Liza and Faye advance to Leinster Poc Fada decider
After an impressive display of skill and power, it was Faye O'Connell who claimed the Under-16 title with a fantastic score of 27, bringing the honours back to Rathnure.
In the adult competition it was a nail-biting finish, with just the puck of a ball separating the top contenders.
In the end, Liza Bates of Duffry Rovers emerged victorious with an outstanding score of 25.
Both Faye and Lisa will now go on to represent Wexford in the Leinster GAA and camogie Senior and Under-16 Poc Fada finals, taking place on Saturday, June 28 on Mount Leinster, Carlow.
