How much are Kapil Sharma, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Archana Puran Singh earning per episode for 'The Great Indian Kapil Show' Season 3
The third season of The Great Indian Kapil Show (TGIKS) is set to premiere on June 21, 2025, on Netflix, and one of the biggest highlights this time is the return of Navjot Singh Sidhu . Known for his iconic laugh and one-liners, Sidhu is back on the judge's seat alongside Archana Puran Singh. His comeback after six years has not only revived audience excitement but also sparked discussions around the show's pay structure—especially in comparison to Archana's. Sidhu, who was part of The Kapil Sharma Show from 2018 to 2020, reportedly earned Rs. 25 lakh per episode back then. Now, several sources, including and Filmibeat, report that he will be receiving a significantly higher fee for TGIKS Season 3—between Rs. 30 lakh to Rs. 40 lakh per episode. ET could not independently verify their earnings from the show. If accurate, this places Sidhu's current per-episode fee roughly 3 to 4 times higher than that of his co-judge. Archana Puran Singh's Role and Pay in TGIKS Archana Puran Singh, who replaced Sidhu in 2019 following his controversial remarks after the Pulwama attack, continues to be a constant presence on Kapil Sharma's comedy shows. Her current remuneration, as per reports from Siasat, ranges between Rs. 10 lakh to Rs. 12 lakh per episode. In a recent interview with The Indian Express, Archana responded to jokes and online comments about her role on the show. She acknowledged that she's often teased for being "paid to laugh," adding that her role is less about judging and more about enjoying the experience as a celebrity guest. She pointed out that Kapil constantly jokes about her and everything has become fodder for comedy. Kapil Sharma Tops the Chart As the face of the show, Kapil Sharma reportedly commands the highest fee. According to OTT Play and other outlets, the comedian is believed to earn approximately Rs. 5 crore per episode for this season. While Netflix and the show's team have not officially confirmed these numbers, reports suggest that his pay reflects his pivotal role and immense popularity. Other Cast Members' Reported Earnings Supporting actors and fan-favorites such as Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, and Kiku Sharda are also expected to earn substantial amounts. Sunil Grover is reportedly being paid around Rs. 25 lakh per episode. Meanwhile, Kiku Sharda's per-episode remuneration is estimated to be Rs. 7 lakh. The first episode of TGIKS 3 is expected to feature Salman Khan, adding to the anticipation. A viral image showing him interacting with the cast has led fans to assume he will be the season's opening guest. The teaser has already generated a strong response online, especially due to Sidhu's dhol-beat entry. TGIKS Season 3 will stream every Saturday at 8 PM, exclusively on Netflix.
