Former Steelers QB returning to Pittsburgh for celebrity softball game with Will Howard
Steelers fans rejoice! Devlin 'Duck' Hodges is making his return to Pittsburgh — well, at least for a celebrity softball game.
The Washington Wild Things took to social media to confirm Hodges, Steelers rookie Will Howard, and Penguins forward Rutger McGroarty would be joining Dick's Sporting Goods Team Offense for the Three Rivers Celebrity Softball Game in support of The Heyward House charity foundation.
Fans will remember Duck for his contributions to the 2019 season — one that saw him earn Pittsburgh's starting QB role midseason, throwing for 1,063 yards and 5 TDs in eight games played, as well as winning his first three starts.
The Three Rivers Celebrity Softball Game will take place on July 14 at 7:00 PM EST, with fans having the opportunity to see Duck and Howard compete on the same side.
