelle Stafford], or did Dumas do something strange to her? Perhaps something else has Nikki worried. MORE: What to watch this week on Y&R. Phyllis insisted on going to Dumas' little party. She wrangled her way into things after making some pretty big phone calls and pushing herself into the mix. Of course, that is always the way Phyllis does things. She's certainly never subtle. It's not surprising that Phyllis makes herself at home. Is she in on the whole thing with Dumas, or is this more of Phyllis' typical bravado? Billy is seriously convinced that Dumas wants Chancellor. Why? That part is unclear. Also, isn't Billy starting his own company? Of course, he probably still feels like Chancellor is somewhat is problem anyway. He has a plan. Nobody, except maybe Sally, knows what that plan is. Well, since Victor knows everything, perhaps he knows what Billy's plan is, but he hasn't quite let on just yet. Now, Billy puts his plan in motion. Will it work, or will this be another in a long line of Billy's failures?

Woman caught on smuggling boat near Tawau as skipper flees into sea
TAWAU: A local woman has been detained after being found on board a boat allegedly used to smuggle contraband goods and ferry undocumented migrants from Indonesia. The 37-year-old was the sole occupant of the outboard engine-powered boat when it was intercepted near a makeshift landing area along Jalan Apas, some 5km from Tawau, on Tuesday. The joint operation, led by the Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom), also resulted in the seizure of the boat, the outboard engine, various goods, and a lorry parked nearby — believed to have been waiting to collect cargo from the Indonesian side of Pulau Sebatik, which borders Malaysia. Esscom Commander Datuk Victor Sanjos said the skipper and another passenger managed to escape by jumping into the water as the raiding team approached. "Checks on the goods — mostly food items — and the passenger, who is a Malaysian citizen, revealed that the cargo originated from across the border but was not accompanied by any documentation," he said. "The seized items and the woman have been referred to the Customs Department for further investigation, including to determine whether she was complicit in the smuggling attempt alongside those who fled." In a separate operation on Monday, Esscom detained three men during a raid at a petrol station along Jalan Apas. Items worth over RM300,000, including fuel and vehicles, were seized. The suspects, aged between 31 and 37, were allegedly caught purchasing some 1,300 litres of diesel and transferring it into modified tanks and containers in three four-wheel-drive vehicles. Victor said the suspects would be referred to the Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry for investigation under price control regulations. He stressed that there would be no let-up in enforcement operations against smugglers and traffickers along the border, urging local communities to remain vigilant and report suspicious activity.
