Ajman Ruler restructures Ajman Properties Corporation Board
H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has issued an Emiri Decree restructuring the Board of Directors of the Ajman Properties Corporation (AQAAR). Under Emiri Decree No. (12) of 2025, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi has been appointed Chairman of the Board, with Sheikh Humaid bin Ammar Al Nuaimi named Vice Chairman. The Board also includes three members. The Board's term will last for four years from the date of the decree's issuance. The decree is effective from the date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.

Ajman Ruler pardons 225 prisoners ahead of Eid Al Adha
Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has ordered the release of 225 prisoners who have demonstrated good conduct during their sentences in punitive and corrective institutions in the emirate, on the occasion of Eid Al Adha. This humanitarian gesture by the Ruler of Ajman reflects his commitment to offering inmates the opportunity to begin a new life and alleviating the burdens on their families. Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, extended thanks and appreciation to the Ruler of Ajman and hoped that this gesture would give the pardoned prisoners a chance to return to their families and contribute positively to society. He added that the procedures for the prisoners' release will be initiated immediately. Ajman

Eid Al Adha 2025: Ajman Ruler grants Dh5 million to fishermen
Ajman Ruler has ordered the disbursement of a financial grant of Dh5 million to fishermen affiliated with the Ajman Fishermen's Association, on the occasion of Eid Al Adha. Recognition of efforts and Ramadan greetings His Highness the Ruler of Ajman and the Crown Prince received Ramadan greetings from the participants of the event, commending the efforts of the organising committee for their dedication in arranging religious and cultural activities throughout the holy month across the emirate. Ramadan Iftar banquet Following the ceremony, guests attended a Ramadan Iftar banquet hosted by H.H. the Ruler of Ajman in honor of the competition winners and the organising committee. Overview of the competition The first edition of the competition commenced in January 2025, attracting 600 participants across various categories, including: Children (under 14 years old) Youth (under 35 years old) General category (above 35 years old) Mosque staff category The competition took place at the Sheikha Amina Al Ghurair Mosque, with the top three winners recognized in each category.
