Vijay Varma Dances His Way Into Our Hearts With This IIFA BTS Moment
Last Updated: IIFA Awards 2025 took place in March at the Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre. Besides impressing fans with his impressive performances in films, series and unique fashion sense, actor Vijay Varma often enthrals them with his social media posts. On Wednesday, June 11, the Darlings actor shared a fun behind-the-scenes moment from this year's IIFA Awards. The video comes nearly three months after the ceremony took place in March at the Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre in Jaipur. Dressed in a monochrome outfit comprising a textured coat with intricately hand-embroidered cuffs and straight-fit pants paired with stylish sunglasses, Vijay looked as handsome as ever. As seen in the clip, he was showing his killer moves to Badshah and Forty Seven's rap song Boht Tej. Vijay was accompanied by his photographer, and both looked like they were having a great time right before the IIFA Awards. In the caption of the post, Vijay wrote, 'The IIFA content you didn't know you needed." Another added, 'We need more BTS from IIFA 2025." A different fan penned, 'Man in black (heart eyes emoji)." Just days back, the 39-year-old actor reposted a hilarious fan-made collage on his Instagram Stories, showcasing the uncanny resemblance between Vijay and the American pop star Bruno Mars. This unexpected crossover between the stars drew widespread attention from social media users and the actor himself. The Dahaad actor was quick to react and embrace the playful fan-made comparison. With his signature wit, he wrote, 'Call me Brun Maska now," cleverly mixing Bruno Mars' name with the popular Mumbai snack, bun maska. The show is set to stream on Prime Video later this year. Secondly, he is gearing up for the romantic drama Gustaakh Ishq. The film features Fatima Sana Shaikh, Naseeruddin Shah and Sharib Hashmi in lead roles. First Published:

Sonu Nigam hits back at IIFA 2025 after being snub
Playback singer Sonu Nigam has voiced his disappointment after being snubbed at IIFA Awards 2025. The event, held in Jaipur, Rajasthan, did not include Nigam in nominations despite his hit Mere Dholna 3.0 from Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 being among the chartbusters last year. Nautiyal won the award. Nigam took to his Instagram account on Wednesday to share a screenshot of the nominee list along with a sarcastic caption that read, "Thank you, IIFA... After all, you were answerable to the Rajasthan bureaucracy." The singer didn't stop there. He also played Mere Dholna 3.0 in the background, possibly hinting that the song deserved at least a nomination. In no time, fans and colleagues chimed in the comment section to show their support. Composer Amaal Malik commented, "Such is the world that we live in... Mazaak banake rakh diya hai (They have made it a joke)." Nigam has several awards to his credit. Apart from Hindi and Kannada, he has sung in Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Odia, English, Assamese, Malayalam, Gujarati, Bhojpuri, Nepali, Tulu, Maithili, and Manipuri. Nigam began his career with the song Hum To Chhaila Ban Gaye from the TV serial Talash (1992).
