From Save Me To My Universe: 5 BTS Songs To Add To Your Playlist
Last Updated: With RM, Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook already out of the service and back into civilian life, BTS fans are now just waiting for Suga's discharge. BTS, the global K-pop phenomenon, is finally gearing up for a full reunion after a two-year hiatus that felt like forever for ARMYs. The seven-member group paused group activities in 2022 to fulfil South Korea's mandatory military service requirement. With RM, Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook now discharged and back to civilian life, all eyes are on Suga, who is set to complete his service on June 21. As the band inches closer to reuniting, fans are flocking to Spotify to relive BTS' greatest hits. Whether you're a longtime ARMY or a new listener discovering their music, here are five iconic BTS tracks that perfectly showcase the group's versatile discography. Just One Day This is a track from their 2014 album Skool Luv Affair. A mellow R&B track, Just One Day's lyrics talk about what each of the seven members would do if they got one day with their beloved. Each member expresses their feelings in each verse. The song came out right after the release of their three hip-hop singles, No More Dream, We Are Bulletproof pt. 2 and N.O. Save Me Save Me is one of the songs on their 2016 compilation album titled The Most Beautiful Moment In Life: Young Forever. A blend of tropical house and electropop, it is an emotional song where they are singing about the need to be saved by another person. It is considered one of BTS's signature songs. Airplane Pt.2 This song is featured on BTS' sixth studio album, Love Yourself: Tears, which was released back in 2018. Airplane Pt. 2 is a follow-up to J-Hope's solo song Airplane on his mixtape Hope World. With introspective lyrics, the members sing about chasing dreams despite criticism and also reflect on their growth as artists on the global platform. 00:00 (Zero O'Clock) 00:00 (Zero O'Clock), sung by the vocal line Jimin, V and Jin, was released in 2020 as part of BTS' fourth studio album, Map of the Soul: 7. Inspired by the passage of time, the song reminds everyone to stay happy and hopeful no matter what they are going through. It is a beautiful reminder that every day is a new beginning. My Universe A collaboration between the British rock band Coldplay and BTS, My Universe was released in 2021 and is featured on Coldplay's album Music of the Spheres. The song, both in Korean and English, is an uplifting pop-rock song about a difficult love. First Published:

Coldplay's Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson call it quits after nearly 8 years
If Coldplay 's rendition of 'Fix You' sounded especially mournful during the band's recent concerts at Stanford Stadium, it may be because frontman Chris Martin has officially parted ways with actress Dakota Johnson. In what appears to be a definitive end to one of Hollywood's more quietly enduring romances, the 48-year-old Coldplay singer and the 35-year-old 'Fifty Shades of Grey' star have split after nearly eight years of an on-and-off relationship, according to People. Martin and Johnson, who began dating in 2017, were last seen together in mid-May in Malibu, where they had shared a home since 2021. Despite that recent outing, sources told People the breakup 'feels final this time.' Representatives for the pair have not commented. The couple largely kept their relationship private, though it was occasionally illuminated by moments of public affection — most memorably in 2021, when Martin gave Johnson an onstage shoutout during a London concert. 'This is about my universe, and she's here,' he said, gesturing to Johnson before launching into Coldplay's BTS collaboration, 'My Universe.' Johnson, who partially grew up in San Francisco, previously shared that the couple enjoyed being homebodies. 'We've been together for quite a while, and we go out sometimes, but we both work so much that it's nice to be at home and be cozy and private,' Johnson told Elle UK in 2021. 'Most of the partying takes place inside my house.' She also spoke warmly about Martin's two children, 21-year-old daughter Apple and 19-year-old son Moses, with ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow. In March, sources confirmed to People that the couple had been secretly engaged for years. Yet despite their long-running commitment, the relationship has now ended, just as Coldplay's Music of the Spheres tour continues to fill stadiums worldwide and Johnson prepares for the release of her upcoming film, 'Materialists,' on June 13.
