Mobile Rahmah Sales brings discounted essentials to Bawang Assan

SIBU (June 21): The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) Sibu Division is hosting the Mobile Rahmah Sales today, taking place at the Bawang Assan community hall from 9am to 2pm.
Special assistant to Sibu MP Oscar Ling, Irene Wong, said the programme would offer selected daily food items at discounted prices to help ease the people's financial burden.
'It is a well-received and much-needed welfare initiative for the public,' she said.
'If the prepared food items are sold out early, the programme may end ahead of schedule, as items are available only while stocks last,' she added.
According to Wong, the mobile sales are mostly held in suburban or remote longhouse areas far from the town.
