If you see the rain doing this, you're in danger
I was chasing storms in the Oklahoma Panhandle last week when something about the rain stopped me dead in my tracks.
The rain was pouring down in torrents — it was visible as dark curtains descending from the clouds. The raindrops out my windshield were blowing in the wind, traveling left to right. But the rain curtains about a football field away were sweeping from right to left.
