Despite speculation about a June 2025 premiere, reports confirm that Hell's Paradise Season 2 is set to release in January 2026. This announcement was made during Jump Festa 2025, held on December 21, 2024, in Tokyo, Japan, where a teaser trailer was unveiled. The trailer showcased characters like Gabimaru and Yamada Asaemon Sagiri venturing deeper into the mysterious island of Shinsenkyo. Crunchyroll, the primary streaming platform for the anime, also confirmed the January 2026 premiere, aligning with Japan's broadcast schedule. What Will Hell's Paradise Season 2 Be About?
Hell's Paradise Season 2 will continue the story of Gabimaru, a skilled ninja sentenced to death, and his executioner, Yamada Asaemon Sagiri, as they search for the Elixir of Life on the treacherous island of Shinsenkyo. Season 1 adapted roughly the first half of Yuji Kaku's manga, ending around the Lord Tensen Arc (Chapter 59). Season 2 is expected to pick up from Chapter 60, diving into the Hōrai Arc, where the characters face new challenges and uncover deeper secrets about the island's power, known as Tao.
