'Khandaan ka naam neecha…'; Karisma Kapoor was said this by..., Rishi Kapoor got angry at her after watching…
Bollywood beauty Karisma Kapoor spoke openly about her film and family before her silver screen debut. During this, the actress revealed that her father had also advised her. She said that I don't know why people think that women of the Kapoor family cannot work. Even before making her debut in Bollywood, the actress had said many important things about her family. Karisma Kapoor gave an interview in which she talked about life in the Kapoor family and her future aspirations. In 1991, she started her career with the film 'Prem Qaidi'. Karisma, who belongs to the Kapoor family, had a lot of responsibility on her shoulders, but an old interview before her debut shows that she was fully aware of this pressure and was ready to step into the film industry. According to a news published in the Indian Express, Karisma Kapoor said in the interview, 'I don't know why people are under the misconception that women of the Kapoor family cannot work. It was their own selection. After all, my whole family is full of actors, and my father and my uncle have married heroines. She also said that there is no restriction on women; rather her father, Randhir Kapoor, inspired her to become an actress. Karisma told that both her parents advise her to move forward, and she only does what she decides in consultation with them. Putting her point forward, the actress had said, 'My father inspires me to act, and he always says, 'Don't let the Kapoor name down.' He stands very strongly behind me, and I take his advice. We all sit together and talk about work. I want everyone to get this thing out of their mind that the Kapoor family thinks like this. In the same interview, Karisma Kapoor also talked about her relationship with her grandfather Raj Kapoor. She told that he was her biggest source of inspiration. I will never disappoint my grandfather, because I know that he is watching me from above and guiding me. Even when I was a child, he knew that I wanted to become an actress and he told me, 'Here you go, I know you want to become an actress, but if you become one, then become the best or don't become one at all.' Let us tell you that in an interview given to Stardust, Karishma Kapoor had said that when people saw the film 'Prem Qaidi' and came out of the theatre, no one remembered the swimsuit. Everyone was praising my acting at that time. The most important thing for me at that time was what my parents think about this. Actually, Rishi Kapoor was already against Karishma becoming an actress and he was also angry with her because of the bikini sequence in this film. After this, this statement of Karishma came to light.

Today, we will talk about this actor, who made his Bollywood debut at the mere age of 15, and became a star following its first release. Despite working in handful of hit films and garnering appreciation, he lost into oblivion. He is none other than the 90s chocolate boy, Harish Kumar, who made his debut opposite Karisma Kapoor in 1991 film Prem Qaidi . It was Lolo's debut as well. The film was a success, catapulting both Harish and Karisma to stardom. Harish Kumar began his acting career at the tender age of 4. By the age of 15, he made his debut as a lead actor, garnering recognition not just in Bollywood but also in South cinema. He starred in several successful Bollywood films including Coolie No. 1 and Tirangaa . Following the release of Inteqam in 2001, Harish chose to step away from the world of glitz and glam. However, the accurate information about his situation remains difficult to describe. As per a report by Film Stories, a YouTube Channel, Harish was experiencing extreme backpain initially considered minor, but it unfortunately worsened over time. Gradually, his condition declined to the point that he was bedridden. When doctors figured out, it came as a spinal injury that Harsh had since childhood which he was unaware of and it exacerbated over time leading to slip disc. He was put on medications and advised a two-year break from work, during which his weight increased and altered his appearance significantly. In 2001, Harish tried to make a comeback with film Naughty @40 , co-starring Govinda, but the film failed to revive his magic on-screen.
