BTS' J-Hope gets candid about love life as he shares details about what he seeks in a partner

J-Hope, while promoting his latest song 'Killin It Girl' featured on TWICE Sana 's popular variety show 'Sana's Fridge Interview.' The idols talked about memories, careers in the entertainment industry and more. J-Hope even cheekily revealed what his ideal type is during a Q&A segment in the show! J-Hope talks about ideal types and love interests As part of a regular segment on the variety show, Sana from TWICE asked the BTS rapper one of the most anticipated questions. Ever since the announcement of his feature on the show, fans have been looking forward to the burning question about the idol's love life and preferences. Sana, during the second half of the episode, asked J-Hope about what he looks for in a partner, surprising the 'MONA LISA' singer. J-Hope and Sana both laughed and joked about the fact that the question is no longer common in today's interviews and how the last time he was asked the question, he was 10 years younger. Looking for someone with a 'different perspective' from him The idol kept his answer short and quick and emphasised the fact that he's looking for a different personality when seeking a potential partner. He shared how important it is for the other person to be different from him and how their different perspective on things would matter to him. He explained the situation by putting forth a hypothetical question, saying, 'If I ask, what do you think is inside this pear drink? I'd probably answer simply that it has pear and some other ingredients. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 유일한 공식 무료 SOC 게임! 설치도 없습니다! 경복의 바다 다운로드 Undo But the other person might answer from a totally different perspective. BTS' J-Hope reveals his ideal type of girlfriend to TWICE's Sana, fans ask to spill tea about Jeongyeon and Jimin's alleged feud

J-Hope appeared on Sana's Cold Interview and opened up about how long it had been since the two teams were seen in the same frame. They recalled when Nayeon and Momo helped him promote Sweet Dreams, but when Sana popped him the question about the type of girl the MONA LISA singer wanted to be with, he revealed how he's had a clear vision for his partner, surprising viewers. J-Hope curbs Sana's curiosity over love interest One of the most important questions asked by the Japanese singer came towards the second half of the video, where she asked about J-Hope 's ideal type of girlfriend. Initially surprised about the type of question, the two laughed about the fact that it had been 10 years since he was first asked the question. Keeping it brief and to the point, the BTS member revealed how he looked for someone with a different view on things than himself and is drawn to those 'unlike' him from personality to values and interests. 'If I ask, what do you think is inside this pear drink? I'd probably answer simply that it has pear and some other ingredients. But the other person might answer from a totally different perspective. And I'd find that really interesting [making my heart flutter].' Sana, not letting the chance to tease him go to waste, said, 'Like. Which farm did the pear come from?' Why do fans want to know about Jimin and Jeongyeon? BTS and TWICE, two representative K-pop groups of the third generation, have more than one thing in common in their careers. Having debuted with just a gap of two years, the members' schedules overlapped, and the two singers got talking about how they would promote during similar times. One of those times, an interaction between members Jimin and Jeongyeon piqued the interest of the viewers as they are rumored to have been feuding. While neither team have addressed this, fans are now expecting them to open up. It is said that J-Hope was up for JYP Entertainment's global auditions alongside TWICE's Jeongyeon, Wanna One's Ha Sungwoon, BTOB's Sungjae, and WJSN's Bona. While the others ended up leaving the agency to pursue other endeavors, Jeongyeon debuted with the girl group, which grew to become one of the most loved K-pop groups ever.

BTS' RM, V, Jimin And Jungkook To Address Fans Post-Discharge; BigHit Issues Crowd Warning

Last Updated: BTS' RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook will greet fans from designated locations after military discharge. BigHit warns against visiting bases due to safety concerns. The long-anticipated BTS reunion is officially on the horizon. With just days left before the final four members—Kim Namjoon (RM), Kim Taehyung (V), Jeon Jungkook, and Park Jimin—complete their mandatory military service, BIGHIT MUSIC has shared crucial updates that have sent ARMYs around the world into celebration mode. According to a June 5 statement by the label, the members will not be discharged directly from their military bases but will instead address fans in private, low-key moments at separate designated locations. These short, closed-door greetings—meant for staff and select personnel—will allow the idols to reflect briefly on their time in uniform and hint at what lies ahead. The agency emphasized that these will not be public events. RM and V, who both enlisted in December 2023 but served in different divisions (V in the elite Special Duty Team and RM in the Capital Defense Command), will be discharged and greet from Chuncheon. Jimin and Jungkook, who served together under the companionship program, will appear from Yeoncheon. BigHit clarified, 'Rather than at their respective bases, they will deliver brief messages and share their thoughts on being discharged at separate designated locations." Fans have been asked to refrain from gathering at military facilities due to safety and traffic concerns. 'There are no official ceremonies planned at the bases, and the roads and infrastructure cannot support large crowds. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation," the agency stated. While anticipation is sky-high, BigHit and HYBE have remained tight-lipped about any immediate reunion events, unlike the celebratory fanfare that accompanied Jin's return. Previous statements indicate that the group's return will be thoughtfully structured, with a phased approach to activities. Each member had wrapped up their solo schedules prior to enlistment, making an immediate group comeback unlikely. Rumors of a Jungkook world tour persist, but remain unconfirmed for now. Meanwhile, post-military life has already begun for Jin and J-Hope. The latter has returned in full force with new music including 'Dreams" (feat. Miguel) and 'MONA LISA," along with his Killin' It Girl tour, now playing to sold-out stadiums across the globe. J-Hope also recently graced the cover of Billboard. Jin dropped his solo album Happy and followed up with the heartfelt single Echo, marking his musical return in April and May 2025. As for SUGA, he continues to serve in the public sector due to a past shoulder injury, and is expected to complete his service on June 21. With his discharge, all seven BTS members will be back together for the first time since 2022. As fans hold their breath for what's next, one thing is certain—Chapter 2 of BTS is about to begin, and the world is ready. First Published: June 05, 2025, 20:00 IST
