Axed Love Island star breaks silence on brutal dumping and ‘bullying' claims as she reveals secret chats with boy
LOVE Island star Malisha Jordan has broken her silence on claims she was "bullied" while in the villa. Malisha has spoken out after being brutally dumped by bombshell Harrison Solomon, who had to either send her or Toni Laites home. 6 6 6 During her time in the villa, Malisha found herself at the centre of a "bullying" row after clashing with Meg Moore. Malisha was savagely dumped from Love Island on Wednesday night. The girls came to blows several times after Malisha insisted on chatting to Dejon despite him being coupled up with Meg. Following her exit, Malisha said: "I don't regret anything, I did what I needed to do as a bombshell. "Sometimes the reactions were a bit uncalled for. FUMING Love Island fans have threatened to call Ofcom after Malisha Jordan was brutally dumped last night. Earlier this week Love Island bombshell Harrison Solomon arrived and took Malisha and Toni Laites on separate dates. 3 3 3 Harrison had to pick who he would bring back to the villa, with the other girl being dumped immediately. And Malisha didn't even get to say goodbye, as Harrison was seen last night returning with Toni. Fans rushed to social media to hit out at the cruel exit, with one writing: 'Y'all need to go ahead and complain to ofcom for how they treating Malisha bc this crazy.' Another said: 'Malisha leaving was cruel and a waste of her time. 'I can guarantee the producers told her to gun for Dejon and when she did she got voted off without a chance to say bye.' Given she had already ruffled feathers by clashing with Meg Moore, some viewers were quick to share their disappointment that Malisha had left the show, with one even calling for her to return during Casa Amor. Posts on X included: 'Malisha was ROBBED, Dejon and Meg you will not see peace till the end of this season. EXCLUSIVE Love Island fans furious after another contestant from America is sent in on a quest to find love and bosses confirm it's just the start of the 'twists' expected in this series
Historically Love Island has seen singletons from around the UK come together in Mallorca to try and find love. But this year in an attempt to keep the show fresh, ITV bosses have instead decided to cast people from around the world. The decision to poach some American bombshells has left viewers confused and angry, with some questioning if it means the contestants couldn't possibly be there for love and instead there for fame. This year's series has so far seen two contestants who live in the States enter the villa. Antonia Laites, 24, who is a pool party girl from Las Vegas, was the first bombshell to enter the villa last week. And on Tuesday night footballer Harrison Solomon, 22, who was born in Derby but lives in Florida, also entered the villa. ITV bosses have confirmed they do ask contestants if they'd be willing to relocate for love. They told the Mail that bringing in islanders from overseas 'was done as a nod to the UK series' success and popularity in the US'. They said the recent All Stars series also saw lots of Islanders making appearances across US Media which brought in a bigger audience. Fans have expressed how they're not impressed with the decision to send in islanders who aren't from the UK, considering the programme now has its own US version as well as one based in Australia.
