Mowi ASA (OSE: MOWI): Share option scheme for senior executives and allocation of options 2025 At Mowi ASA's (the 'Company') annual general meeting ('AGM') on 4 June 2025 the Board of Directors was authorised to grant options under the Share Option Scheme to Senior Executives, as described in Mowi's guidelines for remuneration of leading personnel (the 'Guidelines'). On 19 June 2025 the Board of Directors granted 1.74 million options at a strike price of NOK 201.6860, corresponding to 107.5% of the volume weighted average share price on the Oslo Stock Exchange at the date of the AGM, to a total of 41 individuals. In accordance with the Guidelines, the options have a term of 4 years but will become exercisable immediately if a mandatory bid is made for all of the shares in Mowi, if a voluntary offer is followed-up with a forced transfer of shares in accordance with the Norwegian Securities Trading Act or if Mowi is the non-surviving entity in a merger with another company. The exercise of 50% of the options awarded to an option holder is conditional on achievement of performance criteria, measured in the development of the share price of the Company's shares compared with those of peers ("Performance-based Options"). The exercise of the remaining 50% of the options awarded to an option holder is not conditional on achievement of such performance criteria ("Ordinary Options"). The number of shares and the strike price will be adjusted for dividends and changes in the equity capital during the term of the option according to the Oslo Stock Exchange's derivative rules and provisions in the option agreements. Total profit through the exercise of Performance-based Options in a year is capped at one year's salary for the option holder, and total profit through the exercise of Ordinary Options in a year is capped at one year's salary for the option holder. If the profit exceeds this limit, the number of shares to be issued will be reduced accordingly. Polestar 3 review: For drivers who appricate simplicity
Polestar customers looking at the brand's latest model face an interesting choice - do you want to go fast, or do you want to go far? The cheapest version of this prestige electric SUV claims truly impressive driving range - some 706 kilometres. You can go faster if you spend more, but the most powerful version must stop 140 kilometres sooner than that. All versions of the Polestar 3 have the same battery, a whopping 111kWh unit with roughly twice the capacity of affordable electric hatchbacks. Lighter and simpler, the entry-level Polestar 3 has just one motor, a 220kW motor mounted in the rear of the car. Capable of producing 220kW and 490Nm, it can propel the car to 100km/h in 7.8 seconds. Want to go faster? Dual-motor versions are available with 360kW/840Nm or 380kW and 910Nm - the latter capable of ripping to 100km/h in just 4.7 seconds. But it can only drive for 567 kilometres. Price might be a deciding factor. The two-wheel-drive model costs about $128,000 drive-away, while the high performance dual motor version starts from about $155,000 drive-away. That's a lot of coin. The options are dear, too. A 'plus pack' with a premium Bowers and Wilkins stereo is $9000, premium LED headlights are $3000 and an electric tow bar adds $2900 to the deal. Whichever way you go, the result is a polished electric SUV with Scandinavian design elements and Chinese battery know-how. Think luxurious yet sustainable materials, wonderfully comfortable seats and a Google-powered infotainment system. It takes a little more time to learn than simple smartphone mirroring such as Apple CarPlay, but it's worth persisting with as it helps the car stand apart from the crowd. The interior really does make a quiet statement. It's a calming, comfortable space that swerves around the ostentatious trim and nightclub-esque LED lighting of some alternatives. And you could say the same of the driving experience. This isn't a shouty, boisterous car. It's an exercise in restraint, painted with a palette of neutral earth tones rather than primary colours or neon. The standard car's regular suspension does a decent job of keeping you comfortable while maintaining control of considerable mass. Air suspension in the all-wheel-drive version might be a better bet, but then again, it adds weight and complexity that saps range. The simple two-wheel-drive set-up suits the Polestar. It's a car that aims to soother, rather than thrill. Self-assured but not self-aggrandising, it's a pleasantly inoffensive model geared toward folks who appreciate its restrained design and environmental conscience. Perhaps it will be for some folks. But it's hard to see it cutting through in big numbers here, particularly when rival machines like the Porsche Macan bring prestige badges and the promise of greater driving satisfaction for similar money.

Some of us have that special mixtape, burnt CD, or mixtape full of the essential tracks meant to lift the spirits on the morning commute, the drive home, or a long drive somewhere far away. One of the bands I grew an unhealthy, obsessive fixation over when I was a kid was The Beatles, and ironically, one of those songs on one of my driving playlists is Drive My Car. Though we know the words and notes of our favorite songs by heart, the most discerning ears know that there are wildly different and noticeable differences when we listen to them in our cars, our headphones, and through various types of speakers. Nothing can compare to the experience of attending a live performance or being in the room with artists as they record. However, if you're a Beatles fan like I am, you might need a time machine to experience that era. But while time machines and flux capacitors remain the work of fiction, Volvo's latest software update has a cool new feature that may be the next best thing: a way to bring you closer to one of the most iconic studios in the world. After teasing this feature last year, Volvo has officially introduced what they call the 'Abbey Road Studios Mode' in an over-the-air (OTA) update for its all-electric EX90 models equipped with the optional Bowers & Wilkins High Fidelity Audio system. This innovative digital audio experience has been crafted in collaboration with audio engineers from the actual Abbey Road Studios in London and high-end audio experts at Bowers & Wilkins. In essence, Abbey Road Studios Mode was made to replicate the distinct sound and acoustic character of the Abbey Road recording rooms inside the Volvo EX90. In its quest to explore the limits of the in-car music listening experience, Bowers & Wilkins worked closely with the same audio engineers who obsessed over the minute, fine details for a wide range of music artists to create a series of digital soundscapes that could bring the studio alive in the big Volvo EV's ultra-quiet cabin. Though other expensive brand-name high-end stereo systems in other cars allow you to tweak, tune, and mess with various equalizer (EQ) settings like the balance, bass, treble, and even focus the sound on passengers or drivers, Volvo says that the Abbey Road Studios Mode is different. The mode comes with some special presets that 'provide a selection of sounds, optimised for different listening styles,' as well as a special 'Producer Mode,' which 'allows you to engineer your own sound' by adjusting between retro-style warmth or modern, crisp depth, and even shifting the simulated acoustic environment in the same way George Martin would've done. 'The Abbey Road Studios Mode brings the unique sound of our spaces and equipment to the Bowers & Wilkins system in the Volvo EX90 for the first time,' Abbey Road Studios GM Jeremy Huffelmann said in a statement. 'We are hugely proud of this collaboration, and excited for Volvo customers to experience this landmark technology.' The Abbey Road Studios Mode is a nice addition to the EX90, which already features a Dolby Atmos-capable, 1,610-watt Bowers & Wilkins system with 25 speakers placed throughout one of Volvo's quietest interiors. As a music fan, words underestimate the kind of songs that were recorded at Abbey Road. We're talking 190 of The Beatles' 210 song catalog, Lennon's Imagine, the entirety of Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of The Moon, modern hits like Lady Gaga's Born This Way, Frank Ocean's Pink + White, and even the scores of Oscar-winning movies like Gravity and The Shape of Water. Although it may seem like a bit too much of a niche "if you know, you know"-type of deal, I feel that given the studio's rich history in modern music, the 'Abbey Road mode' is the ultimate form of an audiophile's stamp of approval, which can sway at least some music-loving buyers towards the Volvo. At least for me, it could make "Drive My Car" sound true to the original recording. How to mark a milestone? At Our Legacy Cristopher Nying and team decided to take an introspective rather than retrospective approach to the season. The spring 2026 collection—called B-Sides—marks the Swedish brand's second decade. And it truly feels 20 years young, having retained a scruffy 'just kids' attitude while simultaneously becoming more refined. To build on the music metaphor introduced by the collection's title, OL bridges the analog/digital divide, retaining elements of the cassette tape and the audio file. It's refreshing, and completely in character, that Nying would shy away from a big anniversary blow-out in favor of pouring his energy and love into his passion: developing textiles and making clothes. The tactility of the pieces even seeps into the way they're described: Materials are washed, waxed, dipped, speckled, coarse, soft, worn, oily, glazed, and deep. Just as various are the collection's shades of black, including void, soot, whisker, deep abyss, jet, and more. There is also a wide range of khakis, as well as touches of bordeaux and purple. On a call, the designer described this season an 'internal process,' very much focused on in-jokes (see the Angry Fan Mail print made from actual correspondence received over the years). The starting point, as ever, is tailoring—sharp and technical or soft and deconstructed—along with biker and military influences. A couple of the looks reference the first vintage garment Nying bought: 'a pair of Swedish military overalls that we cut off and said 'This should be the Our Legacy jacket,' but we never really did it until now, which is very funny.' The men's and women's looks are more in harmony than they've ever been here. A man's uniform jacket is made feminine by shaping, while a small back slit, more commonly used in women's garb, is added to the men's version. Lace appears throughout the collection, including on military-inspired looks, and a large-scale camouflage intarsia reads more punk than hawkish. Also included are new, not nostalgic, takes on some OL hits, such as the tuxedo bomber or the 'angel of death' print introduced in the first collection in 2005. Enjoying their debuts are some materials that didn't make the edit the first time around, like an iridescent knit. 'It's something,' Nying said, 'that we've always talked about internally, how something is shifting.'
