Busty Blink 182 album model looks worlds away from iconic cover 26 years on
In 1999 punk-rock band Blink 182 enlisted Janine Lindemulder to be the cover star of their hit album Enema of the State. She famously posed in a sexy nurse outfit, complete with a white coat flashing a red bra that put her busty chest on display. Lindemulder pulled a blue latex glove over one hand in the famous image, and stared teasingly at the camera while wearing frosty blue eyeshadow and red lipstick. A vibrant blue butterfly was tattooed on her arm, and she wore a tiny white nurse's cap on top of her blonde highlighted locks. The theme continued on the back cover of the CD, with bandmates Travis Barker, Mark Hoppus, and Tom DeLonge standing in front of her wearing nothing but boxers. Today, some 26 years later, the 56-year-old adult film star looks nearly unrecognizable. She famously posed in a sexy nurse outfit, complete with a white coat flashing a red bra that put her busty chest on display Per The Sun, the Enema of the State was originally slated to be named Turn Around and Cough. Photographer David Goldman noted that it was the inspiration behind the hospital-themed imagery. The album went on to sell more than 15 million copies worldwide and spurred the hit singles What's My Age Again? — whose video also starred Janine — All The Small Things, and Adam's Song. However, following the career highlight, the bombshell's personal life began to unravel. In 2002 Lindenmulder was inducted into the Adult Video News hall of fame, the same year she married West Coast Choppers founder Jesse James, with whom she welcomed daughter Sunny. They divorced in 2004. The model served six months behind bars for failing to pay $300k in taxes and upon her release, she fought Jesse for custody of Sunny alongside his new wife Sandra Bullock. The couple cited Janine's drug use as one reason she was an unfit mother, but she insisted she was on a healthy track, telling ABC News in 2009: 'Sandy doesn't know what goes on in my house. I'd love for her to. 'Please come over, you know, I'll make dinner, you know, let's sit down, [as] two women.' Janine married West Coast Choppers founder Jesse James in 2002, with whom she welcomed daughter Sunny. They divorced in 2004 and in 2009 fought for custody of the child; pictured in 2003 James and Bullock divorced in 2010 after he was caught cheating. Meanwhile, Lindemulder was married to third husband Jeremy from 2009-2010. These days, she looks quite different as she's covered in tattoos and sporting brunette hair. On X, she engages a following of 89,000, promoting her page as '18+.' Her location is tagged as Oregon and there is a link to her OnlyFans account, where fans can subscribe for about $10/month. Her profile description boasts: 'Penthouse Pet '87, Vivid girl, AVN Hall of fame, Blink 182 cover model, multiple award winner including Best G/G and B/G.'

Stunning star of 90s album cover lived very wild life after iconic snap – would you recognise her now?
THE sexy nurse trope is hardly original but this stunning porn star's take on the theme is the thing of punk rock legend. Blink 182's 1999 hit album Enema of the State was one of the decade's most recognisable pieces of cover art. 6 The American punk group, renowned for their fart gags, pop parodies and power chords, drafted in Janine Lindemulder, 55, to take centre stage on their second LP. The adult actress - whose work the band were not aware of at the time of her casting - wore a white hat adorned with a red cross, a white shirt left open to tease her red bra, and knowingly pulled her hand into a blue latex glove as her heavily made-up face smiled at the camera. On the back cover, band members Tom DeLonge, Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus stood nervously in front of her wearing nothing but boxer shorts. Between the imagery and the album title, subtlety went out of the window. Originally, the album was due to be called Turn Around and Cough, which photographer David Goldman said inspired the now legendary images. Unsurprisingly, there was controversy around picture. The Red Cross demanded the band remove the emblem from Janine's hat as it broke the Geneva Convention. It was subsequently changed to the letter B. The album was a huge success, selling over 15 million copies worldwide and catapulting the band to the big leagues. Singles What's My Age Again?, All The Small Things and Adam's Song received heavy radio play and are synonymous with the era to this day. After the album's release, mum-of-two Janine's life took a very different turn, temporarily at least. She quit the porn industry the same year to become a primary school teacher. Despite distancing herself from blue movies, she was inducted into the industry's hall of fame in 2022. And two years after that, the lure of a big money industry return proved too and she mounted a comeback, performing with men for the first time in her porn career. Janine's comeback coincided with her divorce from West Coast Choppers star Jesse James, who would later marry A-list actress Sandra Bullock. That short-lived marriage wasn't her first celebrity romance. She famously featured in a homemade sex tape with Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil in 1998. James and Janine found themselves locked in a bitter custody battle in 2009 after she was released from prison having served six months for a $300k tax evasion. While their family has been celebrating new milestones with the newest addition of the family, Alabama has been entangled in drama with Bhad Bhabie. Earlier this year, the friends-turned-foes exchanged harsh words in the form of diss tracks after Bhad Bhabie, born Danielle Bregoli, accused her boyfriend and baby daddy Le Vaughn of cheating with Alabama. In February, Bhad Bhabie released a track called Ms. Whitman that dragged Alabama, the Kardashians and her dad Travis into the feud. The title of the song Ms. Whitman refers to the 1993 film True Romance and the character Alabama Whitman, whom Alabama was actually named after. The intro of the song features a sample of Kim Kardashian's ex-husband Kanye West's song Carnival. And she takes it another step further by bringing up the long-standing rumor that her stepmom Kourtney began dating Travis after he was rejected by Kim. Bhad Bhabie also rapped about Alabama being 'kicked out of the Kardashian house' for having a 'stanky p****.' The feud ignited in December after Bhabie accused Alabama of being a homewrecker and stealing her now-ex Le Vaughn, which she has since denied. After the music video and song dropped, Alabama took to her stories to react, sharing a selfie with a cryptic message implying she was releasing a retaliation rap track. In a since-deleted post from December, Bhad Bhabie wrote: '@alabamaluellabarker took my man.' She also posted emojis of a melting face as well as a boxing glove. In a follow-up post, she added: 'I told him next time I catch you. You gon be with them!' Then, she declared that she was 'single' in a one-worded post. Alabama later addressed the claims on her own Instagram account and said that she had 'no interest' in Vaughn. She also said that it was Le Vaughn who has been contacting her and 'confessing his feelings' for her for nearly a year. In a lengthy post, she wrote: 'I want to be clear: I have no interest in this man, nor would I ever lower myself to be with someone who has been physically abusive towards women.'
