EXCLUSIVE Male escort 'The Punisher' reveals sordid new Diddy 'freak off' revelation after video was shown to jury

A male escort who was allegedly paid to participate in Sean ' Diddy ' Combs' sex sessions known as 'freak offs' says he had no idea he was being filmed. Exotic dancer Sharay Hayes, also known by his stage name 'The Punisher', claims he was given $800 to have sex with singer Cassie Ventura while Diddy watched in 2012. He has now claimed he was unaware he was being recorded, after video of him having sex with Ventura was played to the jury in the disgraced rap mogul's sex trafficking and racketeering trial in New York on Monday. On Tuesday, jurors viewed several video clips of Ventura engaging in sexual acts with male escorts, whom prosecutors claimed were compensated by Combs. Although Hayes' name was not explicitly mentioned, prosecutors said one of the short video clips was from October 14, 2012 — the same day prosecutors allege Combs paid him to have sex with Ventura. Hayes said he remembers that 2012 encounter as the very first 'freak off' session at the Trump International Hotel in Manhattan. 'I'm shocked that there is a video because whatever video was taken was something that was done candidly without my knowledge,' he told the Daily Mail on Tuesday. 'I never saw any video or anything to that degree. So, my first reaction is just shocked that something is out there.' Hayes testified last month that he was greeted by a scantily clad Ventura and Combs, who was wearing nothing but a 'burqa', to disguise his identity. The videos, which are sealed exhibits, were not shown to the public. Combs was seen licking his lips after watching the freak off videos from a side room of the courtroom. When asked about Diddy's physical response after watching the explicit footage, Hayes said: 'My goodness. 'This is something I'd never say, but I think this is going to be my first no comment. I'm speechless!,' he added. Combs, 55, is on trial in New York facing sex trafficking and racketeering charges. If found guilty, the rap mogul could spend decades behind bars. Combs has pleaded not guilty and rejected a potential plea deal before the trial began last month. His lawyers concede he could be violent, but he denies using threats or his music industry clout to commit abuse. Hayes told the Daily Mail he's concerned footage of him and Ventura could somehow be leaked. He said he never imagined his sexual encounters with Ventura were being recorded because the former couple was very adamant about being discreet. 'I thought it would be the opposite because part of the criteria was that my phone would be taken away to avoid those things (being filmed),' he said. 'So, the last thing I would have expected was for there to be photos or filming going on. '(My) second reaction, of course, is the normal one, right? You worry about this thing popping up on social media sites and point and even worse, porn sites. 'Somehow, they get their hands on this footage and then it's edited and put on porn sites for views and clicks. 'My concern goes to how public this can become, and how much is out there, and what type of issue that can create or embarrassment that may come from it.' Hayes testified at the trial on May 20. During cross-examination, Hayes testified he believed Ventura sometimes flinched when Combs would allegedly direct him and Ventura as they were having sex while the Bad Boy rapper watched and masturbated. 'The directions were subtle, but the masturbation was a lot,' Hayes told on Tuesday. 'I didn't pick up any moaning, but the "whack, whack, whack" while he was masturbating — that was loud and a lot.' However, Hayes maintains that Ventura otherwise appeared comfortable during the sexual encounters, potentially undercutting the prosecution's argument that she was allegedly coerced to participate. 'What was emphasized to me before we even started was to act like [Combs] wasn't there, to not have any eye contact or don't acknowledge [him]. 'The room is set up in a way where he's positioning himself out of my line of sight.' Hayes testified he was hired by the former couple up to 12 more times after the first encounter at the Trump hotel in 2012. He said he received about $1,200 to $2,000 for each session. In a previous interview with the Daily Mail, Hayes said he did not know the identity of the mysterious couple until about a year later. It was during a 'freak off' session at the Essex House Hotel in New York City when Hayes noticed the greeting on the television screen said Combs' name. Hayes maintains he does not believe his sexual encounters with Cassie rise to the allegations that Combs is facing. However, the dancer said he believes all the video footage will be key evidence for jurors. 'Both sides of this have been so brilliant with their approach that it seems like it depends whoever's on, whatever witnesses on the stand, whatever legal team is dealing with them, they create a believable, provable scenario both sides,' Hayes said. 'I'm sure there is a way to spin even these videos in both directions.' On Tuesday, jurors watched 10 clips of Ventura in the 'freak offs', ranging from around 20 seconds to five minutes long. The videos were not shown to the public. A black male juror was seen lifting his eyebrows up and looking away before taking a swig of water. A black female juror furrowed her brow and put her hand to her face. Others stared blankly as they watched the footage of Ventura with male escorts from October 13, 2012, and an unspecified date in December 2014. As the jurors filed out for lunch on Tuesday, a white male juror was seen shaking his head in the courtroom, which was silent as they exited. Combs nodded as the audio was played and occasionally looked up at the jury. Hayes said he was not warned by prosecutors beforehand that a 'freak off' video of him and Ventura would be played to jurors. He said while he has come to terms with the attention he has received because of the trial, he remains uneasy on whether any video footage could be leaked. 'I just had to get to a point of whatever feelings are associated with it because it's obviously embarrassing, and it's with me for the rest of my life,' Hayes said. 'Don't get me wrong — they were my choices, right? But I did not necessarily think that it would be on a billboard in Times Square, you know? He added: 'Whenever someone Googles "Sharay Hayes" for the rest of my life, this is what people will see. 'So, to add a video to what's already been written, it's just another thing to manage and I have to just block out and push forward because it's out of my control. I just hope that this evidence doesn't end up in somebody's hands.'

Judge Warns Diddy He Could Be Kicked Out Of Court For His 'Absolutely Unacceptable' Behavior

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' ongoing sex trafficking trial has yielded a plethora of shocking claims, heavy testimonies, and accusations — and those present in the courtroom are generally expected to keep their reactions to a minimum. On Thursday (June 5), the defendant was warned by the judge he may be removed from the courtroom due to facial expressions he repeatedly made to jurors. U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian said Diddy's behavior was 'absolutely unacceptable,' as it was seen as attempting to interfere with members of the jury during today's testimonies. 'I was very clear there should be no facial expressions to the jury and I could not have been clearer,' Subramanian said, per NBC. 'There was a line of questioning where your client was nodding vigorously and looking at the jury.' 'There should be no efforts to have any interactions with this jury,' he sternly warned. The judge asked defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo if this would happen again, and the attorney replied, 'No, your honor, it's not going to happen again.' Subramanian stated that if the Bad Boy founder continued interfering with the panel, he will 'give an instruction to the jury or it could result in the exclusion of your client from the courtroom.' Today's incident is not the only time a disruption occurred in the room, as earlier this week, someone's behavior did result in them being removed from court proceedings. On Tuesday (June 3), a heckler who identified as a Diddy supporter yelled out profanities because she was 'tired of seeing everyone treating Diddy the way they are.' 'These motherf**kers are laughing at you,' the woman yelled at Combs in the Southern District of New York courtroom, per PEOPLE. The outlet reports she shouted several additional profanities before Judge Arun Subramanian ordered her to be escorted out. She also said: 'You're laughing at a Black man's legacy' and 'pull your gun out ninja, I dare you.' Diddy remained seated in his spot and did not have a noteworthy reaction to what was said. The father of seven is facing one count of racketeering conspiracy; two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was arrested in NYC on Sept. 16, 2024, and held at MDC Brooklyn without bail. His trial is expected to last all of June and into July. Fashion Designer Testifies Diddy Dangled Her Off Balcony, Called Himself 'The Devil'

Back in November 2024, a fashion designer who worked with Sean 'Diddy' in the past sued the mogul, saying he threatened her life and dangled her from a 17th floor balcony in 2016. The woman, named Bryana 'Bana' Bongolan, testified in court Wednesday (June 4) and spoke about her interactions with Combs and what she witnessed in regard to his relationship with Cassie Ventura. While on the witness stand, Bongolan said the balcony incident 'left her with night terrors' and added that there were times where she 'would scream in her sleep,' per NBC. The lasting psychological impact included feelings of paranoia, sometimes leading her to 'peek her head out at her own home just to make sure the area was clear.' She said he held her over the ledge for '10 to 15' seconds and yelled, 'You know what the f**k you did.' The witness also said the father of seven allegedly told her 'something along the lines of, 'I am the devil and I can kill you.'' It's worth noting Ventura included the balcony event in her 2023 lawsuit against Combs without mentioning Bongolan, her friend, by name. The designer claims she witnessed several instances of abuse from Diddy towards Cassie throughout the years. She also testified both she and Ventura were regular drug users during the years they were immersed in Diddy's social circle. She confirmed during cross-examination that she did ketamine, marijuana, ecstasy, cocaine and Vicodin in this time of her life. Per court documents obtained by Rolling Stone last year, Bongolan sued the Bad Boy founder for sexual battery, infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment, among other claims. The 17-page lawsuit read, 'Ms. Bongolan refuses to allow this fear to control the rest of her life and brings this action to demand that Mr. Combs takes responsibility for the trauma he intentionally and maliciously inflicted.' Diddy is facing one count of racketeering conspiracy; two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was arrested in NYC on Sept. 16, 2024, and held at MDC Brooklyn without bail. His trial is expected to last all of June and into July. Fantastic Four: A Rock Named Jennifer Replaced The Thing on First Steps' Set

had a rock named Jennifer used as a stand-in for The Thing. The upcoming Marvel Studios production is one of the most anticipated movies of 2025. Directed by Matt Shakman, the movie features Bachrach alongside Joseph Quinn, Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, and many more. Matt Shakman recently sat down for a conversation and revealed that they used a rock they named Jennifer as a stand-in for The Thing on The Fantastic Four: First Steps' set. The makers used CGI and performance capture on Ebon Moss-Bachrach to bring the Thing to life on-screen. However, the rock named Jennifer also aided them in the process. Recounting the process, the director told Empire, 'We went out to the desert and found a rock that looked exactly how we thought The Thing should look, and we filmed it in every single shot that The Thing appears in in the movie, under every lighting environment.' Moreover, Ebon Moss-Bachrach chimed in to express his thoughts on his character, the Thing, AKA Ben Grimm's presentation on screen. He conveyed, 'It's a little bit heady to think about all the hundreds of people that are helping animate this character. I just had faith that they would make my performance so much cooler. I'm very, very happy with the way Ben looks.' Additionally, The Punisher star asserted that he felt connected to the Thing, as he hails from New York as well. He further spoke of The Fantastic Four character's association with creator Jack Kirby. Moss-Bachrach said, 'He's a Lower East Side guy. A lot of this character was a homage to his father, and that, to me, is very meaningful.' Meanwhile, The Fantastic Four: First Steps is all set to come to theaters next month on July 25. Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal reveal how 'The Accountant 2' action scenes are different from 'Batman' and 'The Punisher'

Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal are set to team up in the upcoming action flick 'The Accountant 2'. The duo, who play the leading men in the upcoming film, got candid about stepping up with guns blazing in this Gavin O'Connor directorial. No stranger to action roles, the two stars have earned quite the fan following for their roles in previous blockbuster franchises like Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and The Punisher. At 'The Accountant 2' global press conference, attended by ETimes, the duo discussed how the sequel focuses on emotionally grounded action rather than mere action spectacle. For Ben, who portrayed Batman in the DC Extended Universe, the physical demands of The Accountant 2 felt distinct due to the personal stakes woven into the narrative. The actor, who returned to the sequel explained, "To me, what makes the action in The Accountant 2 so unique is that it's always rooted in character motivation. It's not about creating a shot that looks cool or building a sequence for visual flair. Everything is driven by what these characters want and why they are fighting in the first place. " The sequel continues the story of Christian Wolff (Affleck), a mathematical savant with lethal combat skills. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Accounting Automation Software Might Help You To Earn More Accounting Automation Software | Search ads Undo Unlike the large-scale action of Batman v Superman, the violence in The Accountant 2 remains gritty and intimate. Affleck noted, "It's always driven by what each character wants and why they're doing this. There's a grounded reason for every action, and Gavin's gift is to take that and make it visually compelling. " Director Gavin O'Connor echoed his sentiments, saying, "We didn't want the action to feel 'stunty' or separate from the characters." "By the third act, it was all about tracking how these brothers—Christian and Brax—are working together, how they're united. The choreography isn't just about the physicality; it's about the emotional connection between them." According to O'Connor, every sequence—no matter how explosive—serves a narrative purpose. "Action is like a dance; it's done in beats," the director explained. "But it only matters if it evokes emotion. Otherwise, it's just disposable violence." Jon Bernthal, who features as Brax, Christian's estranged but loyal brother, described how his character's journey is deeply intertwined with the film's themes of family and redemption. "You can't lie in a fight—you just can't," he remarked and added, "What you want is right there, so if you're going for it, you've got to know why. Gavin has a hunger to really dive into what makes these characters tick. For Brax, the emotional baggage from their childhood and their father's influence is always there. The violence isn't just for show—it's a way to express love and loyalty." Bernthal reflected on the mysterious nature of his character in the first film and how the sequel peels back layers of his relationship with his brother. "The first film left a lot unsaid about Brax. But here, it's about getting each other's backs, and being there for each other. In a strange way, the action scenes show how much these brothers love and need each other," he added.
