The stunning Italianate property at 706 W. 4th Street is home to the Pratt-Taber Inn, a boutique B&B a stone's throw from downtown Red Wing.
It has now been listed for sale with Linda Everett of Edina Realty, which says it's being offered as either "a grand single-family home" or the possibility of it "continuing as a charming B&B."

Constructed in 1860, the building was the winner of the 2008 Red Wing Heritage Preservation Award having been "meticulously renovated and maintained."
Living spaces include a front and back parlor, dining room, and a gourmet kitchen, while sleeping accommodation includes four ensuite bedrooms with their own fireplaces.
