Britney Spears' rarely seen son Jayden, 18, towers over her as they reunite after feud
BRITNEY Spears' rarely seen teenage son Jayden towered over her, as the pair reunited following their feud. The Stronger hitmaker, 43, is building on her relationship with her youngest child, after they didn't see each other for two years. 4 4 4 4 Britney Spears, 43, shared her reunion with Jayden in a sweet video on Instagram. In the short clip, the superstar singer can be seen beaming and flicking her hair as she stands next to her very tall son. Jayden looked equally happy to be with his mom, as he filmed the sweet moment. Brit's son towered over her, with the petite singer previously revealing: "He is [6ft3in] and his hands are so big now!" The pair looked happy and relaxed to be in each other's company as they continue to rebuild their relationship. The Hit Me Baby One More Time hitmaker also revealed she had bought Jayden a brand new Mercedes AMG SL 63 roadster valued at $187K. Britney shares her son Jayden with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. The former couple, who were married for three years, also share another son, Sean Preston, 19. In 2023, Jayden and Sean moved to Hawaii with their dad and his new wife, Victoria Prince, and the their two half-sisters. There were rife reports of a rift between the two sons and their famous mother, which was sparked after her conservatorship was terminated in November 2021. In 2022, Jayden said in a statement: "I love you a lot, and I hope for the best for you. Britney Spears breaks silence after cops called over star's 'dangerous' behaviour on plane "Maybe one day we can sit down . . . and talk again and have a normal conversation." The reunion comes after a source revealed that Britney was "focusing on rebuilding" the bond she has with her sons. The source also added that they were on the road to being "super close" again, which now rings true Britney Spears' conservatorship timeline In September 2021, Britney's case returned to a Los Angeles courtroom where Judge Brenda Penny made a number of bombshell rulings, following her father's decision to end the conservatorship the month prior. She ruled to rid Jamie of his daughter's conservatorship, however, it did not mean the end of the conservatorship altogether. Speaking in court, Judge Brenda Penny said: "Based on what I read in the filings, and I read everything. I do believe the suspension of Jamie Spears is in the best interest of Britney Spears. "The current situation is unattainable. The court finds the toxic environment Jamie Spears has created needs to be removed today." Following the judge's decision, a temporary conservator was put in Jamie's place for about a month. In early November 2021, Jamie was back in court filing new legal documents that show he's done fighting. Jamie had previously demanded $2 million in exchange for stepping down but documents at the time showed that he was not seeking any further compensation. On November 12, Judge Penny ruled in favor of the pop star, removing Jamie from the position of conservator without requiring any further mental examination from Britney.

Britney Spears' son Jayden, 18, towers over her on Father's Day after estrangement
Britney Spears continued to bond with her youngest son Jayden James Federline, following a two-year estrangement, on Father's Day in a snap where his 6ft3in frame towered over her 5ft4in frame. The 43-year-old Grammy winner was so thrilled to finally reconnect with the 18-year-old high school grad, she bought him a brand new Mercedes AMG SL 63 roadster valued at $187K. 'He is [6ft3in] and his hands are so big now!' Britney - who boasts 148.4M social media followers - gushed on June 8. 'How long am I going to be in shock? It's so incredibly crazy, it's not even funny! I'm blessed! Just please be careful with my heart too!' Worryingly, Jayden never let go of his iPhone while driving the silver sportscar and glanced down at the screen at least twice during her video despite California 's hands-free driving laws. Federline is said to be pursuing a career in music production, and her team is concerned he may be taking advantage of Spears and her industry connections. 'Everybody is wary that he is using her for financial gains and for his career,' a source exclusively told the Daily Mail last Wednesday. 'The fear is this could hurt her and be the last straw for her.' Coincidentally, Jayden got back in touch with the semi-retired pop star last November - the same month she made her final $20K child support payment to second ex-husband Kevin Federline. Meanwhile, Britney and the 47-year-old former back-up dancer's 19-year-old son Sean Preston Federline remains 'guarded' after her 'favorite' son Jayden confessed to the Daily Mail in 2022 that she 'struggled giving us both attention and showing us equal love.' 'We've both been through so much pressure in the past that this is our safe place now, to process all the emotional trauma we've been through to heal, heal our mental state,' Federline explained. Spears - whose 13-year conservatorship finally ended in 2021 - divorced Kevin in 2007 after only two years of wedded bliss, and he amassed $5M in support payments during the 17 years he had primary custody of their children. In 2022, Federline posted surreptitiously-filmed footage of the Balenciaga collaborator scolding their kids at age 11 and 12 without her consent, and he later admitted it's 'tough' for teenagers to see her posting nearly nude dance videos on Instagram. Britney will soon release her first-ever jewelry brand, B. Tiny, featuring 'delicate, extremely different, and one-of-a-kind pieces.' Spears is also said to be very hands on with her fully-authorized biopic for Universal Pictures, which is still in the developmental stage. Worryingly, Jayden never let go of his iPhone while driving the silver sportscar and glanced down at the screen at least twice during her video despite California's hands-free driving laws On March 23, director Jon M. Chu shut down speculation over whether Ariana Grande, Sabrina Carpenter, Millie Bobby Brown, Emma Roberts, Sydney Sweeney, Addison Rae, Florence Pugh, Tate McRae, or Olivia Holt were in contention to play the Hold Me Closer hitmaker. 'None of this is true,' the 45-year-old Wicked filmmaker tweeted. 'Sounds exciting but have not had one conversation about casting this movie yet. We are way too early in development. Sorry.' On August 1, Universal 'paid in the low eight figures' for the rights to Britney's NY Times-bestselling 2023 memoir The Woman In Me and music catalogue in the movie from producer Marc Platt. Simon & Schuster originally paid Spears a $12.5M advance (25% of the net profits) to pen the critically-acclaimed tell-all with three alleged ghostwriters - Ada Calhoun, Sam Lansky, and Luke Dempsey.

Britney Spears explodes at 'two a**hole exes' in shock post after Sam Asghari's brutal dig
Britney Spears didn't hold back in a fiery Instagram post shared just hours after her ex-husband Sam Asghari took another brutal jab at their short-lived marriage. Nearly two years after their split following 14 months as husband and wife, the pop star, 43, took to social media on Wednesday with a searing message directed at two unnamed former partners. 'I dated two f****** complete a*******,' she wrote. 'I realized I loved their dogs more than them and I think it's because their dogs bowed to me every time I entered the room!!!' The Toxic singer — who's previously been in high-profile relationships with Justin Timberlake and Kevin Federline — didn't hold back in describing the emotional toll those connections took. 'Now the guys were of course cruel humans that never even acknowledged me,' she continued. 'And never held my hand in the car for 6 years !!! I choose animals over people anyday!!!' Britney, who shares sons Sean Preston, 19, and Jayden, 18, with Federline, also hinted that the post came on the heels of personal struggles. 'I'm so turned off by humanity and the way people have literally … I have no words !!!' she added, calling it an 'extremely shady week.' Less than a day before Britney's Instagram post, Sam opened up about their brief marriage and how it impacted his career — both positively and negatively. 'I can't sit here and lie and say, "It wasn't good for me,"' he told Page Six. 'When you're in such a public relationship, that gives you that platform — it sort of gave me that platform for who I am.' While Asghari acknowledged that being in the spotlight helped elevate his profile, he also admitted it created challenges. 'Did it make me, you know, have to work harder to prove myself? Absolutely,' he added. Asghari went on to reveal that casting directors sometimes hesitated to hire him, worried about hiring 'someone that's a cheesy trainer' simply because he was 'associated with a pop star.' In a separate interview last month, Sam spoke out about their divorce and revealed he had pushed for a prenup before their 2022 wedding, citing the difficult treatment Britney has endured throughout her life. The Toxic singer — who's previously been in high-profile relationships with Justin Timberlake and Kevin Federline — didn't hold back in describing the emotional toll those connections took 'I wanted to make sure she's protected, because throughout her life, everybody—I don't know one person that's ever been in her life that didn't take advantage of her,' the Traitors alum said on a June 2 episode of Trading Secrets. 'It's very sad. I wanted to make sure that I'm the person that don't do that.' Addressing rumors that he may have exploited Britney during their relationship, Sam explained that their romance grew naturally after meeting on the set of her Slumber Party music video. 'Looking from an outside perspective, I see there's an age difference,' he admitted. 'There's a fame difference, there's this, there's that. But realistically, we met as costars.' Although Britney didn't name the exes she referenced in her recent shocking Instagram post, fans quickly speculated about which of her high-profile relationships she might have meant. The pop icon rose to fame in the late 1990s and has had several widely publicized romances over her decades-long career. One of her earliest and most talked-about relationships was with Justin Timberlake, her former Mickey Mouse Club co-star. The pair began dating in 1998, becoming one of the era's most celebrated couples. Their four-year romance produced memorable moments — including their matching double denim looks on the red carpet at the 2001 American Music Awards. Their breakup in 2002 dominated headlines, especially after Timberlake released his hit single Cry Me a River. The accompanying music video and Timberlake's actions post-split fueled rumors that Spears had been unfaithful, though these claims were never confirmed. Years later, Timberlake faced backlash over how he handled the media narrative surrounding Spears after their split, especially following the 2021 documentary Framing Britney Spears. In response, the singer issued a public apology to his ex, acknowledging his role and expressing regret. 'I've seen the messages, tags, comments, and concerns and I want to respond,' Timberlake wrote on Instagram in February 2021. 'I am deeply sorry for the times in my life where my actions contributed to the problem, where I spoke out of turn, or did not speak up for what was right. I understand that I fell short in these moments and in many others and benefited from a system that condones misogyny and racism.' Spears herself reflected on their relationship in her 2023 memoir, The Woman in Me, where she made headlines by revealing Timberlake had once urged her to get an abortion. While Timberlake has not publicly responded to the memoir, he seemed to make a pointed comment before performing Cry Me a River during a January 2024 concert, saying he'd 'like to take this opportunity to apologize to absolutely f–king nobody.' Following Timberlake, Britney was romantically linked to actor Colin Farrell. The two reportedly met on the set of S.W.A.T. in early 2003. Fans were surprised when they appeared together at the premiere of his film The Recruit in February that year. Despite photos showing them close and affectionate, Farrell downplayed their relationship in an interview with Entertainment Tonight at the time, saying, 'She's just a mate. Seriously, we just met a week ago, [we're] having a laugh.' Britney later spoke about their time together in an interview with W Magazine, admitting, 'Yes, I kissed him … He's the cutest, hottest thing in the world — wooh! … But it was nothing serious.' In 2004, after her brief marriage to childhood friend Jason Alexander, Spears announced her engagement to backup dancer Kevin Federline. They married in September 2004 and had two sons together: Sean Preston (born 2005) and Jayden (born 2006). Their marriage ended in divorce after three years, leading to a lengthy and contentious custody battle, further complicated by Spears' widely publicized conservatorship. In 2023, Federline moved to Hawaii with their children. After her split from Sam Asghari, news surfaced that Britney was involved with Paul Richard Soliz. The brief relationship was reportedly stormy, including an alleged altercation at the Chateau Marmont in May 2024 that left Spears with a foot injury—though she claimed the fight was 'fake.' By July 2024, the Toxic singer declared herself 'single as f***' on Instagram and vowed she would 'never be with another man' for the rest of her life.
