The once-booming Black Country factory that's been turned into swanky apartments
Wind the clock back 100 years and this place would have been a booming factory turning out top end bicycles and motorcycles.
The tall-brick building on Paul Street, overlooking Wolverhampton's ring road, was once part of Sunbeamland.
The area was named after the cluster of factories that rose up as part of the Sunbeam motorcycle works.

John Marston set up the company on Paul Street, close to Wolverhampton city centre, in 1887.
For the next 50 years, the city's famed bicycles and motorcycles were manufactured here until closure in 1937.
The Sunbeam Factory, which was built in the early 1900s, still stands today with the company's name adorned on its walls.
Industrial use continued there until 1990 before the building fell into disrepair for around 25 years.
However it was snapped up by developers for £7.5million and planning permission was given for the conversion of 171 luxury apartments in 2022.
Now apartments have gone on sale offering a "modern and lavish living experience" - but you'll have to fork out more than the UK average if you want to live at the former Sunbeam Factory.
Latest statistics put the average rent price of a two-bedroom apartment at £1,124 per month in the United Kingdom.
However if you'd like to live at the Sunbeam Factory, estate agents are asking for £1,600 per month.
But residents will benefit from a fully-equipped gymnasium, co-working rooms and lounge areas, a barista bar and landscaped gardens to unwind and enjoy nature.
In addition, apartments come with air conditioning, a 55-inch Sky Glass TV with ultimate package and kitted out rooms.
