Marković was named the ABA League Top Prospect, averaging 13.9 points, 6.9 rebounds and 2.6 assists on 38.8% shooting from 3-point range in 32 games with Mega Basket. He registered five 20-point games, including a season-high 27 points, five rebounds and four assists on March 9. The visit with the Kings is the first known workout for Marković this draft cycle. He will be joined by Mark Sears (Alabama), Javon Small (West Virginia), Kobe Johnson (UCLA), Dink Pate (Mexico City Capitanes) and Oumar Ballo (Indiana). Marković is projected to be a second-round pick thanks to his offensive versatility, ability to handle the ball and work inside the paint. He also showcased his vision throughout the season by making several timely passes on the break or in pick-and-roll situations. The soon-to-be 20-year-old dazzled at the Nike Hoop Summit with Team World in April, recording 16 points and 10 rebounds in an overtime loss against the United States. He emerged as one of the top players, showcasing his skills in each area of his game on both sides of the ball. The Kings currently have only one draft selection, the 42nd pick in the second round. French guard Nolan Traoré posts intriguing measurements at draft combine

French guard Nolan Traoré posts intriguing measurements at draft combine Projected first-round pick Nolan Traoré completed the required testing on Wednesday to become eligible for selection in the 2025 NBA draft in Treviso, Italy. Traoré was named the Champions League Best Young Player after averaging 12.2 points, 4.7 assists and 1.9 rebounds in 44 games with Saint-Quentin in France. He registered seven 20-point games, including a 25-point effort on May 9. The Frenchman participated in the international combine after being excused from the main event last month due to his obligation to Saint-Quentin. He reportedly measured with a 6-foot, 8-inch wingspan, according to Jonathan Wasserman of Bleacher Report. Traoré put himself on the radar after a great offseason last year, representing France in the Nike Hoop Summit and FIBA U18 EuroBasket. He averaged 14 points, 9.3 assists and 3.6 rebounds on 42.9% shooting from 3-point range as France finished fifth in Finland. The 19-year-old is considered a possible lottery pick, given his potential to be an elite playmaker at the next level. He plays with excellent court vision, often flourishing by running offenses against high-level competition due to his instincts and passing ability. Traoré shined with Saint-Quentin as the season progressed, showing an increased comfort level shooting the ball and finishing at the rim. He'll have the opportunity to work out with teams following the combine, with three weeks to go until the draft.

Duke lands top international prospect Dame Sarr, who flashed in front of NBA scouts at Nike Hoop Summit

The top international basketball prospect in the world is heading to Duke. Dame Sarr, who excelled in front of NBA scouts at the Nike Hoop Summit in April, will attend Duke next season in hopes of eventually reaching the NBA, he told ESPN. Sarr, 18, called Duke his dream school, and said there was no better place for him to prepare for the NBA, per ESPN. "My ultimate goal is to play in the NBA," Sarr said. "There's no better place to prepare you for that than Duke. For me to be as NBA-ready as possible, and become the best version of myself, I needed to have both experiences." Sarr started his professional career at age 16 in the Spanish ACB league in 2023. He played for Barcelona, where he became the second-youngest player to debut for the club. Sarr, who is from Italy, also played for the Italian senior national team last year. In April, Sarr attended the Nike Hoop Summit in Portland, Oregon. Sarr, who is listed as a 6-foot-8 wing, started for Team World. He turned in a strong performance against star high-school players from the United States, dropping 17 points, 4 rebounds and a steal in the 124-114 loss to Team USA. The decision to play in the event caused controversy, as Sarr reportedly attended the event without Barcelona's approval. The team reportedly was on board with Sarr attending the event early in the season, but changed course after he emerged as an important player on the roster. Sarr told ESPN he didn't think it was right to pull out of the event, and attended the Nike Hoop Summit anyway. A few days after the event, Barcelona and Sarr released a joint statement announcing Sarr would not play for the club the rest of the season. Sarr said it was an amicable decision, telling ESPN, "We ended everything on great terms, and I still love Barcelona."
