UAE weather tomorrow: Temperatures to decrease; yellow alert issued for rough seas
There will be a decrease in temperatures in the UAE on Friday, June 20, according to the country's weather department. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) said that the weather conditions will be fair in general and partly cloudy over some eastern areas. Conditions will get humid by night and Saturday morning with there is a probability of fog or mist formation over some northern areas. There will be light to moderate northwesterly to southwesterly winds, freshening at times causing blowing dust, with a speed of 10kmph and 25kmph, reaching 40kmph. The sea conditions will be moderate, becoming rough at times during daytime in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in Oman Sea. The NCM has issued a yellow alert for rough seas from 3.30am on Wednesday, June 18 till 2pm on Friday, June 20. It will be mostly sunny in the country and temperatures in Abu Dhabi are likely to see a high of 40°C and a low of 29°C, while in Dubai, it will be 40°C with a low of 30°C. Sharjah will witness a high of 39°C and a low of 29°C.

UAE weather: Red alert for fog in some parts, temperature to hit 47°C maximum
UAE weather today is expected to be fair in general and partly cloudy at times, as per the daily bulletin issued by the country's National Centre of Meteorology (NCM). Clouds will appear eastward, may be convective by afternoon, the bulletin said. Conditions will turn humid by night and Friday morning, and there is a probability of fog or mist formation over some coastal and internal areas. Red and yellow alerts have been issued for fog in certain areas. Humidity will range between 10 and 85 per cent in internal areas. Temperatures in internal areas will range between 23°C and 47°C. Light to moderate winds, freshening at times, causing blowing dust and sand westward, are expected, with a speed of 10–25, reaching 40 Km/hr. Abu Dhabi will see a maximum of 42°C and a low of 29°C, while the mercury may rise to 40°C and touch a low of 30°C in Dubai. In Sharjah, the temperature will range between 29°C minimum and 41°C maximum. The sea will be moderate to rough in the Arabian Gulf and slight in Oman Sea. Summer will officially start on Saturday, June 21, as the day is called the summer solstice. A summer solstice is the moment when the Sun reaches its highest and northernmost point in the sky. UAE temperatures had reached a high of 50.5°C on Tuesday, June 17, the NCM said. It was recorded at 2.30pm in Sweihan, Al Ain.

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecast that while conditions will be clear overhead, there is the possibility of partly cloudy skies over some eastern areas. There will be light to moderate southeasterly winds, becoming northwesterly winds, with a speed of 10kmph and 20kmph, reaching 30kmph. The sea conditions will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea. It will be mostly sunny all over the country and temperatures in Abu Dhabi are likely to see a high of 43°C and a low of 29°C, while in Dubai, it will be 44°C with a low of 31°C. The emirate of Sharjah will witness a high of 45°C and a low of 30°C. Meanwhile, the NCM said that the highest temperature recorded in the country on Saturday, June 14, was 49.1°C, in Sweihan in the garden city of Al Ain.
