Khloé Kardashian furiously hits back at Ozempic claims after weight loss

Khloé Kardashian has spoken about her weight loss journey after facing claims she had used medication to aid her journey over the years, despite documenting her gym transformation Khloé Kardashian spoke about her major transformation after changing her whole life. The reality star who found fame on Keeping Up With The Kardashians has been documenting her journey on social media, which involves gruelling gym workouts and a complete overhaul of her diet. The 40-year-old was cruelly trolled during the early days of her career over her appearance, but she admits she was more confident. Now, though, Khloé says she has been trolled for her latest appearance, with some branding her "gross" for losing weight. It's believed that Khloé has lost around 40 pounds. ‌ "The bigger I was, I was way more confident," the mum-of-two said in the latest episode of her podcast. Khloé, who has since made a name as a philanthropist and businesswoman, went on to add: "I think because, like, what are going to say about me? I know all the things you're going to say. I would have my days that I would feel low and all of that." ‌ Speaking on her Khloé In Wonder Land podcast, she continued: "When I started my fitness journey and, like, becoming in shape, I felt such a need that I had to keep this up, like even if it wasn't for me. I felt like, 'Well, I can't get fat again, because everyone is expecting that to happen.'" Khloé commented: "It was also a different type of attention I was now receiving. And then once I got a little older, I was like, 'Wait, this is gross.' I hated that that's why I was getting more attention because I looked a certain way." Khloé stated "with ages comes wisdom," before saying: "I've learned, no matter what, I'm never going to make people happy because I was once bigger, I was thinner, and I had the same amount of people, but from different ends." Since losing weight, Khloé has been branded a "traitor", been told she's no longer herself and is "not funny anymore." Firing back at her critics, the Good American founder fumed: "I just aesthetically look a little different, or a lot different, whatever you want to say." Earlier this year, Khloé shared a string of bikini snaps with her social media followers, showcasing her slimmed-down frame but was met with cruel responses from users. "Make Khloé thick again," said one. ‌ Another penned: "I loved — and I mean loved — thick Khloe. She was my fave." "So sad she lost those sexy curves," commented a third. But while people have speculated that Khloé has used medication, including the diabetes drug Ozempic for her weight loss, she has furiously denied this. Although some people use Ozempic to aid weight loss, it is not licensed for this and should only be used by people with diabetes to aid their symptoms. Every week, Khloé works out for five days. She spends four days in the gym with her personal trainer and chooses a dedicated cardio exercise or Pilates on her fifth day. Speaking previously, the 5ft10 star said: "I do circuit training with cardio intervals, so I'm always spiking my heart rate up and down." ‌ Khloé also said in the past that she had been "overweight" for "a lot" of her life and feared she wouldn't be able to lose weight after the birth of her daughter, True. Speaking on the SHE MD podcast, she said: "I used to be overweight a lot of my life. God, I mean my weight-loss journey. It took years for me. I've always been chubby - like athletic. I've always played sports. I just was never in shape. "I was 204 [14 stone 5 lbs] when I delivered and I was like 'How am I going to do this again?' because it took so many years to do it the first time." She added that she later lost her pregnancy weight quicker than she had imagined. But it's not just her work outs that help her. While most people eat three meals a day, Khloé eats seven. She has cut out "all sodas, little by little," after experimenting with "every diet under the sun".

Kourtney Kardashian Had Yelling Wars With Caitlyn Jenner

Kourtney Kardashian Barker has revealed that she found Caitlyn Jenner so 'controlling and bossy' as a stepparent that she ended up moving out of the family home to live with her dad, Robert Kardashian, as a teenager. Kourtney opened up during a recent appearance on her sister Khloé Kardashian's podcast, Khloé In Wonder Land, and Khloé was shocked to hear that her older sister had such a wildly different experience of Caitlyn than she did. But first, some context. The Kardashian siblings are the children of Kris Jenner and Robert Kardashian, who married in 1978. They split in 1989, and their divorce was finalized in 1991. Kris first met Caitlyn on a blind date in 1990, and they married in 1991 — shortly after Kris's divorce was finalized. Kourtney was around 11 years old when Caitlyn first entered her life, Khloé was around six, their sister Kim Kardashian would have been 10, and their brother, Rob Kardashian, three. Kris and Caitlyn went on to have two daughters together, Kendall and Kylie Jenner. And Kourtney feels that she bore the brunt of how difficult Caitlyn was as a stepparent because she is the oldest, with the topic coming up as she discussed her own role as a stepparent to her husband Travis Barker's kids. For reference, Kourtney is stepmom to 21-year-old Landon and 19-year-old Alabama, as well as Travis's stepdaughter from his previous marriage, 26-year-old Atiana De La to her sister, Kourt explained that she enjoys not being responsible for disciplining Travis's children, explaining: 'If a teenager does something that teenagers do, I'm not the role that has to make it a big deal.' Khloé praised Kourtney for knowing that her role with her stepkids isn't to be a disciplinarian, adding that this was something she felt that Caitlyn 'did so well' with them, saying: '[Caitlyn] never tried to be dad, and I always appreciated and respected that.' Kourtney was noticeably shocked by this, and replied: 'OK, so that wasn't my experience, but maybe that's why it became your experience… So [I'm] grateful for that for you.' 'Really, he tried to be dad for you?' Khloé asked, and Kourt said that Caitlyn 'tried to be controlling and bossy' and would tell her 'certain friends can't come over.' Khloé wondered if this experience helped mold Kourtney into the stepparent that she is today, but Kourt attributed it more to their dad's partner Denise. 'Denise was our dad's fiancée for five years,' Khloé told listeners. 'We loved her, we still love her.''I love her and I still have a relationship with her,' Kourtney agreed. 'And I think about what an amazing example she was to all of us. She taught us so much about being young ladies at the time.''I think having that really positive experience with Denise really helped me, too,' she concluded. 'Is that why you didn't connect with Bruce?' Khloé asked, and Kourtney replied: 'Well, yeah.' 'I just thought you didn't like him because he was replacing dad,' Khloé admitted. 'Not that he did, no one could replace dad.' 'Oh, yeah, I'd be like: 'I wanna call my dad!' and then he'd, like, hang up the phone,' Kourtney recalled. 'We'd have yelling wars.' Meanwhile, Kris and Caitlyn announced their separation in October 2013, and Caitlyn publicly came out as transgender in April 2015. What do you make of Kourtney's revelation? Kourtney Kardashian Questions Why Kids Go To School

This week, Kourtney Kardashian appeared on her sister Khloé Kardashian's podcast, Khloé In Wonder Land, for a wide-ranging chat. Amid the conversation, Kourtney, 46, shared some of her unconventional parenting beliefs as she recalled starting to challenge the way that she and her family 'function' after beginning therapy a few years ago. Kourtney shared, 'I feel like I love to just go against the grain, I think,' before later adding, 'I think living authentically is not conforming to whatever it is. For me, there's so many ways. There's ways we function as a family that…it's like if someone does the same thing every day.' 'I do it with everything, it's not about our family. Like, let's say the school system. I'll think, 'Why do kids fucking go to school?' Truly. It's so dated,' Kourtney said, with Khloé quickly agreeing: 'Oh, I'm such a homeschool person, so don't even get me going.' 'So then I'll start thinking, and then my kids will send me videos about, like, 'Why do kids go to school?' It'll be really successful people and they'll be like, 'My kids never go to school and they're never going to,'' Kourtney shared. 'And then I'm like, 'What's the goal here? You want to do homeschool? Let's do it!' Or whatever it is. I think it's anything.' Kourtney also noted that she prefers to 'nurse the fever' of her kids instead of giving them medication when they're sick. 'I will nurse the fever of my kids versus giving Tylenol or ibuprofen. I just want to do that. And whatever it is, there's so many things like that where I feel like I kinda do, maybe in the world generally does maybe more of what I do, but [not] in the United States,' she said. Kourtney's parenting comments have since caused a huge stir online, with several people branding her take 'out of touch' and 'irresponsible.' 'There's a strong wave of anti-intellectualism in America and it's frightening. What do you mean kids going to school is outdated???' one person wrote. 'Such an irresponsible comment when we have an administration in our government salivating at the idea of eliminating public school,' said another. Meanwhile, other users highlighted the importance of education. One person wrote, 'where does she think advances in medicine come from that keep her and her family healthy? who designs the infrastructure of the city she lives? who flies her private jet? who manages her business? people with an education. HER kids just don't need to be smart bc they will never have to work a day in their lives.' Yikes…Let me know what you think below. Khloé Kardashian hates calling Kendall and Kylie Jenner her ‘half-sisters'

In a new podcast episode, reality TV star Khloé Kardashian and her mom, Kris Jenner, discussed co-parenting and their family dynamics. During the Thursday, March 13, episode of her 'Khloé In Wonder Land' podcast, Khloé Kardashian told Kris Jenner that she hates when people refer to her sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, as her half-sisters. Kris Jenner is mom to Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Robert Kardashian with her first husband, the late Robert Kardashian. The 69-year-old is also mom to Kendall and Kylie Jenner, whom she shares with her second former spouse, Caitlyn Jenner. 'I absolutely despise when people call Kendall and Kylie our half-sisters,' Khloé Kardashian told Kris Jenner, who was surprised by her daughter's admission. 'Because I'm like, 'No, those are my real sisters.' I was born and raised with them. Spent every minute with them, and so I really find that insulting when people say that about us. So I don't like that term. None of us like that term,' Khloé Kardashian continued. 'I don't even think about that term,' Kris Jenner admitted. 'We don't use that term.' Khloé Kardashian says she doesn't hate much, but she hates when people 'recognize the divide' between her and Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Khloé Kardashian said her disdain for the term half-siblings comes from her parents blending their families so well. In fact, she said it was how Kris Jenner and Robert Kardashian co-parented before his death that gave her the blueprint to create a successful co-parenting relationship with the father of her own children, NBA player Tristan Thompson. 'I know from my personal experience with Tristan and how we're such good co-parenters because of the example that I've had my whole life from you and my dad's dynamic, and Bruce and my dad's dynamic,' Khloé Kardashian explained. 'It's all I saw. So for me, it was a no brainer,' she continued. 'And I do really think that, yes, you don't need that example. You can do it on your own, but when you have that example, it's all you know, and it's just embedded in you, and it's so easy.' As result, Khloé Kardashian said it's 'so peaceful for my children.' 'Peaceful is a great, important, powerful word,' Kris Jenner continued. 'My job as a mom was to make sure you were safe and you felt loved and secure in a really special place, and that was the most important thing to me.' But because she and Robert Kardashian were connected forever because they had children together, Kris Jenner said it was important for them to continue to share the big moments even though they were no longer married. Eventually, Robert Kardashian became known to Kendall and Kylie Jenner as Uncle Robert. Khloé Kardashian added that she wishes more 'people would put their own ego and issues aside for the betterment of children, because it makes such a difference in the long run.'
