"And hopefully over the next couple of weeks, to add a few players to the group, and I think we're all expecting that. "I don't know [exact numbers], but I think we will have a few before the European game, that is for sure. Read more: "Everyone is working extremely hard, that's what the bulk of the work has been the last week or so, identifying character and talent we want in this building that can add to this group and add to us culturally and performance-wise. I am excited about the people we are starting to look at and will hopefully add." Martin is expecting Cyriel Dessers to be present at the Rangers Training Centre next week despite reports of a move to Greece in the summer window. The right-back has plenty of options on the table, though, as Plymouth Argyle, Cardiff City and Oxford City have all been credited with interest as well. Dundee face a major fight to hold onto their star man and they haven't given up hope of convincing him to extend his contract beyond this summer just yet. The club have tonight confirmed they are still in talks with Mulligan over fresh terms to keep him at Dens Park. The offer has been there for some time but he's yet to sign it and is still expected to become a free agent. Dundee also confirmed that skipper Joe Shaughnessy and Scott Tiffoney have turned down new deals - leaving new boss Steven Pressley facing a major rebuild this summer. Elvis wanted to keep the pair for next season but they have both opted to leave. Shaughnessy, 32, was instrumental in keeping Dundee up after returning from an lengthy injury absence last season but will now move to Aussie side Newcastle Jets. Tiffoney was a regular under former boss Tony Docherty but has also opted to depart along with Mo Sylla and Antonio Portales. Lyall Cameron was unveiled at Rangers this afternoon, while Jordan McGhee penned a pre-contract at Motherwell earlier this year and Scott Fraser is also away following an injury-plagued season. Tony Docherty One-on-One Why Dundee boss will always stay in touch with stars like Luke McCowan and Lyall Cameron and why he can't go to the Co-op Striker Seb Palmer-Houlden has also moved on at the end of his loan, signing for Gillingham, while Ziyad Larkeche is back at QPR. With Seun Adewumi also away back to parent club Burnley, Pressley is now without virtually a whole team of last season's starters.
