In celebration of Eid Al Adha, LEGOLAND® Dubai Resort partnered with Dubai Customs and Dubai Airport to surprise arriving families with a joyful and unexpected welcome at Terminal 3 on Sunday, 8th June 2025. As passengers arriving, waited at the baggage carousel, children were amazed to see LEGOLAND gift bags arriving with their luggage — each bag labelled with a child's name. Greeted by beloved LEGOLAND Boy and Girl costume characters, the families received the gift bags containing LEGO® sets, plush toys, and complimentary tickets to either LEGOLAND Dubai Theme Park or Water Park, valid to use until 3rd December 2025. The activity was met with smiles, laughter, and heartfelt reactions as families arrived with smiles, laughter, and heartfelt reactions as families arriving expressed their happiness at receiving such a warm and thoughtful welcome into the UAE during Eid. LEGOLAND Florida celebrates Florida Panthers at the Stanley Cup with LEGO Tribute
As the Florida Panthers are just one victory away from winning the Stanley Cup, LEGOLAND Florida Resort has unveiled a tribute to celebrate the hockey team. Officials said three Master Model Builders used over 2,000 LEGO pieces to create a scene featuring 20 cheering Florida Panther fans and six LEGO Panthers; some are even sporting their team jerseys. Advertisement This installation is currently on display in Miniland U.S.A., set against a backdrop reminiscent of Miami. Officials said the builders took over ten hours to craft the display, which shows fans armed with miniature hockey sticks and rats. According to the USA Today 10BEST list, Grapevine Mills and Galleria Dallas are among some of the best places to shop. The results came from a combination of the list's editors and a panel of experts before being voted on by readers. They nominate their top picks by factoring in a variety of stores, dining, entertainment options, ease of access and events that set them apart. Grapevine Mills ranked No. 8 on the list, which noted the mall's aquarium, LEGOLAND Discovery Center and Peppa Pig's Land of Play. The list also said the mall's escape room, bowling alley and upscale shopping options contributed to the ranking. Galleria Dallas, which the list called a traditional mall with a twist, came in at No. 3. The Galleria is known for its indoor ice rink and iconic Christmas tree that stretches three stories tall. USA Today said the Galleria has something for everyone. Tim Hortons announces grand opening in Blue Springs this June
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Tim Hortons announced on Thursday that it will be hosting its grand opening event in Blue Springs on Saturday, June 21, and everyone is invited to attend. Hallmark Christmas Experience returns to Kansas City with star appearances The new establishment, which will be the first Tim Hortons in the Kansas City metro, will open at 1900 NW Highway 7 — in the old Backyard Burger restaurant, near Northwest Duncan Road. 'We're so proud to be opening our first restaurant in Kansas City soon, and we wanted to thank the community for the warm welcome we've already received by offering them a free coffee on us every day for a month,' said Tim Hortons U.S. President Katerina Glyptis. According to the organization, the coffee shop and bakery chain will offer guests at the grand opening 'Free Coffee for a Month' if they download the Tim Hortons app and sign up for the Tims Rewards program. The free offer will be for one small hot or iced coffee a day for 31 days. Additionally, at the grand opening, guests will be able to get hot or iced coffee for 99 cents or a 10-pack of Timbits for $1.
