These 28 Products Will Make You Love Your A.M. Routine

A facial ice roller, I'm sure you'll be grabbing every morning to help wake you and your skin up. Just roll this all over your face and neck to help reduce puffiness and irritation. This bb will help soothe your sorrows of those early morning wake-up calls. A Hatch Restore 3 that serves as a sound machine, a wind-down light, AND a sunrise alarm clock all in one. Using the app, you can customize your sleep routine by falling asleep to ocean waves and waking up to meditative flutes with a natural bright light. No matter what you choose, it's so much better than your phone's default alarm. Or if you don't want to splurge on the Hatch, a sunrise alarm clock if your regular alarm does the opposite of motivating you to tackle your responsibilities for the day. This gradually wakes you up, starting at 10% brightness and going all the way to 100% by the time you're ready to get up, which also means it's great for rooms that get little to no natural light. A Five-Minute Journal so you can take a little time for yourself before you get going with the rest of your routine. With insightful prompts like "I am grateful for..." and "What did I learn today..." you can use this to start and end each day with positive thoughts, gratitude, and a good foundation for the next day ahead. An at-home cold brew coffee maker because going to Starbucks HAS been a part of your usual morning routine, but it's starting to add up and your bank account is begging you to make coffee at home. This preps cold brew so you can start each morning on a good note — with a good cup o' joe. Or a splurge-worthy rapid cold brew maker, since nothing is worse than realizing that you forgot to prep your cold brew the night before. Because of the special VacuPress technology, this makes 40 ounces of ice-cold coffee in under nine minutes (!!), and you won't have to fuss with any paper filters since this has an easy-to-clean reusable filter and hopper. A hassle-free Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich Maker designed with multiple nonstick layers so you can cook your egg, bread, and sausage or bacon. You'll be able to easily assemble that morning sammy in just five minutes and be on your merry way out the door! A mug warmer so your cup of coffee or tea actually stays hot all morning long if you're a slow sipper, like me. This lets you choose from three temperature settings and shuts off automatically after four hours. A feeding tracker because your furry best friend has a morning routine too, and you gotta stick to it! This easily sticks onto your fridge or wall and will come in real handy when they try to trick you and give you that "Dad did NOT feed me this morning" kinda look. Or an automatic food dispenser in case Fido or Fluffy insist on having their morning brekkie at the same time every morning. This will let you schedule their feedings, making sure you can go about your morning routine without being barked at. A spa headband with matching wristbands, so when you do your morning skincare routine, it doesn't look like you went on Disney's Splash Mountain. Plus, reviewers use this headband to keep their hair back when they do their makeup, too. Some Liquid I.V. packets with five essential vitamins — B3, B5, B6, B12, and Vitamin C — so you can make sure you are hydrated and ready for whatever the rest of the day throws at ya! Plus, these individual packs are great to bring with you on the go so you can get your electrolytes in wherever you are. A cereal dispenser that keeps your favorite morning breakfast easily accessible and in an airtight container for guaranteed freshness. It's great for those with kids because it encourages independence AND prevents the chance of the family-sized Rice Krispies box spilling all over the counter. A yoga mat with 70 printed, easy-to-follow yoga poses so you can take a moment to stretch, find your inner peace, and embrace your inner Warrior II before tackling all those pesky work emails. A handheld milk frother that can help whip up a Starbucks-worthy latte at home without making you spend yet another $7 on a coffee. If you've ever wanted to make the mesmerizing barista latte art, this is your chance. Plus, some reviewers say they use this to make cold foam, too! Or a self-stirring mug if the thought of mixing in the cream and sugar is just asking too much for someone who hasn't had a sip of caffeine yet. This makes it so that you have at least one less thing to worry about, especially during those busy, early mornings. A SwitchBot Smart Switch Button Pusher so you can turn on the lights or get the coffee machine brewing from the comfort of your warm bed, or while you get ready for the day. You'll feel like you're living in the Year 3000 with this smart lil' gadget that attaches to any on/off button device. A waterproof eyeliner stamp where all you need to do is stamp the wing on the outer corner of your eye and flip it over to the fine tip to finish off the job! Now you can quickly get ready for the day and reduce the amount of time it takes to match the left wing to the right wing. A pack of flavored overnight oats so you can have your most important meal of the day ready for you when you don't have the time or the energy to cook up a full meal. Just mix the packet with milk or your fave milk substitute and pop it in the fridge overnight. Breakfast at your service! Or a divided breakfast pan if you do have time to cook, but want to keep the amount of dishes to wash to a minimum. This lets you cook all your food in ONE pan, so get as many things in there as you can because breakfast is arguably the most important meal of the day. A Kitsch heatless curling set perfect for anyone who likes to prioritize their sleep but still wants big, bouncy curls in the morning. Just lightly dampen your hair, wrap it around the soft, satin headband, go to sleep, and voila — a beautiful hairstyle that didn't take 30 minutes out of your usual morning routine! A hanging shelf to help you and your kiddo plan out their outfits for the week ahead of time, instead of watching them do a full-on fashion show trying to find an outfit every morning. A splurge-worthy Breville Barista espresso machine that might just get you excited to get up in the morning because you know you're gonna have a delish cup o' joe using this thing. It's got an integrated bean grinder and a powerful steam wand, so you'll be making all your lattes and espressos like the pros. And, a coffee syrup dispenser set to make it really feel like you got the whole barista setup at home. So when you need an extra pump of vanilla to get you through your first 30 minutes of WFH, you'll be so glad you have these. Plus, they even come with labels. A sleek towel warmer so when you take a quick shower to freshen up in the morning, you can wrap yourself in a nice, warm towel. This heats up in just one minute and can warm up to three towels at once. A very viral veggie chopper that turns tedious food prep into simple seconds of fun. Lay your food on the blades and channel your inner karate kid — HI-YAH... chopped veggies at your service. This will make your morning meal prep and cleanup a whole lot easier. The Beast Mini Blender so gorgeous that you won't ever feel like you need to take it off your countertops. This blends smoothies, shakes, and soups galore, AND for those always on the move, you can take the blender cup as a to-go cup because it comes with a lid and a straw! A Dash rapid egg cooker to take away the time-consuming steps of waiting for the water to boil and standing there monitoring when it's the right time to take out your hard-boiled eggs. While you get the kids ready for school, this bad boy will cook your eggs for you and automatically shut off once done.

Dodge City to require microchipping for pets

DODGE CITY, Kan. (KSNW) — Dodge City pet owners, take note: Fido and Fluffy will soon need a tiny piece of tech to stay street legal. At Monday night's City Commission meeting, officials approved an ordinance requiring all cats and dogs registered within city limits to be microchipped. The goal? To help reunite lost pets with their owners and promote responsible pet ownership across the community. Microchipping is a simple procedure where a chip about the size of a grain of rice is inserted under a pet's skin, typically between the shoulder blades. The chip contains the owner's contact information and can be scanned by animal shelters and vets, but it's not a GPS tracker. Plane hits car in Reno County; no injuries The city says the change will assist animal control and local shelters in quickly identifying lost pets, making the process of getting them home much smoother. Similar ordinances have already been adopted in other Kansas cities, including Wichita. Dodge City says pet owners are responsible for the cost of microchipping, which typically runs between $40 and $83. Local veterinary clinics and animal care facilities offer the service. For more information on the ordinance or how to register your pet, contact Dodge City Animal Control at 620-225-1567 or visit them at 104 N. 14th Ave. For more Kansas news, click here.
