Jeddah: A dedicated team of doctors, medical staff and paramedics from UAE-headquartered Response Plus Medical, a subsidiary of Response Plus Holding PJSC (ADX: RPM), the largest pre-hospital care and emergency medical services provider in the region, is currently delivering extensive healthcare services to pilgrims participating in Hajj 2025. With a fleet of 125 ambulances, 18 fully-equipped medical clinics, and 350 trained medical professionals, RPM is committed to ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of all pilgrims throughout their sacred journey. During Hajj season, Saudi Arabia welcomes nearly 3 million pilgrims from around the globe. The ambulance fleet has been strategically stationed across key Hajj sites to provide rapid response and emergency care whenever needed. The 18 medical clinics are staffed with experienced doctors, nurses, and support staff, offering a wide range of services from routine health assessments to urgent medical interventions. Health Tech Training Center LLC (HTTC), a leading medical and non-medical training hub and a subsidiary of Response Plus Holding, the largest pre-hospital care and emergency medical services provider in the region, has been approved as a pioneer training centre by the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI). With this first-of-its-kind endorsement by ASHI, HTTC is now authorized to conduct inspection and quality programmes of other centres providing essential emergency training courses. HTTC delivers a wide array of first-aid courses, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) and the All-Hazards Disaster Response (AHDR) courses. Response Plus to distribute $5.4mln cash dividends for 2024

Abu Dhabi: Response Plus Holding announced cash dividends amounting to AED 20 million for 2024, according to a press release. The company's annual general assembly meeting approved the dividends on 11 April 2025. Shareholders will receive AED 0.10 per share, with the total amount of dividend representing 10% of the company's share capital. The last entitlement date will be 17 April, while the exclusion date has been set for 18 April. In 2024, the group's revenue surged by 32% to AED 456.50 million from AED 346.1 million in 2023, while the net profits climbed by 8% to AED 53.50 million from AED 49.40 million. Rohil Raghavan, CEO of Response Plus, said: 'RPM is committed to its success story by targeting new markets and sectors, harnessing the power of innovation to boost cost efficiencies, and generating sustainable, long-term value for its shareholders.' Earlier this month, Response Plus Medical Services penned an agreement with Falcon Aviation Services LLC to develop the first-of-its-kind air ambulance capabilities in the UAE.
