Lainey Wilson and Ella Langley were big winners at the 60th annual Academy of Country Music Awards, which were broadcast live from Frisco, Texas on May 8. Wilson took home Entertainer of the Year for the second year in a row and Langley took home four awards. Old Dominion won Group of the Year for the eighth consecutive time — something no other group has done. We have the winners list below, with winners in each category listed in bold. Attention, jammers!: Here's what you need to know for Day 3 of 2025 Gulf Coast Jam in PCB
PANAMA CITY BEACH — Country music fans will make their third trip to Frank Brown Park on May 31 for Day 3 of the 2025 Gulf Coast Jam. The four-day festival is being held May 29-June 1 at Frank Brown Park in Panama City Beach. Here's what you need to know about Day 3: Artists scheduled to perform are Josh Mitcham, Waylon Wyatt, Carter Faith, Sam Barber, The Red Clay Strays and headliner Tyler Childers. Will call opens at noon. Early entry begins at 1:30 p.m., with the main gates opening at 2 p.m. According to officials with the National Weather Service in Tallahassee, May 31 is slated to be a "beautiful day." Temperatures will range between 83 degree during the day and 69 degrees during the evening. With a high projected UV index, weather officials advised patrons visiting the festival to wear lots of sunscreen. According to a post on the event's Facebook page, patrons were forced to temporarily evacuate at about 6 p.m. on May 30 due to lightning. Gulf Coast Jam kicks off Thursday in Panama City Beach. Here's what you need to know
PANAMA CITY BEACH — Thousands of people are slated to flood the Beach for an annual country music festival. The 2025 Gulf Coast Jam kicks off on May 29 at Frank Brown Park in Panama City Beach. Here's what you need to know about the four-day festival, which ends the night of June 1. Thursday, May 29: Jason Byrd, Angie K, Restless Road, NEEDTOBREATHE and co-headliners Jordan Davis and Sam Hunt. Friday, May 30: Mason Via, Emily Nenni, Darryl Worley, Tyler Farr, Randy Houser and headliner Lainey Wilson. Saturday, May 31: Josh Mitcham, Waylon Wyatt, Carter Faith, Sam Barber, The Red Clay Strays and headliner Tyler Childers. Sunday, June 1: Brian Fuller, Jake Kohn, Mackenzie Carpenter, Dasha, Megan Moroney and headliner Blake Shelton. As of May 28, tickets still were available for general admission, college admission, first responder and medical personnel admission, military admission, standing VIP admission and seated VIP admission. Officials have said that if they do not sell out, remaining tickets will be available for purchase at the door. They will be sold at a prorated rate based on how many days are left. General admission tickets rage from $289 to $339, college tickets range from $219 to $299, first responder tickets range from $239 to $299, military tickets range from $239 to $299, standing VIP tickets range from $569 to $729, and seated VIP tickets range from $619 to $729. The Gulf Coast Jam has a max nightly capacity of 30,000 people. Last year, it garnered the largest turnout in its history. It was basically at max capacity every night, with about 120,000 participants over the four days. This was 5,000 to 10,000 more than in 2023, which previously held the record. ACM Awards 2025: Full List of Winners
Lainey Wilson, Ella Langley and Riley Green were among the biggest winners at the 60th ACM Awards held at the Ford Center at the Star in Frisco, Texas, Thursday night, with Chris Stapleton winning for male artist of the year and Wilson for female artist of the year and entertainer of the year. Wilson, who won entertainer of the year last year, also took home the award for album of the year for Whirlwind, as well as artist-songwriter of the year. Langley came into the night with the most nominations with eight, and the ACMs had already announced her as the new female artist of the year back in April, and her breakout hit 'You Look Like You Love Me' with Green won for visual media of the year over the weekend. Zach Top was also named new male artist of the year back in April, while Red Clay Strays won for best new duo or group of the year. The night was filled with performances, from a star-studded opening segment with Reba McEntire, Clint Black, Winona Judd, Leann Rhymes and Dan + Shay, to a collaboration between Rascal Flatts and the Backstreet Boys. Stapleton, Alan Jackson, Eric Church, Blake Shelton, Kelsea Ballerini, LeAnn Rimes and Wilson also performed, among others.
