Prayagraj hospitals inalert modeamid tension
Prayagraj: In view of the ongoing situation between India and Pakistan, an alert was issued in city hospitals. In this regard, preparations have intensified in the division's largest hospital, the
Swaroop Rani Nehru Hospital
(SRNH).
According to the hospital's Chief Medical Superintendent, Dr RB Kamal, discussions were held to reserve 250 beds in the availability of medicines, oxygen supply, condition of medical equipment, testing machines, and trauma centre are being further improved in the 1200-bed hospital. The hospital is ready to deal with any emergency. CMO Dr AK Tiwari said that no instructions have yet come for special preparations regarding the war between India and Pakistan.

Dr Suman Kumar Chaudhary, Chief Medical Superintendent of Colvin Hospital, said that instructions have been given to ensure the availability of medicines in an emergency. Leave of doctors and paramedical staff has been cancelled. Doctors were alerted in Beli and Dufferin Hospital.
