Mohamed Mandour Egypt's Grand Mufti, President of the General Secretariat for Fatwa Authorities Worldwide, Dr. Nazir Mohammad Ayyad, delivered a speech at the High Islamic Council Conference in Algeria, held under the patronage of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
