Kristin Cavallari reveals which ex was best in bed and takes dig at Jay Cutler over money
Kristin Cavallari confessed which of her exes she'd rather spend the rest of her life with, because of 'great sex' on E! 's Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour. The 38-year-old reality star has said in the past that action star Jason Statham was her 'hottest hookup,' with a string of famous boyfriends like Matt Leinart, Nick Zano, Morgan Wallen and of course her marriage to NFL quarterback Jay Cutler. She also admitted on a recent episode that she 'dry humped' actor Glen Powell though she refused to divulge any other details. This week's episode of Honestly Cavallari took her four-city tour to Boston, where she spoke for fans at The Wilbur. She also welcomed surprise guest Camille Kostek, Sports Illustrated swimsuit model and the longtime girlfriend of NFL great Rob Gronkowski. Towards the end of the Boston show, Cavallari opened it up to fan questions, where she revealed a rather shocking sex confession, and debunked rumors her ex Jay Cutler funded her Uncommon James brand. She was asked by a fan, 'If you had to spend the rest of your life with one of your exes, who would it be?' The question stunned the rest of the audience, and Cavallari herself, though she revealed it would be her latest ex - 24-year-old Mark Estes, who she dated for seven months before they split in September 2024. 'I would settle with Mark, because I can have really good sex for the rest of my life and be happy,' she said. While Estes didn't appear on the tour, he did appear on a November 2024 episode of her Let's Be Honest podcast, where he admitted she gave him the 'best sex' he's ever had. She added, 'I actually didn't know that. You've never said that to me. We've talked about how great our sex is.' The reality star added, 'I think sex for women just gets better as you get older. Women, when you're in your early 20s, you're insecure in a lot of ways.' 'You're worried about your body or what you look like, where I've let all of that go, and I think I'm more present physically during sex than I've ever been,' she said. She also clarified rumors that her ex-husband Jay Cutler financed her Uncommon James retail brand, insisting she never got anything from him in the divorce. While Estes (above right) didn't appear on the tour, he did appear on a November 2024 episode of her Let's Be Honest podcast, where he admitted she gave him the 'best sex' he's ever had. 'Our revenue is close to $50 million a year, but because I was obviously a WAG, athletes' wives and girlfriends, if you're not familiar, people love to say that everything I have in my life is because of my ex-husband and that my ex-husband funded Uncommon James,' she began. 'But I am, to this day, 100% owner, and I've never taken any outside funding,' she clarified, adding, 'I have never gotten a penny from my ex-husband. I didn't get any money from our divorce. So, let's just clear that up.' She also hinted that she was potentially dating two different athletes, one of whom has since been confirmed as former NHL player Nate Thompson, though the other is a baseball player. She revealed during a conversation with sons Camden, 12, and Jaxson, 10, that she might go to Scottsdale, Arizona after her tour, to see, 'That guy.' Camden asks, 'The hockey guy?' She says, 'No, he's a baseball player,' clarifying he's 30 years of age. The podcast tour wrapped on March 13 in New York City, which meant she might have gone to visit the mystery man during MLB spring training. Scottsdale, Arizona is the spring training home to three teams in the Cactus League - the San Francisco Giants, the Colorado Rockies and the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Kristin Cavallari Says She's 'Never Gotten a Penny' From Jay Cutler in Divorce
Kristin Cavallari Says She's 'Never Gotten a Penny' From Jay Cutler in Divorce originally appeared on Parade. Kristin Cavallari is putting those long-standing rumors about her split from ex-husband Jay Cutler to rest. On the June 18 episode of Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour, the reality star and Uncommon James founder, 38, opened up about her 2020 divorce from the former NFL quarterback, addressing years of speculation about how involved Cutler really was in her booming business. "Our revenue is close to $50 million a year," Cavallari shared. "But because I was obviously a WAG—athletes' wives and girlfriends, if you're not familiar—people love to say that everything I have in my life is because of my ex-husband, and that my ex-husband funded Uncommon James." But Cavallari made it clear that she built her empire on her own. "I am, to this day, 100% owner, and I've never taken any outside funding," she said. "I have never gotten a penny from my ex-husband. I didn't get any money from our divorce, so let's just clear that up." Later in the episode, Cavallari sat down with best friend and celebrity colorist Justin Anderson to reflect on life after marriage, and how her approach to love and dating has shifted since the split. Cavallari and Cutler, 42, share three children: sons Camden, 12, Jaxon, 11, and daughter Saylor, 9. "It became really f--king hard," Cavallari said about reentering the dating scene. "I'm not going for toxic anymore. I am never gonna settle. I am waiting for my perfect." Anderson, 42, chimed in, pointing out that Cavallari has a history of dating "really unhealthy guys," and asked if she'd ever felt challenged in a relationship after "steamrolling" the bulk of her partners. "I couldn't steamroll Jay," she replied. But Anderson wasn't so sure. "Yeah you could, you owned Jay." Cavallari clarified, "Yeah, but not in a way where I could do whatever the f--k I wanted. It wasn't like I could just run all over him." The episode also offered an unfiltered look at how Cavallari's kids are keeping her grounded—especially when it comes to who she dates next. While chatting with Camden and Jaxon, Cavallari mentioned she'd be heading to Scottsdale, Arizona, after her tour. And naturally, her sons had questions. "What's in Scottsdale?" Camden asked. "That guy," Cavallari replied. "Wait what? The hockey guy?" Camden followed up. "He's a baseball player," she clarified. But that didn't stop the 12-year-old from joking about the mystery man's age. "He [is] what mom? Like who is this kid? Is he like 27?" Camden quipped. Cavallari, who made headlines with her relationship with 24-year-old TikTok star, Mark Estes, responded, "He's 30." "Oh mom, too young then," Jaxon shot back, not missing a beat. Camden agreed, adding, "I dunno about it, mom. Dunno about it." While Cavallari didn't reveal the athlete's name, or confirm whether he's the guy in question. she did offer a playful tease about her love life during her Boston live show. "I can't tell you who the athletes are that I'm talking to at the moment," she said, "because there's two of them!" And while she's keeping coy about their identities, Cavallari is clear on what she's looking for in a partner. "It's gonna take someone really f--king special for me to want to continue to make them a priority and make time for someone," she said in a confessional. "I want someone who is my rock, who I can really lean on and really trust, because I've never experienced that in a relationship." Kristin Cavallari Says She's 'Never Gotten a Penny' From Jay Cutler in Divorce first appeared on Parade on Jun 19, 2025 This story was originally reported by Parade on Jun 19, 2025, where it first appeared.

Natural Bodybuilders Agree: This Underrated Core Exercise Is the Secret to Finally Getting a Six-Pack
Natural Bodybuilders Agree: This Underrated Core Exercise Is the Secret to Finally Getting a Six-Pack originally appeared on Men's Fitness. Direct ab training sometimes gets a bad reputation. Some lifters argue that compound lifts already hit the core hard enough, while others swear by targeted exercises to make their six-pack finally pop. But in a recent Reddit thread, natural bodybuilders shared the one exercise for direct ab training that they think is superior: weighted decline situps. "Best ab exercises for long term progressive overload?" the original user asked in the post. "Been wanting to take my ab training more seriously but have been running into an issue regarding exercise selection. My issue comes down to the fact that a lot of ab exercises are difficult to add load and progressively overload over time." The overwhelming response everyone in the thread seemed to agree on was weighted decline situps, calling them an S-tier user shared a helpful progression. For beginners just starting with the exercise, do the exercise without a weight. For novice level, hold the weight to your chest. If you're at a more intermediate level, hold the weight with straight, vertical arms. More advanced variations can keep the weight held overhead or held in straight arms behind the body. Retired bodybuilder Jay Cutler has also sworn by decline situps for making your abs pop. "With the incline, you're allowing that stretch of the core and really get the contraction on your abs—the whole ab wall," Cutler said in a past video. Opt for higher repetitions. To do decline situps, lie on a decline bench with your feet secured, then engage your core to sit up until your torso is upright, and slowly lower back Bodybuilders Agree: This Underrated Core Exercise Is the Secret to Finally Getting a Six-Pack first appeared on Men's Fitness on Jun 13, 2025 This story was originally reported by Men's Fitness on Jun 13, 2025, where it first appeared.
