Hodeida's Mandhar city hosts cultural evening for day of al-Wilayah
Hodeida – Saba: Al-Durayhimi Brigade, in coordination with local authorities and the General Mobilization Unit, on Monday organized a cultural evening in the historic city of Mandhar in al-Hawak district to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah. Deputy Governor for Services Affairs Mohammed Halisi underscored the anniversary's importance as a faith-based milestone that enhances awareness of the authentic Muhammadan approach and renews loyalty to God, His Messenger, and Imam Ali. Abdulrahman al-Warfi, head of the Guidance Sector, emphasized al-Wilayah as a practical extension of justice and truth. Local council member Muhammad al-Alamani noted that holding the event in Mandhar reflects the community's adherence to religious identity. Sheikh Ali Udhabi, Vice Chairman of Dar Al-Ulum Al-Shari'ah University, affirmed that al-Wilayah serves as a safety valve for the nation, with Imam Ali's path being the sole way to establish truth and combat injustice. Sheikh Yahya al-Qudami concluded that the occasion protects society from deviation and reminds of Islamic principles, asserting that adherence to flags of guidance leads to victory and glory. Hodeida electricity commemorates Al-Sarkah anniversary
Hodeida - Saba: The branches of the Public Electricity Corporation and the Rural Electricity Authority in Hodeida province organized a speech event on Tuesdsy to mark Al-Sarkah anniversary in the Face of the Arrogant, under the title "A Slogan is a Weapon and a Stance." During the event, the province's deputy for services affairs, Mohammed Halisi, emphasized that Al-Sarkah represented a shift in collective consciousness and broke the barrier of silence in the face of the arrogance of hegemonic powers. He highlighted the importance of recalling its significance in strengthening resilience and reviving the revolutionary spirit to confront aggression and siege. Halisi described the anniversary as a renewed opportunity to galvanize efforts and fortify institutions against soft infiltration, amid the challenges imposed by aggression and blockade. For his part, Engineer Ahmed Rowdan, Director-General of the Electricity Corporation branch, noted that commemorating Al-Sarkah within state institutions embodies loyalty to the Quranic project and reinforces faith-based identity in the work environment. He added that the slogan carries a conscious stance toward the nation's major causes. In a speech delivered by Mohammed Al-Wafi, scholars addressed the slogan of Al-Sarkah , its connection to the principle of allegiance and disavowal. He pointed out that the slogan emerged at a pivotal moment as a cultural weapon against intellectual invasion and media deception. Al-Wafi stressed the need to translate the essence of Al-Sarkah into practical stances, including opposing normalization, rejecting subordination, and standing with the oppressed—foremost among them the Palestinian cause and the aggression faced by Gaza. The event, attended by Najeeb Adnan, Director of the Rural Electricity Authority branch, along with deputy directors of the electricity corporation, department heads, and employees, featured a poetic recital and a choral performance that reflected the significance of the occasion. General Secondary Certificate exams in Hodeida Governorate inspected
Hodeida - Saba: The First Deputy Governor of Al Hodeida, Ahmed Al Bishri, and the Deputy Governor of Services, Mohammed Halisi, inspected the progress of the General Secondary Certificate exams for the year 1446 AH in several centers in the districts of Al Hali, Al Mina, and Al Hawak. The two deputies listened to an explanation from the head of the examination subcommittee, Omar Bahar, and his deputy, Mahmoud Al Washali, about the arrangements made to ensure the success of the examination process in 129 centers, where 20,775 students were taking the exams. Al Bishri praised the efforts of the educational and administrative staff in organizing the exams despite the challenges, stressing the importance of concerted efforts to ensure the success of the educational process. Launching summer activities & courses in Al-Hodeida
Hodeida - Saba: The General Mobilization and the Sub-Committee for Summer Activities and Courses in Hodeida province inaugurated on Saturday the activities of the summer courses for the year 1446 AH under the title "Science and Jihad". During the inauguration, Ahmed Al-Bishri, First Undersecretary of the province - Chairman of the Subcommittee for Summer Activities and Courses, stressed that the summer courses represent an educational station to build a conscious generation that is immune to false cultures and soft warfare. He explained that these courses translate the directives of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council in paying attention to youth , young people and strengthening their connection to the faith-based identity. He pointed out that the summer courses aim to refine skills and develop talents in various fields. He stressed the keenness to prepare qualitative and distinguished programs for this year, reflecting the interest of the subcommittee and general mobilization to achieve the desired goals. For his part, Mohammed Halisi, Undersecretary for Services Affairs, explained that the summer courses embody the battle for awareness to protect the generation from intellectual and cultural invasion. He pointed out that these courses are important in light of the challenges the country is facing. For his part, Dr. Mohammed Al-Ahdal, Hodeida University's President, confirmed that the university will be present in the summer courses through its cadres and scientific capabilities, and will contribute to the implementation of training programs and quality activities that enrich the content of these courses, especially in the intellectual and developmental aspects. In the same context, Mustafa Al-Magharem, head of the educational sector in Al-Hawk Directorate, pointed out that the preparations for the summer centers are proceeding according to a clear plan. Bajil wins martyr leader school football championship in Hodeida
Hodeida - Saba: Bajil disrict team was crowned champions of the Martyr Leader School Football Championship for the primary stage category, held in Hodeida. The event, organized by the educational sector with support from the United Yemeni Food Industry Company "Nana," saw 13 districts competing over two weeks. Bajil district clinched the title with a dominant 3-0 victory over al-Hawak district in the final match. '' Following the match, local officials, including Undersecretary of the province Mohammed Halisi and educational sector official Omar Bahr, presented the championship cup and gold medals to Bajil's team, while al-Hawak received the second-place cup and silver medals. Zabid and al-Marawea'a teams were honored with the Ideal Team Cup, while individual awards went to Yaqoub Saeed from al-Jarahi for Best Goalkeeper and Basem Ayash from al-Zaidia as Best Player.
