Now, the BBC have decided to be incredibly generous and broadcast a night of Gallagher best bits on Saturday, June 21. In two weeks time we will (hopefully) see the notoriously feuding brothers take the stage for the first time together in 15 years. Their reunion tour kicks off in Cardiff's Principality Stadium on Friday, July 4 with a second show at the venue on Saturday, July 5. BBC Two Wales will be airing two different Oasis performances as well as a documentary on the band from 8.35pm to 00.00am on the Saturday. The door times at Croke Park have been confirmed for Oasis' much-anticipated return to Dublin later this summer. The Britpop legends will play Croke Park on August 16 and 17 with support from Richard Ashcroft and Cast. And for those looking to get in early to get their favoured spot, doors are open at 4.30pm on Saturday, August 16 and 4.40pm on Sunday, August 17, according to promoters MCD, reports Dublin Live. Tickets for the Dublin gigs have long since sold out, but with just over 90 days to go, there are a small number of resale tickets currently on offer on Ticketmaster. However, they don't come cheap, with one seated ticket currently on sale for €502.90. The Gallagher brothers caused a stir last summer when putting one of the most famous feuds in music to bed and announcing a series of comeback shows, which will get underway at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on Friday, July 4. Former bass player Andy Bell, who replaced original bassist Guigsy in 1999, recently confirmed he will also be back in the fold. The full band line-up has yet to be officially confirmed but it has widely been reported to include founding member Bonehead on guitar alongside Gem Archer, with newcomer Joey Waronker on drums. Liam has recently dropped some hints of what to expect from the setlist, with some fan favourites looking like they won't be included. The younger Gallagher appeared to rule out Hey Now and Go Let It Out when questioned on X recently. More surprisingly, Liam also suggested that Acquiesce, a song about how the brothers need each other, had also not made the cut. Responding to one disappointed fan about a tune missing out, Liam said: "The setlist is done... now don't take it personally and call me hurty names as it's not my fault we can't play them all." This year is shaping up to a milestone year for Liam, 52, as he is also set to become a granddad for the first time. His daughter Molly Moorish-Gallagher recently announced her pregnancy. Molly, 27, revealed on Instagram yesterday that she is expecting a baby with her partner, Liverpool footballer Nat Phillips. Sharing the news alongside a pregnancy emoji, she wrote: "Bulking season." The post also contained a series of photos related to her pregnancy, including some showcasing her growing bump. Another showed a sneak peek at the baby clothes they've already bought, with various items displayed on a sheet in the photo. One snap showed a T-shirt emblazoned with: "Cool mums have cool kids." Phillips, 28, is on loan at Derby County from Premier League title winners Liverpool, who had been the biggest challengers to Liam's beloved Man City for most of the past decade. But the singer is showing no signs of wavering loyalties despite his grandchild's father having featured for his team's great rivals. Oasis re-release Standing on the Shoulder of Giants with 25th anniversary LP and T-shirts
Oasis have announced they will release a 25th anniversary edition of their fourth album Standing on the Shoulder of Giants this month. Ahead of their comeback tour, the band are revisiting their 2000 record by making it available on a limited edition silver vinyl LP and limited edition purple vinyl LP. The band have also released anniversary T-shirts. Standing on the Shoulder of Giants will be back in shops and on their website on Friday, February 28, exactly 25 years after its initial release. Back in 2000, the record was not their best received and coincided with a general downturn in fortunes for both the band and the Britpop scene. However, the album did spawn their long-time walk on instrumental Fuckin' in the Bushes and also Little James, which was an early songwriting effort by Liam Gallagher. Until that point, all Oasis songs had been written by his brother Noel. It was also the first to feature guitarist Gem Archer and bassist Andy Bell, who would become longtime members, alongside drummer Alan White. Founding members Guigsy and Bonehead had left the band after their third album Be Here Now. Standing on the Shoulder of Giants reached number one in the UK, selling more than 600,000 units to go double platinum. The first single, Go Let It Out, also reached the UK's number one and Who Feels Love? made number four. However, it is not one fondly remembered by Noel Gallagher. 'Spike [producer Mike Stent] was really good at technically recording it,' he said in 2009. 'The sounds on that album on Who Feels Love? and Go Let It Out are brilliant, but the songs are not there. It's symbolic of the record, the sound is pretty good, the playing is good, but the songs are not there. There are no killer singles on it.' In another interview, Gallagher added: 'I got bogged down trying to reinvent something… But all the lyrics to that album are amazing. There are some real proper pieces of music there… But we were all coming out of the party and it was like recording an album with a serious hangover.' Oasis have not said if they have plans to re-release their 2005 album Don't Believe the Truth for its 20th anniversary, or if they will put out an album of new material. Their tour kicks off in July in Cardiff and will take in seven dates at London's Wembley Stadium.

Oasis are prepping a 25th anniversary reissue of their fourth studio album, Standing on the Shoulder of Giants, which will be released in a pair of limited-edition vinyl versions on Feb. 28. The fourth album from the Britpop superstars was released in February 2000 and marked a left-turn into more electronic-based psychedelic sound featuring drum loops, electric sitar, Mellotron, synthesizers, backwards guitar and samples layered into their signature heady, Beatles-inspired rock sound on the bull rush opening track 'F****n' In the Bushes' and the swirling 'Put Yer Money Where Yer Mouth Is.' The collection also featured one of their classic acoustic ballads, the single 'Go Let It Out,' as well as singles 'Where Did It All Go Wrong?,' 'Who Feels Love?' and 'Sunday Morning Call.' The anniversary edition of the album will be issued in silver vinyl and an official store-exclusive blue and purple marble edition on the anniversary of the LP's original release on Feb. 28, 2000. They also teased a new lyric video for 'Go Let It Out,' slated to premiere at 11 a.m. ET on Friday. A press release announcing the reissue noted that the album marked a new era for the group, with 'Go Let It Out' the first release on the Gallaghers' Big Brother Recordings Ltd. label, established after the sudden shuddering of their former label, Creation Records. Oasis are slated to kick off their 2025 stadium tour on July 4 with the first of two dates at Cardiff, UK's Principality Stadium, after which they will criss-cross the UK and Ireland before hopping over to North America on August 24 for a show at Rogers Stadium in Toronto. They will hit Chicago, New Jersey and Los Angeles before moving on to Mexico City, South Korea, Japan, Australia and South America, winding down with a Nov. 23 show in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
