Where to find the best Twin Cities food trucks the week of May 19
It's another busy week in the world of food trucks.
Farmers markets are underway, the Kickoff to Summer at the Fair is happening at the State Fairgrounds, and, you may have heard, Matt's Bar just launched a food truck.
The Jucy Lucy-slinging truck made its official debut last Saturday at the Lakeville Food Truck Festival, where there were more than 30 people lined up for a Lucy before the festival even opened.
Here's where you can track down a great meal from a food truck throughout this week in the Twin Cities and surrounding region.
