Saints Sign Another Player To Their Tight End Position
Saints Sign Another Player To Their Tight End Position originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The New Orleans Saints are adding another player to a crowded tight end position. On Wednesday morning, Nick Underhill of was the first to report that the Saints are signing tight end Seth Green. Advertisement New Orleans brought Green in for a workout during last week's minicamp. Financial terms of his contract were not immediately available, but it will be a one year deal. The Saints already signed running back Cam Akers last week after his minicamp workout with the team. Green, 27, played as a tight end and fullback at the University of Houston after transferring from the University Minnesota. He was with the Golden Gophers from 2016 to 2020 and had 6 receptions for 83 yards while adding 388 yards and 13 touchdowns as a runner. However, both Moreau and Hill have yet to return from season-ending injuries and won't be available until well into training camp. As a result, Green and the others at tight end will have their opportunity to catch the attention of the coaches early in camp to enhance their chances for a roster spot. Here's a silly puppet boxing game you never knew you needed
I have not played a single boxing game outside of Wii Sports this century, but that could be about to change. Summer Game Fest Live brought us the reveal of Felt That: Boxing, which stars puppet pugilists. This project from the appropriately named Sans Strings Studio and Seth Green's animation company, Stoopid Buddy Stoodios, is billed as "a comedic, over-the-top boxing game set in a world where the charm of furry puppets collides with the fury of boxing." The clip is structured like a trailer for an underdog sports movie and it is just delightful. The snippets of gameplay suggest there will be training minigames that include dodging slices of burnt toast that a trainer hurls at your puppet (who is named Fuzz-E) and, uh, plunging a toilet. According to the description on the YouTube video, the developers are aiming to make the "boxing mechanics are intentionally ridiculous, favoring fun over precision, with [puppet] limbs flailing about with an insane sense of chaos." Lovely. This trailer was immediately the most interesting thing during SGF Live up to that point. Felt That: Boxing does not yet have a release window, but you can wishlist it on Steam now, like I just did.

Adult Swim Celebrates ‘Robot Chicken' 20th Anniversary With Summer Special
Adult Swim's 'Robot Chicken' will celebrate its 20th anniversary with an all-new special set to premiere this summer. The popular stop-motion sketch comedy series' first installment since 2022 will follow the Nerd on a journey of self discovery through iconic reality shows from Warner Bros. Discovery's networks, including Discovery Channel, Food Network and TLC. 'Will he find a 90 Day Fiancé — or end up Shark Week chum?,' the logline reads. The series, which is created, executive produced, written and directed by and stars Seth Green and Matthew Senreich, first premiered in February 2005 and has become well known for its pop culture parodies. Other executive producers include co-head writers Douglas Goldstein and Tom Root, Stoopid Buddy Stoodios, John Harvatine IV and Eric Towner. 'Twenty years ago, we set out to make the kind of funny and unexpected show that we would want to watch. And somehow, we're still here, making sketch comedy with toys and making each other laugh,' Green and Senreich said in a statement. 'As always, the fans are the true wind beneath our wings, and this new special is going to soar really high. And then maybe from that height, poop on your head. But we all know that's good luck, so consider this payback for your support.' Over the course of its 11-season run, 'Robot Chicken' has racked up 23 Emmy nominations and six wins, with the most recent in 2022 for 'Outstanding Short Form Animated Program.' ''Robot Chicken' has been pushing the boundaries of comedy and animation for 20 years, and we could not be more excited to celebrate this milestone with our incredible fans,' Adult Swim president Michael Ouweleen added. 'From the very first stop-motion sketch to the upcoming special, the show's relentless creativity and sharp satire continue to set it apart. This new special is packed with the kind of wild, irreverent fun that only 'Robot Chicken' can deliver.' In addition to the special, Adult Swim will air 'Robot Chicken' five nights a week throughout the month of February with a late-night double episode on Monday through Thursday at 12:30 a.m. ET/PT and specials airing Sunday nights at 1 a.m. ET/PT. All 11 seasons of 'Robot Chicken' are currently available to stream on Max. The post Adult Swim Celebrates 'Robot Chicken' 20th Anniversary With Summer Special appeared first on TheWrap.
