Gerard Butler looked in good spirits as he went for a bike ride with his girlfriend Morgan Brown in New York City on Thursday. The 300 actor, 55, cut a casual figure in a light brown t-shirt, adidas trainers and a baseball cap, as he cruised around in the sunshine. Morgan, 54, also opted for neutral tones, twinning her beige short-sleeved shirt with a matching mini-skirt and tasseled cowboy boots. The Los Angeles-based real-estate investor nodded to her home county with a Le Café De La Plage cap, merch from the iconic Malibu brunch hotspot. The couple confirmed they were officially back together hitting the How To Train Your Dragon red carpet as a duo in LA. Gerard was recently spotted posing with actress Nico Parker while attending day three of CinemaCon 2025 in Las Vegas on Wednesday. Nico, who is the daughter of Emmy winner Thandiwe Newton and director Ol Parker - paused for snaps alongside The Phantom Of The Opera actor, 55, at a special screening of How To Train Your Dragon at the event. The upcoming film is a live-action adaptation of the 2010 animated movie and is set to hit theaters later this year on June 13. Nico put on a stylish display wearing a white dress which was layered with a dazzling silver jacket. She slipped into a pair of closed-toed, black heels and allowed her brunette locks to flow down in light waves past her shoulders. Nico and Gerard were also joined by director Dean DeBlois as they addressed the crowd inside a theater at Caesar's Palace. Other stars that have been cast in the remake include Mason Thames, Nick Frost, Julian Dennison and Gabriel Howell. The premise is: 'As an ancient threat endangers both Vikings and dragons alike on the isle of Berk, the friendship between Hiccup, an inventive Viking, and Toothless, a Night Fury dragon, becomes the key to both species forging a new future together,' per IMDB. In January, Gerard revealed the reason why shooting the upcoming action thriller, Den Of Thieves 2: Pantera, was a 'nightmare.' He opened up about an injury he suffered shortly before filming began for the sequel. The movie - which also stars O'Shea Jackson Jr. and Evin Ahmad - hit theatres on Friday, January 10. While recently talking to Entertainment Weekly, 'This was a weird time for me at the beginning of this movie because I'd been through a pretty intense surgery.' 'And then I tore my ACL fully about a month later and then started this movie,' Butler continued. 'So I was not in the best shape, and it was a pretty physical movie, and I didn't have a chance to get the surgery on my ACL, so I made this movie with a freshly torn ACL, and it was pretty rough. 'I wanted to put a "but" in to make it sound positive, but it wasn't positive. It was a nightmare!' Gerard expressed, before humorously adding, 'And I was a whiny little b***h!'

When he was only seven years old, Mason Thames dreamed of one day portraying his hero Hiccup, from the animated series How to Train Your Dragon (HTTYD). Now at the age of 17, his dream has come true, with Thames starring as Hiccup in the new, top-grossing live-action film of the same name, and quickly becoming one of Hollywood's most sought-after young actors. 'I never thought that I'd be given the chance to step into his shoes and maybe affect kids the way Hiccup affected me,' said Thames in an interview this month with The Hollywood Reporter. HTTYD's director Dean DeBlois watched the supernatural horror on a plane, and was so impressed by the young star that he long listed him for the role of the 15-year-old Viking in his own film, per The Hollywood Reporter. In the live-action version of 'How to Train Your Dragon,' expressions can speak louder than words. That's the case in this early scene from the film, in which Hiccup (Mason Thames) has caught a Night Fury dragon and is conflicted about what to do. He comes from a line of Vikings who kill dragons as part of their warrior tribe, but when Hiccup gets close to the Night Fury, he connects with the dragon (whom he later nicknames Toothless) and can't muster the will to kill the creature. Narrating the scene, the director Dean DeBlois (who also directed the 2010 animated film), said, 'This is one of the scenes that follows quite closely the animated movie. It's a handful of scenes that I wanted to recreate almost shot for shot. But in this case we realized we didn't need a lot of the dialogue that we gave Hiccup in the animated version. So much of it could be played on Mason Thames's face.' DeBlois said he spoke with his actor about the emotional way to play the scene. 'I remember on the day talking to Mason before we started rolling cameras, and I said, 'Don't forget, this is the moment you reference later in the movie when you looked into his eyes and you saw yourself.' It seems like a moment of weakness but this is that strength in disguise that causes Hiccup to be a new thinker that can usher in an era of peace that nobody saw coming.' Revisit how the world went to hell in 28 Days Later, the sci-fi horror directed by Danny Boyle and written by Alex Garland. Animal rights activists mistakenly free an infected chimpanzee, who spreads the virus to the humans. The virus then spreads across England, leading to the collapse of civilization. 28 days later, Jim (Cillian Murphy) wakes up in an abandoned hospital, unaware of what happened. After escaping from several infected, Jim links up with Selena (Naomie Harris) and Frank (Brendan Gleeson), and together, the group embarks on a journey to find a safe haven. There are so many positives about 28 Days Later, but choosing to make the zombies fast-moving might be the film's crowning achievement. Stream 28 Days Later on Pluto TV. Get Out (2017) Jordan Peele is currently one of the most influential voices in the horror genre. In 2017, Peele was still considered a comedian and one-half of Key & Peele. Peele completely shifted the comedic narrative with Get Out, his feature film directorial debut. Chris Washington (Daniel Kaluuya) is a young Black photographer who has been dating the white Rose Armitage (Allison Williams) for five months. Chris reluctantly agrees to accompany Rose to meet her family in upstate New York. Chris has his reservations at first, being one of the only African Americans in a white community. Once Chris notices the other African Americans acting unnaturally, he senses something isn't right and wants to get out. Seeing Get Out in the theaters is one of the most memorable theatrical experiences of the last decade. While you can't play off the emotion of an audience at home, Get Out's twists and tension will still make you squeamish in this groundbreaking psychological thriller. Stream Get Out on Tubi. No Strings Attached (2011) No Strings Attached recycles the popular rom-com trope of two friends contemplating if they have feelings for each other. Not to be confused with Friends with Benefits, No Strings Attached stars Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher as Emma and Adam, friends who agree to have a sexual relationship without emotion. The arrangement gets off to a hot start as Emma and Adam enjoy hooking up with one another. The more time they spend together, the more feelings start to develop, even though they promised never to fall in love. Again, it's a recycled premise. However, Portman and Kutcher are so delightful that it doesn't matter. Their chemistry is so palpable that predictability takes a backseat to enjoyability. Stream No Strings Attached on Pluto TV.
