50 Cent Questions If Ex Daphne Joy Is 'Jane Doe' In Diddy Sex Trafficking Trial
50 Cent's latest troll involves the Queens rapper sarcastically questioning who the 'Jane Doe' currently testifying in Sean 'Diddy' Combs' sex trafficking trial is, as many suspect that it is 50's youngest son's mother, Daphne Joy. The 'Many Men' rapper, born Curtis Jackson, took to his Instagram page early Friday (June 6) morning with the post featuring a selfie of Joy and a courtroom sketch captioned, 'Hey does anyone know who Jane doe is I'm trying to research for the Diddy doc,' followed by a wide-eyed emoji. He continued, 'man this stuff with Elon and Trump crazy,' referring to the current rift between the Tesla founder and the POTUS. The post has since been deleted from 50 Cent's page, but a screenshot was captured by several outlets, including TNT. See the post in question below. Another post that is still up on his page features a snap of 50 and his son, Sire, giving someone off-camera the side-eye alongside caption, 'WTF !' Jackson's post comes as 'Jane' testifies in Diddy's sex trafficking trial, as the unidentified woman took to the stand Thursday (June 5) and Friday (June 6) to speak on her relationship with the Bad Boy founder. According to her testimony, she dated Diddy from 2021 until his 2024 arrest. She also testified that she and Diddy discussed the fact that her child's father and Combs don't get along. Considering the timeline and 50's known disdain for Diddy, many suspect Joy to be the 'Jane Doe' on the stand. Prior to dating Diddy, Joy dated 50 cent from 2011 to 2012, breaking up shortly after Sire's birth in September of 2012. Joy also dated singer Jason Derulo from November 2015 to May 2016. Jackson recently reacted to Cam'ron asking a male sex worker who testified against Diddy if he'd ever been intimate with Joy. While the sex worker, who goes by The Punisher, denied ever having been with Joy, 50 still felt the need to chime in with a reference to Diddy's alleged urine fetish. 'Well here come the bullsh*t,' he captioned a clip from Cam'ron's interview, adding, 'Don't kiss my boy Pee Pee Mouth.' Diddy Allegedly Continued 'Freak-Offs' After Homeland Security Raided His Homes
It would be difficult to imagine Diddy digging himself in a deeper hole given all that has come out these last few years, especially in his current sex trafficking trial. However, an anonymous testimony claims that the 55-year-old artist continued hosting 'freak-offs' even after Homeland Security raided his homes. An unnamed witness, who went by the name Jane, told the court that she participated in the group activity with male sex workers in May, July, and August 2024. This would mean that the controversial mogul continued hosting these events, despite his life being under a microscope following his Los Angeles and Miami homes being raided in March 2024. Jane also claimed that she was in a relationship with the Bad Boy co-founder until he was arrested for racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking in September 2024. Time will tell how this testimony affects the trial, but Puff and his legal team have been working tirelessly to get a mistrial ruling. Diddy and his attorneys have accused the prosecution of 'prosecutorial misconduct' for presenting evidence to the court that they know is false. 'In this trial the government has presented testimony that it knew or should have known was materially false related to its allegation that Mr. Combs dangled Bryana Bongolan from the balcony of Cassie Ventura's apartment in September 2016,' his defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro wrote to Judge Arun Subramanian. 'Accordingly, to avoid an unfair conviction in this case the Court should grant a mistrial […] The government knew or should have known this testimony was perjured, and that Ms. Bongolan could not possibly have been injured by Mr. Combs on a Los Angeles balcony in the early morning hours of September 26, or even the day before that.' She also cited the dates he stayed at Trump Hotel in New York in 2016, and how he then couldn't have been elsewhere to dangle Cassie's designer over a balcony, as he has been accused of. Judge Subramanian has yet to give a decision on the mistrial motion, and is reportedly expected to do so on Tuesday (June 10). This marks the 'Last Night' artist's third attempt to be granted a mistrial, which have all been unsuccessful, much like his attempts to get bail in the fall of 2024.
