More info A Dubliner has started their weekend on a high note after winning a six-figure sum in last night's EuroMillions jackpot. The lucky punter scooped up the EuroMillions Plus top prize of €500,000. The winning Quick Pick ticket was bought on Wednesday, June 11, at Daybreak, Loughlinstown Shopping Centre, Loughlinstown, Co. Dublin. The winning numbers in last night's EuroMillions Plus draw were: 5, 25, 35, 37 and 45. This marks Dublin's second big EuroMillions Plus win this week, following a top prize ticket sold in Swords for the June 10 draw. Emma Monaghan, National Lottery spokesperson, said: 'With the EuroMillions jackpot continuing to remain at a staggering €250 million, excitement is at an all-time high. We're absolutely buzzing to see where and when this life-changing prize will be won. And with just two more draws before the jackpot must be won on Friday, 20th June, the countdown is on! Refurbished distribution warehouse in north Dublin available to let
A modern distribution warehouse in Swords, north Co Dublin, has been launched to the market for let. The property, which was acquired by Palm Capital in 2022, will be available for occupancy in July 2025. Number 6 Airways Industrial Estate is a detached warehouse and office facility, comprising some 42,873sq ft, which has been comprehensively modernised and refurbished. It is on a self-contained site within Airways Industrial Estate, one of Dublin's most prominent industrial areas, just five minutes' drive to both Dublin Airport and the M1/M50 Interchange (Junction 3), offering accessibility and connectivity. The property is being brought to the letting market by joint agents Harvey and JLL, quoting an annual rent of €536,000 (exclusive). Palm Capital acquired 6 Airways in late 2022, when there was a tenant in-situ. Two people charged following €240,000 cannabis seizure
Gardaí have charged the two people that were arrested following the seizure by Revenue officers of 12kg of herbal cannabis, with an estimated value of €240,000. The seizures were made at two separate locations in Swords, Co Dublin on Monday. Advertisement The man, aged in his 30s has been charged in relation to the seizure and is due to appear before Balbriggan District Court this morning at 10.30am. The female, aged in her late teens, was charged in relation to the seizure and released on bail. She is due to appear before Balbriggan District Court at a later date. Investigations ongoing, gardaí said.

Man and woman charged in connection with drug seizure in north Dublin
A man and a woman have been charged in connection with a drug seizure in Swords in Dublin. 12 kilos of herbal cannabis, worth €250,000 was discovered during searches on Monday. Advertisement A man in his 30s, who was arrested, has been charged and is due before Balbriggan District Court on Tuesday morning. A woman in her late teens was also charged and has been released on bail. She is due in court at a later date.
