The complainant reported that a juvenile employee disclosed to them about having inappropriate contact with an aquatics director for the Fairfax County Park Authority.
An investigation revealed that Nicholas Ambrose, 28, of Alexandria, had unlawful contact with the employee, FCPD said.
Ambrose was arrested on Thursday and charged with indecent liberties by a custodian.
Police say he has since been released and is no longer working for the Fairfax County Park Authority.
