The Jonas Brothers Are Canceling Stadium Tour Dates for Smaller Venues

In case you aren't locked into the Jonas Brothers side of the internet, allow me to catch you up to speed. The JoBros are headed back on the road this summer after the wild success of their JONASCON, which took place at the iconic American Dream mall in their home state of New Jersey. Aside from dropping a delicious ice cream collab with Friendly's, the trio is ringing in their 20th anniversary by embarking on their JONAS20 tour. They initially booked stadiums for the impressive feat, and now, the brothers are scaling those stadium shows back to smaller venues for a more intimate experience. Kevin, Nick, and Joe Jonas broke the news to fans with an official statement posted to their joint Instagram account on Friday, June 13. 'Every decision we make is with you in mind, ensuring the best experience for our incredible fans. We're making some venue changes, but rest assured, all performances are still happening on the same dates and in the same cities,' they wrote, in part. They continued, 'We're pouring our hearts into making this the best tour we've ever done. We love performing for you and sharing this journey together.' Fans who already bought tickets for the stadium shows will automatically receive refunds, and TicketMaster buyers who want another chance at scoring tickets to the smaller venues will receive first priority pre-sale access for the new performances. According to the Jonas Brothers' statement, access to the priority presale is tied to the TicketMaster account used during the initial sale, and no additional code will be needed. The tour's venue change has affected shows in Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, and Los Angeles. They're still set to take place on the originally scheduled dates, instead at these respective venues: Jiffy Lube Live, Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre, Little Caesars Arena, Dos Equis Pavilion, and Intuit Dome.

Cowboy Carter tour tickets still available just hours ahead of first London show

Beyonce will take to the stage at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium tonight and fans can still snap up tickets for the gig, as the singer struggles to sell out her Cowboy Carter tour It's good news for British Beyoncé fans wanting to see Queen B in London this week, with hundreds of tickets still available as the iconic singer struggles to sell out her Cowboy Carter tour. The 43-year-old will perform her first of six gigs at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this evening, followed by shows on June 7, 10, 12, 14, and 16, after the tour for her eighth studio album began in April in the US in Inglewood, California. ‌ At the time of writing, just hours before Beyoncé takes to the stage inside the 62,000 capacity venue, over 105 listings on ticket sites are up for grabs. On TicketMaster, fans can grab a ticket for a seat with a restricted view for just £71, while on Viagogo, members of the BeyHive can pay £54 to secure their place inside Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this evening. ‌ Fans with a little more cash to splash on last-minute purchases can get themselves a South GA Standing Ticket for £224.85 or £278 for seated in decent areas. It's a stark difference to the last time Beyonce performed in the UK in 2023 on the Renaissance World Tour, which saw her play five sell-out dates at the same London venue. So far in the Cowboy Carter tour, Beyonce 's set has seen her perform classic hits such as Love On Top, If I Were A Boy and Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It), along with tracks from her latest album, which saw her move into country music, including Texas Hold 'Em, 16 Carriages and II Most Wanted. The Houston-born star has also been performing covers of The Beatles' Blackbird and Dolly Parton's Jolene. Doors are expected to open at 5pm for the show, and the singer has not had a support act on the tour so far. Following the UK gigs, the singer will move on to Paris, where she will play three nights at the Stade De France, before returning to the US to conclude the tour. Beyonce announced the London dates after finally winning the album of the year Grammy this year for Cowboy Carter, released in March 2024, she also won the best country album Grammy as well as the country duo/group performance award for her song featuring Miley Cyrus, titled II Most Wanted. ‌ The singer had previously failed to secure the best album prize with 2008's I Am … Sasha Fierce, 2013's Beyonce, 2016's Lemonade and 2022's Renaissance, and dedicated her win to Linda Martell, who features on the album, who was the first black woman to play the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. The 67th Grammy Awards, held in February, saw the singer extend her lead as the most decorated artist in the event's history with 35 awards. ‌ In March, the King hailed Beyonce as 'exceptional' during his online radio show, The King's Music Room, and congratulated her on her first album of the year Grammy. Beginning her career alongside Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams in Destiny's Child during the 1990s, Beyonce has gone on to have six UK number one singles and five UK number one albums. She married rapper Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter, in 2008, and the couple have three children – Blue Ivy, Rumi and Sir.
