Gold prices surge by 30 piasters, reaching historic record
Ammon News - Thursday, the price of gold in local market increased by 30 piasters to record a historical, according to the General Syndicate of Owners of Trade and Jewelry Shops.
The selling price for 21-carat gold is JD59.60 per gram, while the purchase price is JD57.60, according to the Jordanian Jewellers Syndicate (JJS).
The selling price of gold per gram for 24-carat and 18-carat reached JD68.30 and JD53.00 respectively.
