Mandya: Daily practice of yoga leads to improved health, longevity, and mental peace, said Anand, senior civil judge and member secretary of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA).
At the Yoga Day celebrations on the premises of the principal district and sessions court, jointly organised by the district judiciary, DLSA, and the Mysuru Bar Association, the judge urged everyone to make yoga a part of their daily routine.
