Tyler Perry is facing a $260 million lawsuit filed by The Oval star Derek Dixon, who has levelled serious allegations of sexual assault against the filmmaker. According to court documents, Perry allegedly approached Dixon with promises of career opportunities, including casting him in shows like Ruthless and The Oval. It was then that Dixon was subjected to sexual harassment and assault, which the actor did not reciprocate. While informing that he was sexually assaulted on 'multiple occasions," Dixon mentioned an instance where Perry tried to force himself on the actor. Things escalated between Dixon and Perry after they shot an episode where his character was killed, seemingly ending his role on the show and his termination from the job. With the matter taking a legal turn, alleged past chat messages between Dixon and Perry have now surfaced online, revealing shocking exchanges between the two. As the lawsuit mentions, Tyler Perry sent inappropriate sexual texts; the screenshots contain messages like, 'What's it going to take for you to have guiltless sex? Have y'all found that yet in therapy?" as per The Shade Room. But Tyler will not be shaken down, and we are confident these fabricated claims of harassment will fail," said Perry's lawyer, Matthew Boyd. Dixon's team is yet to comment on the same. According to a photo shared to her Instagram Story on June 16, Leray welcomed a precious baby girl, who she offered fans a glimpse of in her heartwarming photo. Leray's sweet baby girl could be seen wearing a light pink onesie, holding onto her mom's finger with a tight grip, and swaddled in a comfy pink blanket. Judging by the picture, it looks like the star's daughter already has a full head of hair, too. The announcement did not stop there. Leray gave fans an update about her motherhood journey the day after, on June 17, telling fans on X that breastfeeding was a downright challenge. 'Breastfeeding ain't no joke #pinksweatsuits,' the femcee penned, tagging a GIF of Leonardo DiCaprio screaming 'It Hurts!!!' along with her confession. The gender of the 'Self Love' rapper's baby likely didn't come as a surprise to fans. Back in April, Leray shared a series of maternity photos on Instagram that seemed to hint at the news. In the since-deleted pictures, she wore a pink, bunny-inspired two-piece outfit while sitting cross-legged, proudly showing off her baby bump. In other images, she paired black jeans with an L.A. snapback, pink Telfar boots, and a brown-and-pink striped hoodie—sticking to a soft pink theme throughout. She closed the post with a childhood throwback of herself in a pink dress, captioning it: 'GIRL MOM 🥹💖🥰💗.' In May, the 'Players' hitmaker followed up with a pink-themed baby shower where friends and family gifted her tons of presents in honor of her daughter. Leray hasn't mentioned the name of her sweet daughter just yet, but the rockstar mommy previously said that she had the name 'Miyoco' in mind for her little one during a May 8 interview with The Shade Room . The artist shared that the name 'Miyoco' was inspired by a friend's sister. Captivated by the sound of it, Coi later learned that it translates to 'beautiful child,' which, for her, made it all the more special. The rap star also revealed that the name subtly weaves in letters from both her own and Trippie Redd's names, adding a personal touch to its meaning. Alleged text messages between Tyler Perry and Derek Dixon have emerged after the latter accused the media mogul of sexual harassment, workplace gender violence and sexual assault in a lawsuit. Dixon accused Perry of using his influence and power to create a 'coercive, sexually exploitative dynamic,' according to The Guardian. The Shade Room shared screenshots of alleged text messages between Perry and Dixon. The lawsuit claimed thatPerry harassed and sexually assaulted Dixon on various occasions after they met at an event in Atlanta in 2019. Perry has been accused of sending unwanted sexual text messages to Dixon, according to the lawsuit, which includes many screenshots. 'What's it going to take for you to have guiltless sex?' one of the messages said. In another alleged text message shared by The Shade Room, Perry wrote, 'I would hope that you would let some one hold you and make love to you. You are missing the best years of your life my friend.' 'Dixon did his best to tiptoe around Mr. Perry's sexual aggression while keeping on Mr. Perry's good side,' the lawsuit said, according to WSFA 12. 'Mr. Perry made it clear to Dixon that if Dixon ignored Perry or failed to engage with the sexual innuendoes, Dixon's character would 'die.'' The lawsuit added that Perry sexually assaulted Dixon on 'multiple occasions,' including one incident where he 'forcibly pulled off Mr. Dixon's clothing, groped his buttocks, and attempted to force himself on Dixon.' While Dixon clearly said 'no,' Perry ignored him for a while until Dixon managed to de-escalate the situation and change the subject, according to the suit. The lawsuit further alleged thatPerry has 'a troubling pattern of exploiting vulnerable male actors and employees' and that like 'Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby, R. Kelly, Sean 'P-Diddy' Combs… Mr. Perry's success has led him to believe that money and influence can get him whatever he wants.' 'Tyler Perry has been using his power and influence to molest, abuse, and sexually assault impressionable and vulnerable employees and actors who look to him for guidance and mentorship,' the lawsuit added. Perry has denied the allegations, with his attorney, Matthew Boyd, saying in a statement, 'This is an individual who got close to Tyler Perry for what now appears to be nothing more than setting up a scam. But Tyler will not be shaken down and we are confident these fabricated claims of harassment will fail.'

Kanye West Showed Up at Sean Combs' Trial
Kanye West showed up to Sean Combs' sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy trial in New York on Friday morning and walked through security with Combs' youngest son, Christian 'King' Combs. West was wearing an all-white denim ensemble and did not appear to have his wife, Bianca Censori, with him. He was also greeted by Charlucci Finney, Combs' close friend and self-proclaimed godbrother who has attended each day of the trial. He was not on the official list of Combs' close family and associates who get reserved seating in the main courtroom. It wasn't immediately clear if he was directed to the overflow room before he was spotted exiting the courthouse less than an hour later. West is one of the few remaining celebrities to voice strong support for Combs amid the music mogul's trial, now in its sixth week. West, who now goes by Ye, previously recorded a jail call with Combs and featured portions in his recent song, 'Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine.' 'This shit is wicked, wicked, wicked. So you be careful,' Combs said in video of the jail call obtained by The Shade Room. Combs thanked West for acting like a 'big brother father figure' to Christian while Combs was in custody. Combs described feeling like he was 'left for dead,' with 'only one person coming to do anything' to support him. 'I'm Puff Daddy in jail. This shit is fucking sad as a motherfucker,' Combs said. West's appearance at the courthouse in lower Manhattan followed a day after Combs' ex-girlfriend, identified as Victim-2 in his indictment, finished her six days on the witness stand. The woman, testifying under the pseudonym 'Jane,' claimed Combs busted down doors, punched her, and 'forced' her into a freak-off in June 2024. She said shortly after a male escort arrived to join them that night, Combs confronted her over a trip she took to Las Vegas in January 2024 with an unidentified rapper and his wife or girlfriend. Jane testified that during the trip, which was to celebrate the wife or girlfriend's birthday, she briefly ended up in a hotel with the couple and several other people, watching the same male escort having sex with a woman. 'How could you go to another man's freak-off?' Combs allegedly demanded as the escort waited in another room, according to Jane's testimony. The ex-girlfriend said she inadvertently ended up in the hotel room that night and only witnessed what was happening before leaving the birthday afterparty after about 20 minutes. Combs, 55, was arrested in September and has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution and racketeering conspiracy. If convicted as charged, he could spend the rest of his life in prison. On Friday, jurors hear from two more witnesses, including a former assistant to Combs who was granted immunity before answering questions on the stand. Jonathan Perez testified that he worked for Combs between December 2021 and September 2024, when Combs was first arrested. Perez said his direct supervisor was Combs' former chief of staff, Kristina Khorram. He confirmed Combs was in a relationship with Jane during his tenure, calling her a 'companion.' Perez said part of his job was setting up hotel rooms for Combs' alleged freak-offs, which he knew as 'king nights.' Prosecutors showed him messages he exchanged with Khorram and another assistant. In one exchange, Perez said he was heading to a store to purchase something for Jane to wear. In another thread from May 2023, another assistant said they 'slipped & fell twice' while cleaning up a room after an alleged freak-off. Jane and Combs' former girlfriend Casandra 'Cassie' Ventura both previously testified that Combs wanted them drenched in baby oil during their marathon sex sessions with male escorts that Combs would stage-direct, videotape and watch while masturbating. In prior testimony Friday, a special agent with Homeland Security testified that 200 bottles of baby oil and 900 bottles of personal lubricant found in Combs's L.A. mansion during a raid last year.
